Bike batteries. The replacement battery was fine. I hope it lasts longer than the first one which only lasted for about 50 charges and died 5 miles from home. I am a veteran of the United States Navy and as an Èletricians Mate was in charge of the batteries so I know how to care for them . The original battery should have lasted much longer and was defective

Seems weak. Seems to be a little weak. Not the top end I used to get and won’t go the distance I got with previous replacement battery. Bike going with 6000 miles showing so happy about that but looks like shorter rides with new battery

Ðo NOT buy ecotric bikes. Very poor customer service. No replacement battery in stock. When battery go bad, you throw your bike to trash.

Worst experience I have ever had with online purchase!. Order had the wrong address. I immediately started trying to contact you. Your phone number that is listed does not work. Sent around ten emails with the correct address and asking someone to contact me. Never heard from anyone with your company. Contacted UPS to get address corrected but was told to contact Ecotric. Of course contacting you is impossible! Had UPS send the battery back to Ecotric thinking when you received the battery back you would contact me. That did not happen! Would really like for someone from your company to contact me! I still need a battery
