Poor coating quality. One of my three grates wasn't well coated, and within a week installed in my grill it was starting to rust.
Older grill/smoker. Customer service is outstanding! I ordered replacement grills for an older unit when I realized my mistake the customer service rep was more than patient and helpful with me! We corresponded through email and photos, and she was able to determine the right sized replacement grills. They fit perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier!
Waste of money and time. Delivery took over 1 month to process. Now another week for delivery. This smoker was a mistake. The day I bought it there 2 defective pieces that I had to wait to get replaced. Specifically bought the cover made by chargriller and still the firebox is rusting apart. It takes way too long and have to jump thru too many hoops for customer service for a product that does not meet is price point. Incredibly disappointed
