Char-Griller KIT, BURNER/ELECTRODE (5030)

Great product. Lousy shipping & customer service. I have an older Char Griller. It’s a half gas/half charcoal with the smoker attachment. Awesome grill! The burners have lasted through 7+ years on non stop, year round use. Customer service…it sucks. I ordered the part and didn’t hear a thing for a week. Then I got a USPS tracking number. It said “waiting for package” for a bunch of days until I finally got a hold of a person. Turns out they shipped it FedEx but gave me a USPS number. The time it took to get this figured out was stuoid.

Worked But Not Great. I had to remove two stars because the fit was not great. I checked and double checked that this part was supposed to fit our grill but they were a tad too short. We made them work with a bit of ingenuity but we really shouldn't have had to. The part should have been a perfect fit considering I was ordering using the grill model number.

As expected. Works great! Where are the other parts I ordered 6 weeks ago?

Still waiting. Ordered Qty.2 burner kits received 1 three weeks later and still have not received the other one yet.

Model 5030 grill. These always work well but seem to have a short life span, thus the 3 star rating. Have replaced more than a few. Other complaint is parts seem to be limited for my model. Had to purchase a larger warming rack from Amazon and then cut it down to size and reweld it together. Overall I do like grill and the flexibility of having the option of gas, charcoal, smoker.

Parts were cheaper and easy to install!!! Great… It fit perfectly and I got to BBQ 30 minutes later. Try other universal parts and they cost more and didn’t fit right My girlfriend order the parts they were here before I knew it. And now I can BBQ as soon as the rain stops

I continue using OEM product. 6 years of use and just now replacing them, OEM outlasts generic products out there.

I will buy it again. if it goes bad...... These are made of some really good metal. It lasts a long time, longer then most burners.

Pre-Maintenance. Knowing I will eventually need them, I ordered replacement parts ahead of time or the parts are possibly discontinued.... All parts match perfectly, were rec'd quickly and were priced/packaged well!

Yes. My husband loves this BQ/Smoker, and the parts have held up wonderful. Normal wear and tear, and just purchase new parts for next summer, just to be on the safe side. He finally got a BQ/Smoker that he can rely on.
