Char-Griller CHARCOAL TRAY KIT (2197)

Wrong measurements. This is said to be the one for my grill my the model number and it doesn't fit.

Charcoal Tray replacement. Excellent Product and Quality, fitted just perfect.

None. Try to reach someone on the phone. All I do is get a pass up on a vie email and phone where no one will allow U2 leave a message. Return emails are very slow in regards to adding photos and messages. They claim it's always too long.

Still waiting. Timeframe to receive purchases is exorbitant. Still haven’t received purchase after 1.5 months but have been asked to review purchase

No parts in stock but not noted on the web site. So far it has been over 30 days since I ordered this part and now I have to wait another 30 days. Not happy but this is the only place I can get my part from so I have to wait.

Do Not Order. Never received product. No one answered phone for customer service.

Very Unsatisfied. I never received the replacement part I paid for. You took my money in an honest transaction.

Replacement parts. Love thats there are replacement parts for parts that wear out first. One of the reasons I bought the grill.

Slow shipping, missing parts and terrible support. Extremely slow shipping and when it finally arrived it was missing two pins. Reached out to customer service via email multiple times and have still yet to get a response.

Exactly what we needed!! The tray was easy to install and has worked exactly as it should.

2 minute install direct replacement. Exact replacement for burnt out tray. Took all of 2 minutes to pull out the old one and install the new one for another 4 seasons of grilling.

Easy to get, easy to maintain! So far, so good. I love cooking with charcoal and this is great. When the charcoal tray started to corrode, I was getting worried. My grill was already around 3-4 years old so I wasn't sure if parts could be purchased. I was excited to see that the part was available and not too expensive. It was delivered quickly and was easy to replace. It is working great, thanks.

I resent having to buy this part. Poorly made. I absolutely resent having to buy a charcoal tray for a grill that was apparently made with a tray that is not so heat resistant. The rest of the grill is fine, but it is no good without a charcoal tray. Do you even test the products for durability?

Nice tray, I'd definitely buy it again. I actually use this tray as a replacement on my Sears charcoal grill. I need to add a little spacer but it works very well and lasts several years. Metal is a heavier gauge and part quality is good.

I would easily buy this again. Bought to replace the worn out one from my Chargriller charcoal grill - original one lasted 5 years! Exact fit !

Enjoyed a drink while my 8 year old son replaced this part. Exactly what I needed. Packaged extremely well and easy to install.

I would buy this product again. Quality product that should extend the life of my grill another 2-3 years. This switched out with the old one really easy with a couple lock pins.

Ready to start grilling again ! Hardest part of installing the new tray kit was removing what was left of the old rusted tray. Hoping the new tray lasts a bit longer that the first one. I think the heat and drippings from food contributed to the first trays demise. Ready to re-fire the grill !

I will buy another one when I burn this one out. I cook on my grill almost everyday! I finally burned through my charcoal tray and had to get a replacement tray. It took almost 3 years to burn through the original, let's see how long this one lasts!!

Cheap..... but a must have. Metal is way too thin. This is my 3rd one in 3 years. Maybe chargriller should do a buy on get one free deal on these!!!

Great but....... Great item.. not enough oxygen allowed through the panel though.. also it's cheaply made thin metal.. we have had our grill for 1.5 years and have had to replace this particular piece 3 times . Chargriller I challenge you to make a sturdier piece for This grill!! Or lower the costs for replacements!

I would buy this product again. I'm glad that there is a replacement my problem was trying to remove those crazy bolt clips after they have been fused by the heat from years of grilling. Soooooo.... I just layed the replacement tray on top of the old one. **Shrugs Shoulders*** Happy Grilling!

No. This was not the Wright tray for my grill. It was a lot shorter then the one made for my grill

Fits like a glove, and functions as intended! Ordered, it was packed with care to prevent damage and rust, placed it in my grill, fits like a glove and functions as intended. Thank goodness for spare parts, it's like having to by a new car because you have a worn seat in it.
