Empava 24 in 2.3 Cu. ft. Gas Wall Oven 24WO11L – Only For LPG Gas

Minor But Annoying Deficiencies. The LP unit (with digital display) arrived with only one wire rack. I ordered a second one from Lowe's at a reasonable price, so problem solved. The broiler pan is merely a pan, there is no perforated insert that would normally allow for drippings to be segregated from the food being broiled. Have not found a solution for this yet. Finally, and most annoyingly, the digital clock is a genuine conundrum; setting it according the feeble and poorly translated instructions, is a fool's errand. For an otherwise fine product, these little minuses keep me from giving it 5 stars. Empava should try harder.

Oven. The oven works great. I haven't used all functions but what I have, did exactly what is was designed.

I kinda assumed it would have. Anyway, the heating and temperature control is excellent. The rotisserie chicken I made was beyond perfect. Just a chicken on a spic and nothing else. I ate half of it the first setting. Used the other half for sandwiches. Yes it cooks a great rotisserie chicken. Pork loin expected to be just as good. Other than having to widen my original opening and extend it down a bit about an inch into the internal wheel well covers. The modification was easy and the oven fit very nicely into my camper. 30' pull behind without slide outs. Perfect fit. Is was installed under one of their wok stove tops. Ir to is a fabulous addition to my kitchen. Appearance look amazing. You will not be dissatisfied.
