It Was Time For A New Battery. After 5 years of great service, it was time to replace my battery. The old one still works for riding around town. I plan on keeping and using it. The new battery seems to be very strong and I hope to get many more years of service from my ebike!

2nd chance. Very good customer service. I was disappointed the original battery died after a yr of minimal use.Got a replacement and it lasted 12-14 mos(?). Wife’s bike not a lot of use. Bike sat a yr or two. Thought I’d give it one more try. Although we like the bike and we’re considering one for me $300/yr for batteries is alittle out of our range. Hopefully we will get better service out of this one. Customer service though was super helpful and spot on. Chris

Great Bike. I love this bike although I have upgraded about everything you can on i like front suspension, seat suspension and hydraulic brakes. I use it on back roads and trails rockhounding. My bike is over two years old and I got another battery for longer rides. The original battery still has power but it has gotten a lot of use and seems to not hold up as long as it did when new. I am just been prepared as I go for miles back into the boonies. I am pushing 1000 miles and most have been off road

Concerned. My battery showed up incredibly hot from the Ups truck. Overheating was the reason my last battery died. So far the battery is working but I hope the delivery temperature will not shorten its life

Junk batteries. This is the second battery I have had to buy for my bike. I don’t ride it that frequently. Don’t understand why they don’t last. The batteries they sent to me have both been the wrong batteries the first time they send them. Then I have to reorder and wait again for them to be delivered

Worse product and customer service from ecotric. Original battery died so want to purchase new battery. Been search around but decide go for ecotric since that's the bike company too. Got the new battery so charge the battery over night nothing happens, try to call customer service, their phone number is not reach able according to the message number is discontinued. Finally find their email request return the item, Ecotric dicide to repair the battery I returned, I never ask them to repair now I want to return the new battery. I told them I purchased new battery either the quality is bad or Ecotric shipped me a used and faulty battery. They told me can't refund my money back because they ship the battery to fix which I never requested. So beware of this company they will sell you a used product and charge you a new product price
