Char-Griller KIT, TRAY, EMBER, FLAVOR PRO

No support on older products -- really a shame. Customer service and the parts department clearly have a poor relationship. I logged in trying to find the replacement part for the burned out ember tray only to find out that they no longer manufacture our dual fuel grill, so when I looked it up, the part number wasn't listed, and because these parts do not have pictures, i couldn't guess which it might be. Customer service then told me the part I needed was this one -- duly ordered it, well, it's not the right part. I'm just going to juryrig something so I can keep using this -- my FAVORITE grill of all time. Too bad they don't actually support their products.
