The Comstock-Castle 3272MG countertop gas griddle drives high-volume production for breakfast, lunch, and all-day menus. A 72-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep, 1-inch-thick polished steel plate distributes heat evenly and holds temperature when the rush hits. Six manual controls let you fine-tune output across the surface for eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, and vegetables.

Keep the line clean and fast: a 3-inch splash guard on the back and ends contains spatters, while a 3-1/2-inch front trough sweeps runoff to a large removable grease drawer. The stainless steel exterior wipes down quickly, and 4-inch adjustable feet help you level the unit on existing counters. These touches streamline workflows and reduce between-order downtime.

Deliver consistent searing power with 150,000 BTU across a 72-inch-wide, 32-inch-deep frame that fits busy cooklines. Deploy it in restaurants, cafeterias, or institutional kitchens to batch-cook proteins and toast buns alongside all-day griddle favorites. NSF-listed construction supports sanitation programs and daily compliance.
