Problem with grill grate delivery date. Wood side shelf was fine. I also ordered replacement grilling plates that are on back order. I was told they would be on back order for a couple weeks. Couple weeks later and it is another couple of weeks. Updates on when I get the grill plates only come when I ask. Shows lack of concern for customer and when is the real delivery date??
