Engineered for demanding lines, the Comstock-Castle 10T36 countertop gas griddle delivers precise, repeatable results with a 36-inch wide by 16-inch deep cooking surface. Its 1/2-inch thick polished plate promotes even heating and reduces sticking, while three burners provide a combined 36,000 BTU to power through peak service.

Dial in two thermostat controls to set independent zones, letting teams sear proteins on one side while holding eggs, pancakes, or veggies on the other. Ideal for diners, cafes, and food trucks, this layout streamlines ticket times and keeps menus moving.

Built with a stainless steel front and sides plus an aluminized steel back panel, it stands up to daily use and wipes down quickly. A 2-inch splash guard, front cold zone grease trough, and removable grease drawer simplify cleanup and help maintain a tidy, professional presentation.
