Char-Griller COOKGRATE – CAST IRON (1624/2735)

Great service. My grates were shipped quickly. They are good replacements for the original ones when needed.

Price. To expensive for the product but will work for a few years.

Item has a crack. The item arrived with a crack. It doesn’t affect it now, but I know it will sooner than later.

Please avoid this company!! This company has no customer service at all!! I have paid for a product that this company never sent to me. I have no way to resolve this issue and I have yet to hear anything back from this company despite the many efforts to contact them and receive a response or refund for the item paid for but not received!

Horrible experience. I ordered 3 replacement cooking grates for my smoker. Despite ordering 3 main cook grates for my model 1624, I received 3 of the small grates that go in the smoker chamber. It cost me $19 to ship them back and I still haven't seen a refund of my $109 purchase. I re-ordered the replacement grates for my model and received 3 cook grates that are too small despite the fact that they said they fit my model 1624. They keep falling into the coals. I'm done with this Company and will just go purchase a different brand griller/smoker.

Broken Items. Totally Disappointed, all the Grill Grates were BROKEN, I contacted them and They didn’t respond, nor was I Ever Contacted. SAD is the Least I Can Say.

Company refused to help me. THIS COMPANY sent me a completely different item from what I ordered and customer service refused to help me. They have what seems to be the worst customer service ever. Will never shop with them again.

Great Grates. Very impressed with quality of grates. Should last for a long time.

Need to make better grates. completely rusted (AGAIN this has happened several times) in a week and I live in Texas. No Rain

. I am happy with the new grate. It matches the existing ones perfectly. It would be nice to have some rust resistant grates but l didn't see that you had any.

First replacement of grates. Still working on seasoning them in. Hoping they last better than original.

I was super excited to get new cookgrates! Awesome product! After having our grill 6 years and having even left the top open a few times in the rain, the cookgrates finally needed to just be replaced. I was simply stunned and delighted that Chargriller sells replacement parts instead of having to buy a whole new grill. Will always use this company for any of my grilling needs! :D

Fits right, works great. I ordered three of these for my CharGriller Model 1624 to replace a replacement set I bought a few years back. I believe CharGriller had a different supplier then. Those grates were a bit too short vertically, which made them fairly easy to slip off and send your food directly on top of the burning charcoal. I am pleased to report that the grates I bought a month ago are the correct size and fit snuggly. No more "caveman" meat for dinner. The grates arrived well before the promised delivery date. They were easy to season in the oven. I am one happy grill master! Way to go, CharGriller!!

I would buy these again. Just average grates, I have to replace them yearly. 2 of the 3 already had a rusted tent, which is why i buy new yearly. Havent found any better. They are slightly smalller than the original grates and are almost to small for the grill.

Junk. Grill grates snapped in 2 when I was seasoning the pit. If it can stand up to 255° it would probably melt searing a steak!

I will definitely order next time needed. We use the product quite often here in TX especially when summer is here. The grates with frequent use lasts us 3-4 years. I like ordering from Char Griller as they will help you to order the correct part for your model and parts arrived earlier than estimated.

Worked fine. These grates were slightly smaller than the original grates. Still, they are usable for the grill.

Great Replacement. Two of my original cook plates had broken so I order replacements to keep my smoker going.

Buy these or buy a new grill? The workmanship on these leaves a lot to be desired. After using this twice, the bars are pulling away from the pan itself. These creates uneven cooking levels in the grill. When I get tired of buying these, I'll probably buy a different brand grill just to avoid buying a new ashpan every other year.

Would buy these grates again. Perfect fit. I grill/smoke just about every weekend from rain/shine/cold or hot. These grates definitely get used. Better and cheaper to replace grates than it is to replace perfectly good grill.

I would not buy this again. I waited for a long time to buy these because they were out of stock. When I got them they were too big to fit the grill. The listing has the right size ( Dimensions: 19.5" x 10.5"). However when I got them they were 19.75 inches and will not fit. It would cost me more to send them back.

I would get this again. Loved my grates my husband is a happy camper now he can go back to grilling thank you

3 on a match! Ordering was a snap. Just plugged in my model number and how many I needed. No guess work!

My mistake. Wrong item but keeping as a backup for my grill grates

Good but rust fast. I love the grates but no matter what I do they rust so fast even when they do not get wet other than by the food being put on.

Getting extra life out of my grill. Perfect fit, amazing look. Was thinking of buying a new grill but now I can get a few more years out of this.

Great refresh. The new grates fit great! They are the perfect way to refresh our older grill

I would buy again this product. Great product fast shipping and good prices , good communication with the customer service Thank you

Temperature Control with Three Cast Iron Cooking Grates. Enjoy grilling steaks, chicken, and other meats on the three grates. The cast iron grates help maintain an even surface cooking temperature and are ideal for imparting the the awesome charred marks on the meats. The three grates make it easy to adjust placement of coals to help adjust cooking temperatures in certain areas and also to set up a hot and colder cooking zone. Grates are easy to pickup off the grill and slide easily across the cooking surface. Cleaning is a snap with just a few brush strokes. Apply a little oil on grates after cleanup to help season grates and preservation.

Yes I will when needed. Needed new ones the old ones I didn't season correctly for them to last. I love my Grill

Returns cost to much. I bought this and it was the wrong size I tried to return but it was 87$ double the amount I paid for the product just bought the right size still cheaper then sending it back 40$ make sure it is right size before you order

Definitely will buy again. Fits perfectly to replace the grates that originally came with the grill. Now I know where I need to go to buy replacement parts for our grill!

I would buy this product again. It can very well packaged and it fit like the original

Happy these were available. Needed these replacement cooking grates because I didn't take care of my grill last year. So glad this company offers them. My grill is just like new!

Have to buy more, these are not as durable as they say. I would not buy this brand again. After 1-2 years, the grates broke and have to be replaced.

Exact replacement grates needed for my grill. Arrived in just a couple of days. Fit perfectly and work like expected.
