Drive breakfast and lunch production with the Comstock-Castle 1036 countertop gas griddle. A 36-inch, 1/2-inch thick highly polished plate heats evenly and resists sticking, so teams can move from pancakes to smash burgers without slowing down. Its stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel back panel stand up to daily use and wipe down quickly.

Three cast iron H-pattern burners deliver 12,000 BTU each (36,000 BTU total) for responsive heat across the full cooking surface. Manual controls with brass gas valves let chefs fine-tune zones to maintain consistent sear and color. A 2-inch splash guard helps keep the line clean and organized.

Streamline cleanup with a front cold-zone grease trough and a large-capacity drawer that pulls out fast between rushes. Factory-set pressure regulators simplify installation, and zero-clearance placement on non-combustible surfaces helps maximize space on crowded cooklines, food trucks, and cafés.
