Char-Griller WARMING RACK W/ SUPPORT FOR 3-BURNER GRILL (3001, 3008

Picture as described. Unsure of the grill model number since I've had for awhile. Thought rack would fit but not able to use.

Warming Rack. The warming rack I purchased ended up not fitting my smoker. Dimensions were not provided and the one for my smoker was not shown, but found out later it’s out of stock. Will order the proper one by the end of September

Do make any mistakes in your purchase. Wrong size, seemingly impossible to return anything, cannot talk to anyone, frustrating customer service, would not buy from them again.

Did not get. Ordered and paid for, after a week of it not being shipped cancelled order and received a refund after a few days

Customer service terrible. Customer service was completely nonexistent. Multiple emails went unanswered. Shipping took almost a month.

Warming rack. Exactly as ordered. Fit in perfectly. Didnt have to worry about rust

Perfectly built replacement rack. Came with all necessary hardware.

Rusty warming rack. Same as heat shield. Only lasted 2 years. Several wires rusted through.

Terrific. Came with mounting hardware - new screws and nuts ! Replace my old rack @ 15 years old that had rusted through. I was happy it fit and worked nicely and was easily available and inexpensive for an older grill.

Repaired my old grill. Excellent service for replacement parts I had a 5 yr old grill we got one replaced and paid to replace most parts the company was great

Lower quality products. Lesser quality than the original racks that came with the grill.

BBQ RESTORATION. So easy to replace & easy to order. With the other part I ordered it makes my BBQ look almost new.

Upper Grill. Fits perfectly, has good material, and arrives in decent amount of time, and well packaged

Charbroil warming rack. Would be much better if it was coated or made from a different material so it doesn’t burn & flake, that aside good product

grill racks. this new rack looks good, but so did the original one before use. I give these one 4 stars only because of reservations caused by the original one the original one had the nice shiny look until used a few times and the shine fell off in pieces leaving a rusty surface not fit to use, think it was just a poor-quality plating job. I like the look of the new ones but will have to see how they perform..

Worst company to do business with. Do NOT do business with this company. Unprofessional, unreliable and completely unacceptable. Takes over a month to get parts... if you even get them... They refuse to speak to you. Only contact is email which they ignore. Offer bbq cover to compensate you for inconvenience and surprise! It never comes.

Review what I didn't get. Can't give a review on something that you never got yet. They old me they have 14 days to ship it and I bought it 5/7 and paid 14.99 shipping.

Neede a replacement. Fit right up to the old top and new bottom and i needed a replacement

Part department failure. No tracking no product after 27 days poor communication

warming rack. this is the best warming rack as it holds the 2 big end of ribs and the small ends fit well on the bottom racks

Easily installed. Extremely easy to install. Hardest part is removing the old rusted rack.

Easy change-out with all replacement nuts and bolts. It was fantastic that this came with replacement nuts and bolts. I had most of a hardware package left but it's fantastic that I didn't have to dip into it to change this out.

Warming rack fit our Chargriller 5650 perfectly. Had to order the SS burner covers from Amazon since Chargriller Co does not make them.

Yes. Love my grill and the fact you can buy replacement parts for every part of the grill. My grill the blown out 5050 gas, charcoal and smoker has been with me 15 years and looks brand new. I paint it with high heat black spray paint every so often. Great grill.

Works as it's supposed to. A good purchase. Used when grilling (particularly the buns & grilled corn in the husk). Works great. My old attachment started to rust after several years (even after using a cover for the grill).

Great addition to my new grill. A person setup their 5050 and someone was nice enough to steal the inside of both sides. Instead of replacing the guts, they bought a new one. They gave it to me for free. I ordered the pieces to make it whole and love my new Chargriller 5050.

Perfect Fit For The Grill. Fit my grill perfectly. I would have liked if it came with the screws and nuts that came with the original grill. Other than that, it is a very nice replacement.

Thank God for replacement parts. I lost the original one when I installed the rotisserie. It's probably in storage somewhere. Took about 10 seconds to install.

Char-Griller only grill for me. It's is good to say that the parts ordered were perfect and easily replaced. It's also great to know that Char-Griller is providing parts for the product they sell. So happy to be able to fix rather than replace a product completely.

Easy to Replace. It's great that I can re-order this through the manufacturer and get the best deal. Now, if they would only make them so I did not have to replace them. This is my third warming rack in four years.

yes. All the parts, and screw holes, fit perfectly--unlike the majority of other products these days that require assembly. And I particularly appreciated receiving your instructions for seasoning the parts to reduce chance of rust. We followed them. Will see if they prevent rust. The drip pans beneath the lower tub need some re-engineering so that they are more accessible, more easily removed, and won't spill their contents on you when you try to remove them.

Original equipment. Just like the original and I expect it to last as long

Replacement parts. The replacement parts came in a reasonable time. Taking apart the grill to put on the new parts wasn't time consuming at all . Over all I was very satisfied except for the price . I could of spent a little more money and got a whole new grill. Still very happy

like new. Looks great. I hope the chrome doesn't wear off like the last one did. Does keeping the heat low help?

Bring on the Beef. After holding a lot of beef and a few vegetables my warming rack was beginning to tire. This replacement installed in a couple of minutes and brought me back to factory original quality.

Like the new clean look! I bought 2 of these, one for each side. Just remember that the the bolts and nuts these racks go on may need to be replaced also.

Warming Rack Works Great. My old warming rack was rusted out after three plus years in the elements. The new one is just how the original was when I bought the grill.

Clean and shiny. Nice to have a non rusted rack. Original one lasted 3 seasons. My fault for using a wire brush to clean them. Scratched the surface and they rusted.

Nice shelf, could be better. This rack is great for keeping items warm and away from the direct heat. I replaced a 4 year old rack that had flaked and rusted. I wish it came in Stainless Steel I would buy that in a heartbeat.
