Empava 24 in. Built-in Gas Cooktops 24GC28 EMPV-24GC28

Well not work without power. The cook top is very nice and works well. I bought it for an rv and it will not work without 110vac. I have an inverter so it will work but was hoping it would work without power.

Very nice stove, easy to install, simple product, looks nice and works very well. Not a huge range of adjustment for each burner but there is some, and there are three different size burners.

Very pleased with this purchase. This is a great stove. Great price and great value. I see some reviews that talk about the flame being erratic and/or going out, note: please check the burner caps and be sure they are centered, this will fix the problem immediately. I switched over easily to propane with one $6 purchase at Lowe's and the included hardware with the purchase. It seems well built and is a no brainer to use of course. I love the way it looks in my kitchen. This stove is the perfect size for my kitchen. The glass top is very easy to clean. The stove lights easily and the flame is fully adjustable. It is perfect for my needs. I also love the varying levels of btu for each burner. I would recommend it to family and that says everything!!!

Easy install - love the glass top

Easy to install. Fits in a small kitchen well.

Very good design. Good design and quality.

EMPV-36GC27. I bought 36-in Burners Black Gas Cooktop from Lowe's to replace the old one. 36GC27 is a good fit for my current old cut out, becomes easy to change it, working well, no problem so far, looks nice

EMPV-36GC27. I bought 36-in 5 Burners Black Gas Cooktop from Lowes to replace my old one, 36GC27 is a good fit in the old cut out, easy to install, stylish, working well, on issue so far.

This cooktop match just for small kitchen. Very high quality cooktop! Nice modern design and good price.

Great product , good price

Super nice. So far so good. Everything works. I converted it over to LPG and it was easy. Came with the new jets and instructions. Cooks very well. Boils big pots super fast. Only complaint would be I wish the smallest burner would get a little lower. It cud be a simple adjustment??? Haven't checked yet. The grates stay in place and are heavy duty. Easy time clean. What else you want?

Empava cooktop install and use. I installed it in our motor home, looks great, Works very nicely so far. Only been using it for a couple days now. Could not use1 of the gas fittings that was provided as it was defective so needed to purchase a new one from the hardware store. Otherwise installation went good.

Cooktop quality good. Installation manual poor. The overall quality is excellent and it is a beautiful looking cooktop.  The installation manual was rough going  and there was no video to guide us.  The english was poor.  For example the manual talks about in three places the "Air Supply Valve" when I think they mean the "Gas Supply shutoff".  For example: 'Notice that a horizontal separation below the base of the hotplate is needed. The minimum distance between this separation shall not exceed 5.90"' Not sure what this is trying to say.  It is confusing since the way it is worded the minimum distance sounds like a maximum ("shall not exceed") and the diagram wasn't helpful. Someone needs to rewrite the manual:  e.g., for the above example are they saying:  "A minimum distance from the bottom of the cooktop to combustible materials below is 5.90 in". For Propane conversion, instructions were poor.  I only figured by watching videos of NG -> LP conversion for other stoves.  No real instructions on how to swap the nozzles.  "Remove the burners, burner caps and screw out the nozzles from the burner bases." Without watching videos for other stoves I would never have found out where the nozzles were and learned about the masking tape hack required to do this.  The conversion of the gas regulator was equal cryptic.  This paragraph was long and I'm not retyping it here, but again without watching videos of other stoves would not have been able to figure it out.

This gas stove top insert was purchased as a replacement for rental house. It's sleek design matches the other appliances beautifully. I was especially drawn to the black tempered glass base. It was ordered on line and arrived quickly without issue. Installation was simple to set in place and the hook up to existing natural gas line was very easy. Look forward to many years of service from this stove top. I would definitely recommend this for the design and ease of use as well as value.

The cooktop is a beautiful addition to my home. I installed it myself and the process plus instructions made it as easy as 1-2-3. The design is sleek and current along with easy functionality. I've gotten compliments from everyone that's seen it. I'm happy I purchased this Empava cooktop!

We are so glad we integrated our gas cooktop into our new kitchen. I was very impressed with the delivery, fast, clean and easy. Hope it's durable. Product/quality is what I expected. Would recommend.

Very nice 4 eyed burner. Giving 5* for now as it came packed very well and it looks fantastic. however, I haven't hooked it up yet. I will give an update once I do. Hopefully I won't be disappointed.

Upgrade. The installation was very easy, it functioned great, heat level is high A+!!! , quality speaks for itself awesome. It's worth every cent

Hermoso. Spectacular incredible muy lindo

Works perfectly and is beautiful too!

Super price for an awesome cooktop! The price of this gas cooktop is initially what interested me. I purchased online and picked up at my local Lowes store. Could not be happier with this cooktop! Has all the safety/auto shut off for peace of mind, looks awesome and works flawlessly!

US. Works great. High btu burner works for French fries

excellent product and customer service. This is our second stove top. We absolutely love the quality of this company. When we installed it and couldn't figure out how to lower the flame, the company quickly returned our email with precise instructions. I highly recommend this cooktop.

perfecta. La cocina perfecta par mi hogar y diseño existente

Great stove thanks so much

Beautiful and high quality. Well design , easy installation, easy clean up, attractive appearance, function sufficient for home use

Nice gas range top for smaller spaces! Great high quality range top for smaller kitchens- btu output is commercial quality. Very impressed for what this cooktop cost.

Works great! This cooktop looks great and works better than I imagined. I worked for a utility company in L.A. that serviced all gas appliances. I've worked on cheap cooktops and stoves; these works better the most. The only problem is the knobs broke within a year. I am a stickler for things matching so I hate when knobs don't match, so here I go looking for 5 more matching knobs that fit the valve stem since I can't find the original.

Great stovetop! Buy it. Replaced an old Jenn air stovetop and was debating on spending $800-$1000 on a name brand but very happy with the quality of this unit. If you have any knowledge on home improvements or basic plumbing you can easily install it yourself. All you need is pipe thread tape for gas it's yellow to seal the threads.

The conversion from NG to LPG went great - but after lots of research. No local propane hoses seemed to work. Had to buy a high-pressure propane hose with included gauge and regulator that fit the included 3/8ths flare fitting for the stoves inlet (ended up not using the included regulator). Swapped the orifices to the ones for propane, which were included with instructions. However, the knobs would not make the propane flames any lower at their lowest settings. Did a lot of reading and watching, and found that knobs have adjustments per-burner. It's a brass adjustment screw on each burner control that's just barely visible once you take off the knobs and the silicone gaskets under the knobs. Look up adjusting gas stove simmer setting. Most videos show the adjustment as inside the stem of the knob itself. These were not. They are instead just up and to the left of the stem-flathead brass screws, small, under the stainless top, which we did not have to remove. Once each burner was adjusted, the low settings were lovely with propane. Keep in mind, the inlet pressure is 0.4 PSI for propane or 2900 pascals. The high pressure hose we got goes 0-60! So turn the regulator all the way down, and then up just barely moving the needle off of the zero pin, or maybe not even registering at all.

Muy util. Me agradó mucho, tiene buena calidad

Great for smaller kitchens!! Nice design and contemporary stovetop I used in a remodel. Nice price, too. The electric starters work well, and there are four different sized burners. Never heard of this brand, but happy with the product.

I'm happy. I also bought the extended warrantee. However jury's out on this things longevity. That's the $1000.00 question b/c I did have to replace the counter tops. So we consumers really need value here + product longevity and ability to fix things if they need to be.

Sleek, modern cooktop to replace a much older one! After researching several cooktops, and seeing that most of the "major" brands were not available until much later this year, or even next year, we decided to go with the Empava cooktop. So far, it's been awesome! We hired a company for installation, it was installed with no issues, and it is working great! We especially like the low profile of the top, as well as the height of the grates. Also, having burners with different sizes, for different applications is a really nice feature. Cooked eggs on it this morning, and it worked perfectly! Thank you for a solid product!

Muy util. Muy bonita me encantó

Great for the price. We got this cooktop to replace an old one when moving into a house. It works great and seems to be of high quality, especially for the price. We are very happy with it.

Consider Empava. I've used my Empava stovetop for a year. I like it. It heats very hot and that took some time to get the hang of. The burners are not sealed as advertised. I've asked company reps about this for a year, without response. I wish one of the medium burners was at the front of the unit.

Our 30 inch gas Empava Cook Top. Absolutely love the 30 inch gas cook top which perfectly sits at the end of our island. I love the five different burners and the versatility it offers. The smallest one is perfect for simmering while the large one cares the heavy loads. One of the best things is the black glass base to it. Cleans up quickly and easily with the removable grates. No concerns with scratches like you get with stainless steel models. Been using it for about six weeks now and would highly recommend this model. The best part is the price. Superior quality with exquisite beauty for such a great tool under $400 is simply a steal. The best cooktop I've ever owned.

Easy to clean, use. I love this Empava cooktop, constructed very strong to last. Looks great in my kitchen. It was beautiful right out of the carton. Easy to clean, use, plus the powerful burners exceeded our expectations!

Don't need a large space for it. Very easy to assemble, it works perfect beside that you don't need a large space for it, I'm very happy with it. Fits real well in my small kitchen. This cooktop was of a good quality.

I just installed the cooktop, seamed to be working good, the only thing I would change is the smaller burner to the back center location. Would recommend to other buyers.

CA. Awesome experience! All went according to plan!

Do it! Beautiful, easy to install, works great and looks nice! Value for your money!

Great cooktop. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Looks great, works great. Cast iron racks are well built and very stable. 4 different sized burnets. Cast iron grill gives the impression of a much larger and more expensive cooktop. Only used it once so far, but it works well!

Excellent Product. I really liked this product. The price was good and very easy to use.

Rating provided by a verified purchaser. I like its looks and the burners burn well producing high flames. I did not like the fact they the large center burner was not included. I have to look for an old burner that burns with an orange flame.

Rating provided by a verified purchaser. We were so glad when we finally found the replacement for the old cook top we had since we bought out house many years ago. This was just what we were looking for. It's beautiful & much more efficient than our previous one in that it has a variety of burner strengths so we can choose the right one. KYesbs seem very sturdy, ease of function. Looks wonderful and happy with purchase. Love it is fast and easy to use and secure. Quality is excellent.

The only complain I have is that the stove covers make my cookware black. It leaves it with black powder. I wonder if you sell stainless steel covers.

Everything worked perfectly. All the right fittings came in the Box everything worked great thank you so much Amazon

Cooktop. Bought this cooktop for my girlfriend she really it cooks perfectly.

Not a full size cooktop, but has all the features. Perfect size for a guest house. Low profile and real nice looking cooktop.

Empava Cooktop. This cooktop is solid and stylish. the cooktop has a very modern look and easy to use controls. The installation was pretty straight forward. The dimensions on the description were spot on which made it pretty easy to prepare the counter. My wife loves the cooktop we have done everything from cooking breakfast to cooking elaborate dinners for friends and family. I recommend the Empava cooktop to anyone looking for an affordable and easy to use cooktop.

Mal diseñado. La flama pequeña no enciende nunca con el piloto electrico. Al poner la tapita redonda al quemador mas pequeño, la flama falla, la única forma de que trabaje mejor es poniendo la tapita al revez

GREAT COOKTOP. We have used the Empava cooktop for about a month, and it is really an improvement over our other gas cook tops. The burners give a really sharp concentrated heat, and the glass top is so easy to clean. I would recommend this to anyone replacing or adding a new cook top. I have compared it to cook tops costing 3 times as much and they don't compare.

Black finish was peeled off. The black coating underneath the glass on the right corner, was peeling off when item was delivered.

Great Stovetop for the Money. We purchased this stovetop after having numerous issues with a different brand (GE). I've had it for a couple of months now with no issues. For the price, it gets the job done.

easy to install. works great.

A very good product. I would recommend to anyone. Glad I made this purchase.

Mr. Works good, reasonable price, on time delivery, and no issues yet.

It's absolutely beautiful. I have no complaints about the grill on week 4. The burner has more than a sufficient btu amount. Everything on the top comes loose by hand to easily clean. Extremely easy to install.

Skimps on stainless. The escutcheon under the stainless knobs are NOT stainless, but plastic; cheapens the product. I hardly used it and flakes of plastic are already coming off.

This is my second one and I love this stove. Works like a charm with the previous one so bought this one for our ADU.

Rating provided by a verified purchaser. no complain, except the smallest burner can be a little bit smaller will be perfect.

Good price and quality. Nice appearance and operation. Good value. Space saver and easy to clean. I love it. Works great. Fits real well in my small kitchen.

Love it. Very happy with our choice to replace existing cooktop. Stylish and works great. Wonderful features that are so easy to use. Great addition to our kitchen. Love it.

Love it except for the knobs. Converted this to use LP for outside kitchen. Love everything about it except the knobs are low quality plastic. Didn't think they were since they look good out of the box, but two of the knobs have melted from the heat. They're on the side of the weakest burners so quality is an issue, and Empava doesn't have replacement parts.

Valve came defective. I ordered this stove for an outdoor enclosed kitchen, and it came defective. We had to buy a new valve at Home Depot. The flame is either really high or low no in-between. Burners are really close together, and the buttons are really close to the flame, so it is hard to adjust while cooking. I don't recommend it.

High Quality Cooktop with one Drawback. This cooktop is above average with one fault. The flame on the burners cannot be lowered very far. So the flame range goes from high to medium high; no medium, medium-low or low. To simmer, you must use the smallest burner, and I'm not sure you can lower this one enough when cooking small portions. For medium heat use the back two burners. For high heat use the left front burner. This is a serious drawback but I'm learning how to get by with it.

Corning, NY. Looks good , but wrong size . Need to send it back . Was my error

Good price and quality. Nice appearance and operation. Good value. Space saver and easy to clean. I love it. Works great. Fits real well in my small kitchen.

Our stove is great. It works very well and We are very pleased with the way it turned out in our kitchen. Its exactly what we were looking for!

Rating provided by a verified purchaser. I removed my old regular stove and installed this 24" cooktop, im waiting to receive my electric oven to fit it under my cooktop,

Love this Stove Top!!! Amazing!!! Excellent price for a beautiful product. Easy to install and very well packaged.

In love. Got my new stove installed and I love it! It's as black as my soul and gets hot as temper. At first I was thinking it wasn't installed for few days because I didn't realize you needed to press down for it to turn on. I mean that's pretty good it's not easily turn on but I felt so dumb lol. Haven't had no issues with it only that my pans get heated up so quickly even on low setting because it's so hot. Easy to clean and I have so many stove tops so I can multitask and cooks so many things. I love it.

Great Cook Top!! I purchased an Empava 30in cooktop upon the reviews and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of it! I installed it myself and found that it was a strait forward easy to do task. As to its performance, wow, the burners put out some flame! With various size cook burners, it's a joy to see how they cook. The cost of this cooktop was at least half the price of others! I would certainly recommend this product to my friends!

Great Stovetop. Replaced my old electric stovetop with this one from Lowe's. I like cooking with gas and the security of being able to cook if the power were to fail during a storm is a bonus. This one was well priced and so far it seems to be a reliable workhorse.

Empava gas cooktop. The Empava 36 inch cooktop came well packaged with understandable instructions. The black coating was scratch free. Installation followed a careful process of measuring. The supplied cardboard mounting outline was helpful for setting up the cooktop cavity. While I had to check various sources to verify the gas connection thread size, I purchased the correct gas connecting hose on the first try. Once installed, all burners lit as expected.

Clean dishes every day. It helps me a lot

BEAUTIFUL. You need to buy this adapter, I bought it in Amazon: Wares G Thread (BSP) to NPT (US Thread) Pipe Fitting Adapter with G Thread Bonded Washer Seal Included 1/2" FG x 1/2" MNPT 2 Pieces

Excellent price great value. Arrived well packaged and earlier than expected. The cooktop is powerful, and we find brings things to the boil much faster than our old gas cooktop. The finish seems well built and should last a long time. The grates are also thick and durable.

Great value and great looks! In my case I bought both this cooktop and one of their wall ovens and built my own island designed to accomodate both. The only reason I didn't give the cooktop 5 stars is because there are some small foibles in installing the cooktop that could be rectified by a few small changes: #1 If you are using LP(propane) it's not enough for you to just install the orifices, you have to separate the glass top from the stamped metal bottom(by removing the stamped plates underneath the cast iron grates, just 2-4 screws each) to access the adjusting valves. Start the flame, turn it to low setting, then adjust it further down for LP use. (which has more BTU's than gas) This will also make the resolution of the flame much better. It's not that big a deal, but I had to have several "back and forth"'s with Empava via email before someone was nice enough to send me a video show the process. (the language was Asian of some sort, maybe Vietnamese? Didn't matter though, I understood what was going on) #2 The regulator sent with this unit stinks. As someone else noted you have to buy a fitting to conver it from "G" threads(European) to NPT stuff we use here in the States and if you try to use their regulator you'll have to buy 2 of such fitings. Futher, it takes up valuable space if you use it under the cooktop and over their oven. So instead, I bought a two stage regulator that hooks directly into my 100lb propane tank and it supplies exactly what I need to the
