Empava 24 Inch Wall Oven Rack

No browning on bottoms? Ok, the rack is fine; but if you're getting un-browned bottoms trying to bake in you Empava electric oven be sure you've removed the included baking sheet; if you thought that thing was a "drip pan" sitting at the bottom of the oven, it's not, it blocks a significant amount of heat from the bottom of the oven and it's only referenced in one place in the manual - thankfully there is a marketing image on the HD product page that shows cookies being baked on it, positively indicating this is functional cookware, not a mechanical oven component. Remove the "baking sheet" from the bottom of your oven if you're trying to bake on the wire racks!!

seems to work well except for one problem the knobs that control Heating get too hot to touch very dangerous I can't believe that you actually have not seen this or anybody has said anything. Otherwise it works well.

Good quality, pie weights not too heavy. This oven rack appears to be good quality. I use it as a cooling rack and it's a good size for that. One end has a lip on it as well, so you can use it flat or flip it over on the lip and have a rack at a slight angle if you need that. The pie weights that were included are a nice touch. Pros are that they're connected in a chain so easy to remove, but they're not very heavy and not a lot of them so you might need more for your crust.

It also fit perfectly, and it was by far the best price I saw anywhere for similar racks (that may or may not have fit).

No tray included but rack is heavy duty. This oven rack is awesome! It fits my 24-inch single wall oven perfectly and really maximizes the cooking space inside. The stainless steel finish looks super high-end and it's surprisingly easy to clean after baking a huge batch of chicken wings.

Works great as a cooling rack. I needed a wide set cooling rack and came across this. This works perfect for my needs! I can't speak to how it will fit in an oven but it is very strong and sturdy and can hold a sheet pan full of ground beef to thaw and it did not bend/sway or warp, so it's safe to say it's strong! I also really like the additional pie weights! I've always used beans so it will come in handy to use the proper weights for the holidays when we bake up a lot of pies!

Would cry if I lost this rack. Best rack I've ever owned. Seriously. The stainless steel quality is top notch. Dishwasher safe means I never dread cleaning it. Sliding action is buttery smooth. Beats any generic rack from the big box store. 10/10 would buy again for my second oven.

Rack em all up! I did not order this as a replacement for a specific oven rack. but rather to use as a cooling rack as my wife does a lot of baking and it works well for this purpose. I still do not understand what the Silicone pie beads are meant to be used for. The rack is sturdy, light, but strong. Which is what I wanted in a rack.

Very well made, love the raised edge! I mis-measured so this doesn't fit in my oven BUT it's become 100% handy as an over-the-sink drainboard. I love the construction, especially the raised edge! Wish this was available for my oven's shelves. It worked out, though, since that raised edge provides an angle on the sink edge for use as a drainboard. It fits perfectly on one half of our double sink. My error has turned into a fantastic kitchen aid.

It is a good size and furthermore I like the way it stands up above the counter surface, which will create a better way for air to circulate and will help the just-baked items cool faster.

Lightweight, Durable and Easy to Clean Oven Rack for 24-inch Ovens. This review is for the Empava oven rack that will universally fit most 24-inch ovens. The dimensions are 18.5 in. width by 15.5 in. length. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size rack as I own a GE 30-inch stove. I will continue the review as if my rack was the correct size. I picked up the rack and immediately noticed how light weight it was in comparison to my current rack. That does not mean that it is not as tough as the GE OEM racks. It is very strong and durable as I accidentally dropped it and did not dent or mar the finish at all. I placed the rack on top of my other rack to bake something on top of it and it performed well. I also place it on top of my barbeque grill rack and all cooking situations worked out well. One thing that I liked about it is that it was really easy to clean in my sink. The barbeque soot came off nicely from the stainless-steel surface of the rack. I would definitely recommend this rack as a replacement for any OEM oven rack.

Heavy Duty. I really like how heavy and sturdy the metal is on this rack. It can hold heavy dishes without sagging. I have mix feelings about the extra raised bar in front. It's nice to grip to pull the rack out, but in an already small oven, depending on what's on the other shelf, it is kind of in the way when putting dishes in and out of the oven, lifting it over the bar. The good thing is, it seems to work okay turned around so that extra bar is in the back of the oven. The free silicone pie weights are okay. Not very heavy and it doesn't distribute the heat as well as ceramic. I do like the convenience when it comes to cleaning and storing it. The pie doesn't get brown under the weight and it leaves indents on your pie shell, but that's going to be covered up anyway, so I doesn't really matter.

Good quality, easy to clean. I ordered this to use on my propane griddle as a warming rack and I heard you can bake breads this way. I tried refrigerator cinnamon rolls which didn't work out for me, but I'll try again some other time. The quality of the rack is really good, at least as good as the original racks that came with my oven. The rack is stainless steel and easy to clean, and does work well as a warming rack to keep prepared foods warm and removed from the direct heat of the griddle.

Nice rack, strong and durable. I chose this to review because I needed a good strong rack to use for several purposes. I have a hobby farm so I bake a lot, harvest veggies and herbs. I used this for cooling cookies and bread, washing fresh picked tomatoes and peppers, and drying herbs that I harvested. I needed something portable that I could move where I need it. I took several pictures from different angles so you can see the exact shape and size of this rack. It's 15+1/2 x 18+1/4.

Exactly what it says it is. This rack fits my oven, yes, but I mainly got it as an extra cooling rack for baking this fall. The silicone pie weights are an added bonus, especially since I make a lot of double-crusted apple pies for family get togethers. The pie weights are also a trivet which is going to be very handy if needed. They easily flow to any shape needed. The weights aren't very heavy, but they really don't need to be, and you don't want them to sink down into your dough anyway. I haven't baked since I got the rack and pie weights but I took a pic with the end of a loaf of regular sandwich bread for perspective. When I make some pumpkin bread later this month this rack will be the perfect size for cooling several small loaves at a time.

Great Cooling Rack and Pie Weights Set. I got this mainly to use as a cooling rack and for the pie weights, and for that purpose it works great. The rack feels sturdy and has held up well with regular use. It is the right size for my baking sheets and cools baked goods evenly without warping. Cleanup is simple and it goes right in the dishwasher without issue. The silicone pie weight chain has been the real game changer. Before using weights my pie crusts would sometimes bubble up or shrink as they baked, but now they come out perfectly even every time. The chain sits firmly against the crust, holds its shape while baking, and is much easier to handle and clean than loose ceramic weights. Since switching to this setup, my crusts always turn out better. For the price this is excellent value for money. You get a solid multipurpose rack and a practical pie weight chain that makes baking easier and more consistent.

Good, high quality steel. The grating arrived well packaged. It is made of a good grade of galvanized steel. I rate it as a high quality product. I installed this on my existing Frigidaire electric oven. The grating was small in comparison to my existing steel grating. It does not have the ability to be extended; however, I do recommend it. I use it along the bottom of the oven. It gives me another shelf that is above the heating element. I recommend that you get very good measurements of the expanse you will need the shelf to cover. It is small enough to be put in my current dishwasher.

Ngl, best replacement rack ever. It works perfectly fine for baking but just a heads up for y'all, the oven tray is sold separately so it's just the rack. Still a solid buy tho.

Oven/cooling rack and pie weight/trivet set. Although I don't have an Empava oven I do bake a lot and I was looking for both a cooling rack and a trivet. The rack is as expected and well made, the pie weights or trivet are made of silicone and can stand temperatures up to about 450 degrees. The rack I use for cooling my pastries - croissants, Danishes and bear claws, and the trivet (or pie weights) I use for my Dutch oven for my sourdough bread. The measurements on this rack is about 18" by 15" (see exact measurements on the product page) and it is a standard oven rack so this may also fit your oven as an extra rack and of course it will work with an Empave oven. Pie weights are a clever way of making a trivet. You can adjust it to many sizes and silicone can take a lot of heat. I've never used pie weights before, I just let the crust do what it's gonna do, but according to the package "they're better than beans".

This rack fits and has a shape that causes it to expand when weight applied to the grate. Works much better than the original grates. Frustrating that they were not included with the original stove

So glad no tools needed. Official compatibility includes 24WOA01, 24WOB14, 24WOC02, 24WOC17, 24WO08, 24WO09, 24WO10L, 24WO11L. Not 24WOE40L. But if your oven is 24" and the dimensions fit, it'll likely work.
