Shield support works!! The part fits perfectly, however, it is very over priced. The price of one should be the price for three to make a set.

Quality is fine. Price is insane. Same part that I bought about three years ago. I have not put it in yet. I’m going to give this a low score because of the pricing. Last time I purchased, they came in pairs because you need two. This time the price had more than doubled expecting a quantity of two NOPE! It arrived as a quantity of one. That means the price has gone up 400%! As insane as the world is, I don’t think it went that crazy. For that price I’ll just make the second one on my own.

Texas Trio Front Tube Shield needs disassembly. The piece fits perfectly in the Texas Trio grill, however, you do have to disassemble the front burner knob panel to access the screws to remove the old Front Supports.

great stuff. Fixed it, this is what I like about Char grill, I really like grilling year round and I am very happy I can get parts. Not like I needed a lot of parts, but now it is like new again, working great

material Quality. These don't last very long. one or two season and they rust away.

Burner Brackets were (almost) perfect. Removing the old brackets was a tough process but once I got them out these fit fine. The problem is they are not as long as the original, so the burners could not be screwed onto them. They rest on them and as long as the grill does not get jiggled, they work just fine. I don't know if I got the wrong wrong part or if there is another part for my grill. It's OK though, everything is working like when it was new!

Rusted out. The brackets rusted out within a year,had to grind out bolts to remove

Needee a replacement. 2nd time i have replaced the hangers they go about every 3 years

Good product. These were easy to install, however, I have one observation. These particular supports only work on one side. You have to purchase the burner tube for the other side because the shield supports are built into the the tube.

I Will Have to Buy This Product Again. These were replacements for the supports that rusted away in just a two year period. Unsat!!

Rust bucket part for Char-Griller gas grill. The fact that I had to replace these parts less than two years after purchase does not speak well of your product. This grill has a reputation for being a "rust bucket," and it appears to be accurate.

So glad I can just order good replacement parts. Fits great, so glad I can just order good replacement parts to rebuild grill!! Just wish it came with extra screw and nut, small parts, drop one and your done.Glad I had a backup from one one.

Too soon rusted. The parts came in okay and were easy to install. I just wish the originals hadn't rusted so quickly and had to be replaced.

I would buy this product again. The parts were perfect. I like the fact that they came with the nuts and bolt to replace them. I have ordered several other parts in the past and have been completely satisfied. Keep up the great job.

Poor website-good parts. Very frustrating to search on your website. You should offer a package of the front and rear supports and the flair-up shields. Because of your poor website, I had to order and pay shipping twice. Happy wit product unhappy with website!

definately buy again if needed. My unit was a bit rusted in the area of these supports and couldn't get old ones off easy. They had to be cut with a Dremel cutting wheel. The area needed to be cleaned of rust and then resealed with extra metal. I pulled an old heat shield and cut it to size, then drilled new holes. This worked perfect to seal the area and mount the new supports. In the end everything just fell into place perfectly. Fits great with the new shields.

Better take care of it! Replacement part less than 2 years after purchase yet customer service says i should take better care and properly season it. For 2 years it has been under a cover and seasoned multiple times.

Worth the effort to refurbish the 5 year well used grill. New ones went on without any trouble, getting the old ones off was a bit of work, used a rotary file & a vibration saw.

absolutely, it is one of the best performing grills. I rebuilt my Chargriller grill and all the parts fit as expected, I now have a grill that will last another few years and perform like it did when new.

Good item. This piece fit just fine. I did have to drill out the old screws but I was expecting that, so it wasn't a big deal.

Yes. I used this product and others to refurbish an existing Char-Griller. Products were quick and easy to install. My effort was largely removing the old parts, which were largely rusted and many required some grinding to remove.

Easy fix for worn out brackets. I bought a pair of these front brackets and rear brackets for an older BBQ where they had worn down on two of the four burners. While my BBQ was the older style with welded on brackets, I just used a Dremel to cut off the old brackets, drilled out a couple of holes, and attached these brackets. We love our Char-Griller and hopefully this will allow us to get some more years out of it !

would not buy again. could not get old screws out so these are useless to me.

all good in rust ville! all is fine with these, I wish I'd been able to locate these better on the website. I looked for "front" bolts or something but that didn't work. So fortunately for Char Griller, I ordered the wok and grilling set to offset the insane shipping price for 3 inexpensive brackets! These brackets really need to be included automatically with the other brackets, if one end rusts, pretty darn sure the other is rusted or going to also!! And I read the reviews closely and yes, you will need to grind out the old screws! We live near the Gulf of Mexico so everything rusts. No getting around it! Glad for replacement parts for now. It might last another year in the salt air before we're back for another. Good products and shipping is fairly quick.

1 small screw from a perfect score. My Char-Griller has been a great purchase, we have used it at least 3 - 4 times per week. (Actually have 2 of these, including one at our vacation home). Ordered these parts to extend the life and found them easier to change than expected. I would give 5 stars, except I had to source my own screws to anchor the burners to the rear shield supports. Seems like with all the mounting hardware already provided, one additional critical small screw would logically be included.

Not Available in Stainless Steel. Identical to original, easy to install. Would be better if it was available in stainless steel.

Yes. The flame guard should come with the tiny screws which must be replaced in order to attach the burner tubes.

Would buy again. Used a grinder to get the original ones out, 6 yrs old nuts and bolts corroded beyond use. New ones went in like a dream

Yes. I got what I ordered but getting the old rusted ones off is not possible. I think I will have to drill new holes a little above them to get the new installed.

Time consuming but my grill works again. Be prepared to take off the front of the grill to replace these. And you better have small hands! Also the suggested socket size in the manual is incorrect.

fit and function of shield support. Simply grind away what remains of the original and drill holes for this replacement.
