Starfish times two.. This is my second Starfish. Sadly when I had to move suddenly I had to sell my first Starfish bike. I missed it bunches. Once my life got settled I couldn't wait to order another one. It is just the right size and power. I am 5 feet 2 inches tall and a busy active senior. The Starfish is just the right size and power. It is an exceptionally well made bike. It folds easily and holds a charge well and has decent mileage, especially if you pedal assist. I owned my 1st Starfish for at least 5 years. I never had any issues. The only negative on the new one is the seat has been changed to a racing style seat. The first Starfish had a more comfortable cushioned seat, which was much softer and comfortable for me, being an older lady. I highly recommend this bike for anyone looking for compact Ebike at a reasonable price point without sacrificing quality. I did change the seat out. Added saddle bags and mirrors. That wad all extra money

Go go granny. Want to ride with my daughter and grandchildren. Need some assistance in the hills of Virginia. The bike looks good. And easy enough to fold to fit in my car, once I figured out how. Smooth shifting and going between my own power then power assist. I see great rides with the family in Virginia. And easy enough to take on my travels to my family in 3 other states

My friend rode a white starfish over, took a ride, then bought my new black starfish. It is great, portable and easy!

New Ecotric Starfish e-bike. Fast delivery on my bike. I'm thinking 5 or 6 days. Bike was packed well and there was no damage enroute to my house. This is my second starfish e-bike. I'm glad that I have two because I had to look at my first bike to figure out how to install the handlebars. Not very good explanation of how to do that in the manual that came with the bike. However, you could email the company and they would help you with that if need be. I bought my first starfish bike from a friend and I was riding a Huffy 26-in bike before that, so it took me a few minutes to get used to the smaller frame and smaller wheels that the starfish has. I like that this bike only weighs 51 lbs. I am 69 years old but am in pretty good shape for my age. I store my bike in the basement where I live and it's not too hard for me to take it down the eight steps. I take the battery out before I transport it up and down the steps so it's probably closer to 41 lbs total weight. It is a well-made bike with good welds, etc. My first bike is 2 1/2 years old and the only repairs were going through two pairs of brake pads on the front wheel and one pair of brake pads on the rear. I got a better more cushiony seat for it as the original seat is a real nut buster with not much cushion. I weigh 200 lb and 6 ft 1 in tall. Pretty easy for me to navigate this bike. It's not a real fast bike but it has good power and it's fast enough for the in town riding that I use it for in my small town

Perfect fit. I bought 2 of these to put in my RV and they fold up and fit perfectly. One light was broken when I received them but they shipped a new one same day. I weight 200 lbs and it is good for me

A steal at this price. There are so many good things I could share with other people about this bikes line. (just to be clear this is my second bike from Ecotric, I still have a fat-tire model I purchased in 2021 and after probably 6-7K miles it's still in a great shape). First of all It built like a tank, I had multiple hard crashes on a rather rough terrain, challenging trails etc. and this thing just takes it on the chin and keep going. For what you get for your dollars if you compare it with, say Lectric - pound-for-pound it's hand down an absolute winner in every category for HALF-A-PRICE!

Did not recieve. I would like what I paid for, but it was returned to sender since it was delivered whenever I was not home, and I was not notified at all for a required signature to receive it

Satisfaction...... I am very satisfied with the new ebike and especially with the price and the power. It goes up hill quite well and great comfortable speedy ride

My new Starfish step through. Excellent bicycle. I loved my first ecotric bicycle but because I’m 4’11 it was a bit hard to get on and off. This step through is much easier, although my other one has a bit more power. Love the ecotric brand

Works great for what I need!. I'm a Senior with a swollen leg from medical problems. I wanted a bike that I could easily get on, and pedal as much as I can for the exercise. And then get a little assistance going up hills when I need it. The Starfish works great for me. There are faster, more powerful E-bikes out there, which are a lot more expensive. But I didn't want a motorcycle. This is the bicycle with just enough assistance that I needed! And it will give me a lot more speed if I wanted it. And I can load it folded up in the backseat floor of my pickup truck. To Seniors: when we lose the mobility in our legs, the rest of our body goes downhill fast! Get off the couch! Get this bike! Come, join me!

Beautiful bike, great design. Excelent design with so much attention to details, love it. Easily pack, fold and powerful speed. Reasonable price after $300 off from original. Keep this price to gain more customer. Less profit now but great to build customer base for future profit

Good budget bike and fun to ride.. This is my first electric bike and its a really good experience it runs very smoothly. Very easy to assemble and ready to ride out of box, very well made, if you put the spring seat in it, that will you more comfort

Great ebike. Suggested improvements.... Pros (I am 5'11" 175lbs.): 1. The build quality is excellent. Folding mechanism is well-designed. 2. Assembly is easy - 15 minutes max. 3. Range is fantastic. If you put in some peddle effort, you can easily achieve 40-50+ miles depending on elevation gain. 4. Battery charge time is fast, 4-5 hours. 5. Both the seat and handlebars offer wide adjustments for varying body statures. 6. Great form factor and light weight for smaller people/spaces. Room for improvement: 1. Larger cranks and/or larger rear gear set. PAS 3 goes so fast you can't peddle fast enough to keep up. 2. An additional PAS between PAS2 and PAS 3. Too much speed differential between them. PAS2 is 10-11mph, then PAS 3 goes full throttle. 3. Front disc brakes. 4. More comfortable seat with shock absorbing post. I bought a black one for myself and a white one for my wife. We absolutely love them and are looking forward to the evolution/revolution ebikes are bringing to the world. Thank you Ecotric and keep innovating! John & Linda

Got the Ecotric Starfish to ride around Boston. I find that is light and compact and the battery range is great - it climbs hills well too. Just right for what I wanted it for.

Perfect for my wife. She was born with Spina bifida and has a hard time walking so riding a bike is her way of getting exercise. The little starfish is perfect for her. She’s 4’10’ and 94 lbs. she can pedal as long as is physically possible and use the throttle when necessary. The only issue we have is that it will shut off intermittently while riding. Five times today

my back tire blew.. I am now needing a new tube and I have no guide to how to change the tire or take the tube off

Bent wheel - No response from company. I received a bike with a bent rear wheel. I understand that stuff can happen when shipping, but I am STILL waiting to hear back from the company about this issue, with a brand new bike that I cannot ride. Meanwhile I'm being asked to write a review for this company, so as of right now I would say do not buy from this company, as there has been no response about the defective product I received

cancelled item delivered anyway and unresponsive seller failed to send return label after email !. I expect a FULL refund ASAP. My bank had stepped in so the sooner the better/

What happens when they sell out?. Let me tell you what’ happens. They tell you they don’t have parts to do repairs…at least that’s what they wrote to me

Scam. Never got a working battery. No customer service. F-rated by the BBB. Buyer beware!

Ive been trying to charge the battery and it does not charge. This is the 3rd ecotric bike i have and ordered it for when i got home to NYC. Iam finally home put it together and now the battery is hesitating to charge at all now! What do i do????
