Help when you order parts you get the right ones. Received wrong parts order two burners and two Shields only got one correct burner and one that was wrong trying to get a hold of anybody is next to Impossible

Surprised not as good Service as you would think. Glad to find the burner the site is not user friendly won't let you choose to order 3 at a time had to go back and order 3 separate times. No way to contact anyone by phone all done online. Had to modify my grill the ones they sent were too big. I made it work I had the tools.

Charbroil Replacement Burner Tubes. 3 stars only because they lasted a year. They were an exact fit for the Charbroil grill however.

check the quantity you need before ordering. Works great. My only question is my grill has 3 burner tubes, this package only included 2. I ordered on line following instructions for my grill model. Now I have 2 new and 1 old burner, not going to buy 2 more when I only need 1.

Yes. I used this product and others to refurbish an existing Char-Griller. Products were quick and easy to install. My effort was largely removing the old parts, which were largely rusted and many required some grinding to remove.

Great Burner. These burners last a long time. Product is what I expected.

Ok product. 1st replacement after 4 yrs of use. Screw fuses over time because of the heat. However, this set burns more evenly compared to the original.

Perfect solution. Replacing gummed up burners extending like of my unit. A little challenging connecting the wires to the igniter, but with patience it works out.

3 screws. So I have had my grill for over 7 years and the 5050 is the best I have owned two. Insulation was easy except the center burned I have used it so much that it melted the nuts that hold it in had to get a little creative and use a file to get them down to where I could just break them off but I had the grill for 7 years. I am only giving it a 3 only because I had to go to my local ace to by the hardware to attach it to the bracket. Everything else I order came with all the hardware except for three little screws.

I will definitely buy it again. The only issue I have is there were no screws to attach it to the mount at the back of the grill. The old screws were not usable.

I messed up and bought from Amazon, some parts fit some didn. Mine doesn't flame up well when the propane is about a quarter left in tank. I have to constantly turn knobs to get a full flame. It also corrodes quickly even with cover and cleaning.

Missing screw. First off, the burner itself is great. Also, really good price. Exact fit for my grill. I replaced all 3 burners, mounting clips, flame shields, wires and ignition in my grill (model 5050), which i love, and have had a long time. Unfortunately, they only sent me 2 of the 3 small screws needed to secure the burners to the mounting brackets. Fortunately, I have tons of spare screws lying about and was able to rig it. Still, they should have sent a screw for each burner I ordered.
