Char-Griller HDW – FUSE, 5A-250V, PELLET GRILL (9020,9040)

I would not recommend Chargriller pellet grills. Yay, after replacing the fire rod, temperature sensor, auger motor, and controller I finally got to use my grill after being down for over 2 months. Only thing that appears wrong now is the temperature shows about 40 degrees warmer that what the dial is set on.

UnbeatableCustomer Service for Repair Parts to 9020 Grill. Have 3 year old 9020 Wood Pellet Chargriller and really love cooking on it. Have had some parts wear out, starting last year the Fire Rod and this year the Controller Board, that's going to happen now and then. Recently (i.e. this year), when Fedex failed to deliver the repair parts to me, and I later found out they (Fedex) had delivered to the wrong address, i.e. the missing parts delivery was not a package-got stole-on-my-doorstep theft, it was totally Fedex not delivering to my address; well, bottom line, Chargriller sent the parts again, before I determined that Fedex was the problem, and WITHOUT any charges to me. Incidentally, Fedex delivered the second package to the wrong address AGAIN, but this time I was able to retrieve the package inspite of the second foul-up (subsequently I personally went to Fedex Ground Facility and Informed them of the Drivers error, and it was his error, twice, as their online delivered-to address was in fact showing my address, but he was not delivering to my address - in theory he was not aware of the mistake). In summary, Chargriller folks listened to my problem and eventually got me the parts inspite of poor performance on the part of their delivery company (Fedex in this case); and now I'm Grill'in away! BAD for Fedex and EXCELLENT for Chargriller!
