The Comstock-Castle 3272RB 72-inch countertop gas charbroiler equips busy lines with a broad 72″ x 24″ grilling surface and a 180,000 BTU output. Chefs can stage steaks, burgers, skewers, and vegetables across zones to match order flow. Its 72″ W x 32″ D frame integrates on standard cooklines to help streamline ticket times.

Cast iron top grates can be set sloped or flat, letting operators channel juices or maximize contact for defined sear marks. Inverted “V” angle iron radiants deliver steady heat across the surface for predictable results during peak periods. Simple manual control supports quick adjustments throughout service.

A stainless steel frame and stainless steel splash guard facilitate fast wipe-downs between turns. Four-inch adjustable feet level the unit on uneven counters to aid safety and consistency. NSF compliance aligns with the needs of restaurants, institutions, and catering operations.
