ECOTRIC "BEAST" HAMMER. These bikes are a BEAST- most likely built and suited for someone 6'1" or taller- I'm only around 5'7" but make it work - I had previously (spring 2025) purchased one of these used with 2300 miles on it- after purchasing I put an additionl 1100 miles on it over the course of the summer- and fell in love with this bike- thus I decided to purchase a brand new one this year- I live in Albany, NY purchased direct from ecotric.com on April 9th, and it was delivered on April 16th. When it arrived me and a buddy assembled in a little over an hour- charged bike up and the following day I put 60 miles on it. I personally LOVE LOVE LOVE this bike. I have no complaints whatsoever and highly recommend purchasing any model ECOTRIC-

Solid Bike. Only had it a week but bike was delivered in good shape and was really easy to assemble. This is my 3rd Ecotric bike and so far do not have any real issues. One of my bikes the Rocket is h sedan for hunting and has to handle rough conditions and so far after 3 years of hunting holding up great

My favorite Brand. Hope the rumor isn't true 🙏. I've been using this brand the last 6 years and afraid to try any other brand because this one was good to me. I hope the rumor isn't true that you guys are selling what you have of Inventory to focus on selling electric motorcycles 😕

This is my second Ecotric bike and my wife loved it. This model is faster than my Chetaah and super comfortable to ride. The only issue I got, the screen seems kind of scratched, it didn’t come with the plastic protector (I don’t know if that was the issue), it works perfect just looks scratched on the edges.

I love my bike. I bought the seagull for my daughter 3 days later. I’m trying to get racks for the back of our bikes but you are sold out. Will you be getting some soon?

Beautiful Design - Great Value - Awesome eBike. I have more than one of these as they are so reasonably priced. The look and feel of this bike is fantastic. It's big, so if you're good sized this comfortable eBike might be for you at half the price or less

Good value and good overall bike, but a couple of warts.. I've owned my Hammer for about 2 years and have about 2400 miles on it. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase. A couple of issues to be aware of: 1) The hydraulic brakes stopped working properly after a few months and I had to get them serviced. 2) The handle bar comes loose after some riding. I've tightened it back up several times, but this keeps happening. I've even taken it to a couple of ebike repair vendors and they can't seem to fix it either. I've come to the conclusion that it's a design defect. As I said, my bike is over two years old, so perhaps they've remedied this is the latest model. I would definitely check with Ecotric on this

Ecotric hammer. It's a great bike easy to put together fast and Powerful it's my third one the only thing I didn't like this time was the owner's manual didn't give you in depth about settings buy one you won't be disappointed

Makes up hill flat. Just came back from Yosemite. Took my Hammer up to Mirror Lake. Made the up hill feel flat. Was the easiest I been up that hill since they stop running the busses. No lack of power from the bike

Bent piece. My bike arrived with a bent part and I’m still waiting for Ecotric to email me to say they are sending the new piece

Love the bike fast delivery. I really like the bike the only draw back is you need to be at least 6ft. or taller to ride this bike I'm 5'10" and with seat as low as it will go I'm my tip toe's to touch the ground and have no idea how to fix it so just be careful on that beside's that it's a great bike for the money just wish I knew about the height

Nice bike. This is the best cruiser that I could find that actually had cruiser bars. So far I enjoy riding this bike. Going to have to take it in to get the de-railer adjusted as it wont stay in first gear. If you are under six foot tall this bike is not for you

Wrong bike. i'm very pissed. I ordered the 1000W bike to replace the Hammer of mine that was stolen. And, I didn't find out until I had everything assembled

It’s a head turner. I’ve wanting a fat tire bike for a while. This one exceeds expectations and creates envious friends and neighbors. Riding without the assist can be super challenging up hills because of the weight so be aware of the battery life

Great Bike. This bike has been a great investment. The bike is simple to put together and is very well made. The look of the bike is pleasing to the eye. I would highly recommend to friends or family

Ecotric hammer. The bike was fairly easy to put together with a video I found on YouTube. Once put together the front wheel was having trouble staying straight so it is a little closer to one shock than the other. I took it to a shop and they said there was nothing I could do about it. I also wish the bike came with fenders. It is hard to find them online and they are out of stock everywhere. It seems like it would be something the bike comes with

Super nice but very big. Honestly love the bike. Only had it for a couple weeks but I've ridden it a lot so far and it's a pretty high quality build and looks great. Assembly was very easy and it is very responsive to both pedal assist and the throttle. Brakes are solid. It would be 5 stars but for 3 things that you wouldn't naturally know from the product description and you'd be hurting trying to return this because you didn't know it. 1. The bike is absolutely humongous. Why does this matter? First is can you safely ride it. I'm 5' 10" and I wouldn't feel safe riding the bike as shipped. The adjustment I had to make was replacing the shock absorbing seatpost that came with it with a standard one. This lowered the seat about 4 inches allowing my feat to touch the ground at a stop without dismounting. If you aren't willing to do this and/or you're small, don't get this bike. The second is will it fit on your bike rack. I have a hitch mount platform rack on a full size Range Rover and it barely fits on my rack and the tires sticks out on both sides of the car. I will have to be super careful driving with it on the rack. 2. You cannot operate the bike without the key in the battery. This is a huge design flaw IMHO. What if I lose the key? What if I forget the key in the battery doing a quick errand and someone takes it? Its not like I wouldn't have to lock up the bike as well if I went somewhere or else they couldn't take it. This feature doesn't help at all. My other ebike I can lock the battery onto the frame with the key but take the key out and use the bike without the key. The battery lock should only lock the battery and have nothing to do with operating the bike. 3. The retro headlight that comes with it looks good and fits the design but it is absolutely useless as a headlight for night riding. First time I used it I thought it was broken. Is this a deal breaker? No. But if you need a light for night riding prepare to buy a aftermarket one

Nice bike but it's big. Overall this bike is very nice, I like the hydraulic brakes, easy read display etc, however this bike is very big and if you are not real tall don't consider it. Also Ecotric needs to fix the handlebar tightening issue, they will move on you even if very tight. I fixed mine by drilling and tapping a hole to put a bolt in it which makes them stationary. Moving the seat up or removing it to get battery out is another minor irritation. All in all a pretty good bike

Like the bike, it’s bigger than I anticipated, but it’s gets around pretty good. I wish I would have gotten the cam lock axle that it showed in the promo . So far so good

Gun shy. Have had mine for about 4 yrs. Loved it till the motor burned up, debating on getting another one but I remember the customer service SUCKS! Trying to deal with them about my wife's bike a couple of years ago

I bought the seat was way too high. I’m 59. I had to put another pole underneath the seat for I can ride it. That’s the only complaint that I have so far with it.

The bike it fast and looks great. The only problem is that the front wheel won’t stay straight. It keeps tilting towards the shocks.

Nice Bike. The Bike is nice, but they sent me an Orange one instead of the Black one that I ordered. Gave me a light kit for the mistake

Don’t buy not worth time or money. I purchased two bikes both feel as if they were made from cheapest materials they could find. Several bolts on each book either stripped or will not tighten up properly. Plastic pieces that bolts go through Brock instantly when tightening. Handle bars on both won’t tighten. Absolute waste of money and time. Save up and buy something better. Also good luck contacting support Phones disconnect. The did answer email but too late to be useful or meaningful

WORST DO NOT BUY!!!!. FIRST I HAVE 2 OF THE HAMMER SHARK BIKES JUST OVER A YEAR OLD, AND ONE YOU CAN NOT USE THE THROTTLE, ONLY PEDAL ASSIST WORKS AND IT KILLS THE BATTERY SUPE FAST I FELL BAD FOR MY BOYS I EMAILED AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS THE BRAIN BOX AND THE BIKE IS STILL UNDER WARRENTY NOW THEY ARE NOT ORDERING THE PARTS AGAIN THIS IS TOTAL BULL AND SPENT WAY TO MUCH MONEY ON A GARBAGE COMANY

Worst customer service ever. I ordered two bikes only received one. The one I did receive came in damaged won't go past 8 mph chain keeps popping off. Also impossible to get on unless you have a ladder. This bike is made for people over 8 feet. I asked for a refund for both bikes the first day of receiving the first bike. Customer service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I don't recommend getting any product from this manufacturer. The worst experience I ever had in my life stick to buying anything on Amazon or in a store

Piece of crap with no meaningful warranty nor help from the company. These guys are posers and some that respond to emails don't even understand bike terminology. I don't think English is the first language of any of the people that will answer emails. wanted a new battery and they wanted a picture. No part numbers and had to send them bike serial number AND battery serial number. If they were running things right, I should just be able to order by the part number, these guys need pictures. You can't actually talk to anyone at Ecotric and sometimes they will answer an email within a week sometimes they just don't answer. Do not buy from this company
