Char-Griller PORCELAIN COATED COOKING GRATE (5030)

Porcelain coated cooking grate for Char-griller. the product is great and had no problems installing it

Great item/priced. Exactly what I needed for my Char Griller. Fits perfectly

Do get in a hurry! Took forever for these to arrive. At $30 each they should be overnighted!

Never received. Two weeks after my order I was informed they are on backorder. Still have not received nor was I given an estimated time of delivery.

Very Poor Customer Service. The customer service sucks I ordered this product over a month ago and still haven’t received it yet. They don’t have any idea on when they will ship my product. It’s like they stole my money.

I can grill again. Fit great the only thing is there is no notch for the grate hook to grab

Grates last a long time. The grates lasted about 6 years and that is great in my opinion

I would buy again. Chat Customer service is efficient, prompt, highest professionalism. Thank you for your help.

Yes. Bot sets (all 4) original porcelain coated grates had some rust on them and I cleaned them to the best of my ability, but couldn't get them back like I wanted. So, I wanted at least two that weren't rusty. I'll be more careful with these! Unlike some of the other reviews, these were pristine and like new. And fit my 5030 grill perfectly.

Char-grilled Grates. After five years I needed to replace my grates. Wanted something that would fit correctly and ordered these. Very happy with purchase! Thanks!

be careful with what you order. if you have a model 5050 DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! this product is for a model 5030 but is posted as available for a model 5050. let me tell you right now it is too short and will not work. I ordered this product for my 5050 not knowing that it was the wrong one at the time. and now I have to pay out of my money that I dont have now to return it and then spend more money and order the right one.

Also not again... Again, ordered straight off the parts page for my specific grill and it's not the right size...

Great Fit. Perfect replacement for some very worn grates. Grill almost works as good as new.

Very disappointed. Poor workmanship. Shipping was fast, came well packaged. The porcelain spray is horrible. Only reason I gave it a star is because parts of it are useable and I don't have time to exchange it. I find it hard to believe that these got through QC. Looks like the base metal was already rusted and they just spray on top without any prep. This shows up on all four panels I bought, some worse than others. I'll be going with an aftermarket next time, super disappointed. Will likely switch bbq brands after this, my grill is only as good as it's surface the food touches.

Great Products. Dropped into place, received the product earlier than expected, awesome customer service product was exactly like the original that came with the grill, much appreciated and already using.

I broke one of the original one's. After I broke one of the original one's, I got this one and it is just like the original.
