Missing half of the hardware bolts. This was absolutely the worst! Missing half of the hardware needed. Contacted them twice online and they closed the claim before anything was done. Terrible experience

Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible

Perfect. All good, perfect for my replacement pieces with new bolts

yes, I would buy from your company again..... It was very helpful, when i ordered all three parts , i needed. The lady on the phone, took the time to explain to me how and where to replace the bolts..... I thank her very much..... sorry, I don't her name......

Yes I would buy again. A little bit off but fits ok. Operates the way it should

Disappointed. Doesn't fit completely on my 3724 model. I guess I didn't notice that the description said no hardware included which was a surprise to me after I opened the packaging. So, after buying the warming rack, I bought the hardware from them. The hardware was $6 and shipping was $10.50 (!!) and came is a huge box for something that could have been sent in an envelope. The bolts are long because there's about an inch of slack on both sides between the rack and the dome. I love my grill so I'll deal with it but I'm disappointed

Great product. Hassle free. Just what I needed. Didn't have to go searching at the hardware store or guess if it fits.

Works well. Functions as it is supposed to. Wish it came automatically with the 3724 Smokin' Outlaw Charcoal Grill.

I hope not. The hardware should have come with the warming rack, not sold separately.

Works as it should. The mounting kit allows you to remove it without tools for more space if needed.

warming rack and hardware. there wasn't a warming rack when we bought this grill. My son wanted a warming rack and I am glad that you had one for this grill. Thank you for the fast response on my order, it will be used with the grill a lot. I ordered the hardware so that we did not have to look for screws, etc to attach the rack. I'll check in with you when I may need something else for the grill. My son loves to cook on this grill. Thank you
