The Comstock-Castle FHP54-54T countertop gas griddle empowers busy teams to move from breakfast rush to dinner service without slowing down. A broad 54″ x 21″ cooking surface paired with a 3/4″ thick plate supports high-volume searing, toasting, and finishing across a spacious line station.

Dial in production with three thermostat controls that create independent zones for eggs, burgers, and veggies side by side. A 4″ splash guard on the back and sides helps contain splatter, while a 3-1/2″ front grease trough and large removable drawer streamline cleanup to keep the pass moving.

Built with a stainless steel exterior and 4″ stainless steel legs, this unit is ready for the rigors of commercial kitchens. At 108,000 BTU, it delivers the heat output operators need for consistent, repeatable results across a full day’s service.
