Drive throughput on the line with the Comstock-Castle FHP42-42T countertop gas griddle, designed for continuous service in busy foodservice operations. Its 42″ x 21″ cooking surface and 3/4″ thick steel plate let you sear burgers, toast buns, and finish steaks without crowding. This footprint supports efficient station layouts for breakfast, lunch, or late-night menus.

Set three independent zones with the thermostat controls to stage eggs, proteins, and breads simultaneously. With 108,000 BTU of gas heat, you can move from delicate items to high-heat sears while keeping ticket times on pace.

Control splatter and grease flow with 4″ splash guards on the back and ends, a 3-1/2″ front grease trough, and a large removable grease drawer that streamlines cleanup. The stainless steel exterior and 4″ stainless steel legs support daily sanitation and durable, commercial-duty use.
