Keeping it warm. The new warming rack for my Super Pro grill is perfect to place items while grilling or used as a location for meat during smoking.

Time for a new grill, out with the Char Griller. Took forever to arrive, didn't fit. I can't imagine dealing with the company for the return process so I am keeping it.

Warming rack. Perfect rack for the smoker. Does not come with any hardware. That would be nice if included.

Very nice accessory. My grill is several years old and the warming rack fits just like the original. It is great to be able to continue to use the original barrel.

Fit and worked like the original. I have a model 2121 grill that I purchased so long ago I can't even guess the decade (although I'm thinking 90s). The warming rack had become completely rusted to the point where I won't put food on it without aluminum foil. I purchased this warming rack to replace the original and it fit and performs perfectly. I'm very pleased I can still buy parts for this grill all these years later.

Easy to get parts. The grill is almost 20 years old & I finally had to replace the warming rack. The screw holes on the bottom supports didn't fit the old holes so I simple drill new holes about an inch from the old ones & that did the trick!

Good as new. Was amazed that I was able to order this replacement rack. My grill is 12 years old and the unit is as good as new. This rack is steel and I guess just won't last like the cast iron cooking grates. But good to know I can still replace it.

Refurbishing a 5 year old Char-griller that gets used a lot! All replacement products are high quality, reasonably priced and shipped in a timely manner.

Great part for the price. the replacement part is better quality then the OEM part that rusted through in 2 years in a grill that is covered if not in use. Very easy to remove the 4 bolts to do the swap.

Warming Rack support arms perfect for a Super Pro 2121. Installed this warming rack on a Super Pro 2121 and it fit perfectly. I use the warming rack frequently to BBQ about 15# chicken at a time (smokes it slow in about 90 minutes) so old rack was looking pretty tired. Reused a lot of the old hardware but did get a new hardware packet and used a few parts from it.

More space. Provides more space for grilling and the ease of having different heat exposures

Warming Rack Does Not Fit 2121. This grill warmer is listed for 2121 grill, but after installing, the rack tilts down in the front making it unusable. I will correct by drilling two new mount holes in the grill bottom half just a little closer to the warming rack. It is an easy fix, but poor craftsmanship by Chargriller. The new warming rack is made of much thicker material than the original one, and for that, I am quite pleased. I had trouble with cheap parts from Chargriller before, so this is a welcome improvement. There was no one else selling this part, so I had no choice but to go with Chargriller again.

best grill i have bought. we bought the grill and added the warming rack. Very easy install and entire grill is exceptional quality for the price. We also bought the cover to try and extend its life. i like the fact that the fire burns on a separate tray and not on the bottom of grill. i will be a customer for as long as i live

Fit my grill and looks nice. I've had the same charcol drum grill for 11 years. This is the first time I've replaced the warming rack. I absolutely love char-griller grills!

Great grille bad replacement part. Front eyelet mount was broke the second time I used the grill.

Works great. Having an older grill was worried that it would be crooked. After installing it was straight and level.

I would not recommend buying the Char-Griller warming racks! The rack is the size I needed but it is not put together exactly to specification. The rack tilts down so the front is not level with the rear. This is very noticeable and can create some major problems. We sometimes put vegetables in a foil pan on the warming rack with some oil in the pan. We can't use the warming rack for this since it is not level liquid may run over the edge of the pan and into the fire. In addition, one of the wire rods is not welded and is lose on the rack. I hope someone with Char-Griller will e-mail me and agree to send a replacement that is built to specification. I cannot use the product as is. Everything else on my order was perfect.

I would buy it again. Thank you for upgrading the rack's construction. This is the third rack. the previous two were poorly constructed.

good. The warming rack I got is not the right one. It will work but it slants down in the front and some food will roll off. The support legs are to short.

Just what we needed. When we moved in, there was a rusty, spiderwebbed char-griller in the backyard of the new house and instead of throwing it out, we threw out the old grills and racks, scoured the grill and removed the rust, gave it a new paint job and replaced the grills and warming rack. We couldn't be happier.

Does its job. Its nice the mounting kit allows you to be able to remove with no tools for more space

I would buy again. Just bought a new one, old one was on Its last legs.

No Hardware anymore. You don't put Hardware in with the warming rack? Come on now can't you save money elsewhere?

Smaller. Ordered per model number and size, however, I needed to get new bolts to install as the rack was slightly shorter than the original.

Should include Hardware. I understand that Char Griller clearly points out "Hardware Not Included", and I understood that when I ordered the rack. Still, how hard would it be to ship 4 bolts, the associated nuts and some washers with the rack? I live in the country and wasn't about to drive to town and stand around at the hardware counter during the midst of this pandemic, just to buy 4 bolts,nuts and washers. After a lot of digging I finally found some bolts that would work only they were 5/16" instead of 1/4". I had to drill out the holes in the hood and enlarge the holes on the rack to use them. Once it was installed though, the rack fits and works perfectly it is level both open and closed. My grill is a model 1224, maybe some who had trouble with leveling are using the rack on a different model of grill.

Warming Rack Support Leg Dimensions Too Short. Concur with two other comments I read. Char-Griller must have combined dimensions of the warming rack for several grills into one common rack. The result is my web site designated replacement for my 13-yr old Super Pro 2121 slopes towards the cooking grates when the lid is open, because the front support arms are 3/4 to 1" shorter than the original. Only way to make it work properly is to drill new mounting holes for support legs closer to back of grill in bottom half of grill. Need metal bit for that. Did not like the manufacturer's surprise, but have loved the charcoal grill.

it appears to be wrong size. everything I ordered was correct and worked perfect except the wire rack as it does no stay level when grill opened. I was very careful when I ordered over the phone with the rep to make sure he had the right grill. Maybe there has been a change but I have this grill for 14 years and it is great!

GREAT GRATE. Good quality. Quick shipping. I think the legs are too short b/c the rack tilts forward when the lid is open. I've had this for almost 10 years, but I think it's a Super Pro.
