Char-Griller WHEEL 8″ PLASTIC

Grill wheel. Fits just perfect but there was No hardware to secure the new wheel. Glad I kept the old clip.

Disappointed. First wheel order never arrived. Second wheel order arrived, but the two wheels were different sizes.

Never received my order! Never received it even after paying $14.99 for shipping. Char-Griller never responded to my emails about my order. So disappointed!

Replacement Tire. Unfortunately not OEM. Cheep plastic knock-off. And not like the original heavy duty rubber one.

Replacement Parts. I ordered from Char-Griller to get a genuine replacement wheel for the grill I brought from the company. It was not the same. Could have gotten the same or better from Amazon.

Ghost Parts. Been 3 weeks since ordered, hasn't been shipped and have no idea if I'll ever get it. But they want a rating & review so here it is.

Thought I was about to retire my grill. I've enjoyed my grill/smoker for fifteen years easily. I have replaced all the grates, ash pan and added a smoker to the side. When the wheels broke I was bumming out. Luckily you sell the replacement parts for the wheels. The thing that surprised me the most, was how inexpensive the wheels were. We are back to grilling and smoking again.

Wheels I ordered and received and wheel hub caps I. Received my new wheels I ordered, however, have not received wheel hub caps that was placed on same order as wheels. Wheels came from Masterbuilt. I have sent customer service emails inquiring as to when I should’ve expect delivery of the wheel hub caps I ordered, thus far no response although phone recording states they will respond within 24 hours. You can only contact them via email or online chat, according to recorded message email or chat is faster, that’s not my experience so far, I’ve been sending email for 2+ weeks, still no answer. Yet, I’ve been sent an email to review the wheels I received and the wheel hub caps that I have not received. Also, I have sent email to CharGrill and they have not responded either.

ok. The wheels look fine, but the hubcaps and axle were never delivered, soI can't put them on my grill.

Good Product - Great Price. This was the best deal on the internet for these wheels. Other companies (Amazon, WalMart, Home Depot) wanted a lot more for them. Glad I looked here!

Fantastic replacement wheel. This was the perfect replacement for my grill. After making an error in my order I contacted customer service and they were fantastic and fixed everything!! Great wheel, great service!

I would not buy this product again. This product was a bust, because I would have had to pay more to send it back than to just throw it away. If both size wheels had been on the website, I would have made the correct purchase of the 5" wheel. I ordered this 8" wheel without thinking it might be too big because it was on the site of the grill model that I own.

I probably would not order again. Wheel apparently not the right size, because the grill now sets at slight angle.

I would buy this product again. Replacement wheels worked great! Simple installation.

Cheaply made... Cheap plastic, if you roll your grill much the axel will wear through the hole in the all plastic wheel....

Parts list needs fixing! I have a Model 2121 grill. I needed new wheels and ordered the wheels (8") listed in the on-line parts list. It was only after they arrived that I realized my grill actually needs 5 ½" wheels. You need to fix the on-line parts list.

Buy again. Worked great. Thought they should have come with hubcaps!!!! Disappointed.

WILL NOT BUY A GRILL FROM YOU AGAIN UNLESS ITS BETTER MADE. I use my grill all the time.. The wheels were not good when i bought it and the new wheels will be broke by next summer the wheels need to be solid plastic with a metal collar where the axel goes to keep the axel from wearing the wheel out..!!

It woulkd have been nice to get two hard tires. The tires are fine, but I got one hard tire and one plastic wheel.

Hell yes, if we need new wheels. My spouse needed 2 new wheels and caps so we ordered them and received the mdse. within a week. He installed them with no problems, So our bbq season can and will continue throughout the fall,winter, and long after. Thank you, Chargriller people.

Wheels. Put four wheels on my grill. Much easier to move around.

I would buy this product again. The replacement tires are exact same as the original so replacement was a breeze.

Wheeling. You can't move the grill around without wheels. Wish they lasted longer.

Don't plan on purchasing these again. I've had this grill for a few years, and it's a pretty good one! However, the wheels just aren't very good. They don't hold up well. I only bought them again to buy myself some time to build my own wheel setup. It would be nice to see some wheels that matched the quality of the grill.

Good Product. Product came on time, fits well. Grill is now back to bust.

I won't buy another one. These wheels are just like the ones I'm replacing. They didn't hold up very good. Thin and super cheap

Replace with different wheels. We use our grill a lot. Sometimes it has to be moved and have taken it camping. It's only 6 Months old and the wheels are junk. They simply just fall apart. We are upgrading to solid wheels.

Upgrade the Wheels!! This is a great grill for the money. I would be willing to pay an additional $5-10 for 2 wheels that will survive the 5 feet I roll it each time I grill (once a week)

Enjoy grill. Good to have two wheels on the grill again. Wheels were larger than original so had to build support for other side of grill to keep the grill flat.

The grill is GREAT but the wheels are not. I, maybe used this grill 15 time - rolling it out of the patio to the deck to grill, and the center of one wheel broke into small pieces and fell off. I asked the rep at Char-grill if there was a problem with the wheels and she informed me NO. I can see from the comment she is wrong - Char-grill needs to fix this problem because the actual grill is great!!!! The replacement wheel is almost $12 (which includes almost $7 shipping)!!!!

wrong wheels, web site led me astray. I needed different wheels but the web site was unhelpful with figuring out which ones to buy so these were the wrong ones. I made them work, with a lot of hard work, and the grill is no longer level. Sucks. and why can't nicer wheels be offered? These are cheaply made and won't last, just like my last set.

I would NEVER buy this product again. I have only had the grill for a year and the wheels fell apart

Product Review. My Char-griller was given to me as a Fathers day gift in 2014. Great value and superior product for the money. Performance is excellent with even cooking thru-out. I have only had to replace the grease covers over the burners due to rusting out. Other wise great. I recently moved from South Carolina to Wyoming taking the grill with me packed into the back of a rented moving van. I had to make a sudden and sharp turn which shifted furniture and the Char grill took the blunt of the load damaging it severely. I completely took the grill apart, straightened out the damaged sections only having to replace the wheels and caps. You have one thoroughly satisfied customer and if I ever have to purchase another grill the Char-griller will definitely be at the top of my list.

Completely failed. I've only had my grill for a little over a year and the wheels just completely fell apart, they caved inwards. One side of my grill basically sits on the ground now. I really hope the replacements last longer.

Wheel SKU 550003. Used new grill only about a dozen times , both wheels broke around the axel

Cheap Plastic Wheels. Rolled the grill 3 feet and the axel cut the plastic wheel in half dropping the entire grill sideways. I'm glad my kids were not around. Great grill just don't move it.

Jim. Wheel is Junk, moved grill about 10 times maybe 30 to 40 feet center broke off of axle

Junk. I move the grill on our concrete patio and one wheel just folded over. About a week later the other wheel did the same thing. Brand new grill too. Only had it a month...
