The Carter-Hoffmann ESDST6 economy patient tray cart is a durable, stainless steel meal delivery cart built to streamline tray transport in healthcare and institutional foodservice. Its compact, single-door design helps teams move efficiently from kitchen to floor while keeping trays organized and accessible.

Outfit the cart to your menu and tray program with adjustable slides that accept 14″x18″ and 15″x20″ trays. With capacity for 6 trays, one per slide, staff can load quickly and deliver meals on time during peak service windows. Corner bumpers help shield walls and equipment during tight turns.

Use it to stage diet-specific meals, shuttle trays between prep and holding areas, or support room‑service style delivery. Easy-to-clean stainless steel supports daily sanitation routines and dependable performance in high-traffic operations.
