Thermometer stuck. Have had the grill less than two months. The gas side thermometer is stuck at 310 and will not go back to zero. Poor quality thermometer

Stuck at 300. For the first year of use, the thermometer worked just fine. After not being used for some months, I now see that it's stuck at 300 degrees. Without a method to re-zero it, I'm forced to buy a replacement.

Thermometer. Recently purchased a Duel fuel #5050 Char Griller with smoker box from Lowes. Used approx. four times and now both thermometers will only return to 250 degrees. I am going to replace with original equipment from Char Grill one time. If they fail again I shall replace them with another brand and possibility heavier duty. My old Charbroil gas grill thermometer lasted 5 years. For the money you pays for these grills you would think they would put in better thermometers. Otherwise the grill is fine.
