Love the grill, fix the pan. I've had my char griller grill for 6+ years and have purchased a couple replacement parts. Very easy. Website is way to navigate and ordering my parts equally as simple. Only one problem with the charcoal tray, it has a tendency to warp. I've replaced two and they seem to warp within five cooks. I've tried tempering it by slowly heating the entire thing slowly. But every time it ends up warped to where there's a 2 inch difference from the front to the back
