Empava 5 Ft Regulator for Fire Pit Grill Heater-Replacement Propane

It Can Extend Life, But Not Your Season. Have a propane BBQ grill, Fire Pit or Camper Grill that has suffered environmental effects upon the gas delivery system? The propane line to my faithful grill has developed some cracks in its exterior, so instead of waiting for it to fail, I wanted to replace it pronto. The HD Seeds program has a 5 foot propane regulator line with a female quick-connect coupler for evaluation from EMPAVA (Model: EMPV-50EH49) for evaluation. The hose comes pre-assembled with the current standard propane tank fitting, a Keygas™ model KR-106A regulator valve, 5 feet of 5/16”standard UL 559 rubber coated flexible pressure hose with a brass female threaded quick connect end for service to your devise. The hose is rated at 1psi working pressure. A bi-lingual standard assembly and safety warning label is attached to the hose for end-user information. This replacement hose is intended for outdoor use within a protected environment, not as an exposed extension hose. The regulator hose was an exact fit for length and coupling for my grill. Removal of the old unit required just a crescent wrench for the female connector. The curled nub tank valve connector was easy to manipulate and tighten sufficiently to the supply tank. A leak test was performed upon installation of the new unit. No leaks were detected and ignition of the grill plates occurred without incident. Using this replacement regulator unit should provide me with a few more years of service out of my p

5 foot Propane Tank Extension Line. This Propane tank connection line with regulator will be great for my fire pit as a replacement to a very short manufacturer provided line. This 5 foot long replacement line will allow for easy and full removal of tank during replacement. The hose seems heavier than the mfg line provided with fire pit. The finish is standard black as with most propane lines.

Makes the replacing of propane tanks completely tool-less. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This hose was very straightforward to install and worked perfectly once connected. The end that attaches to the propane tank is completely toolless, which made that part quick and easy. It hand tightens securely and feels solid with no leaks. The end that connects to the grill does require a wrench, but that's expected and only took a moment to tighten. Once installed, everything felt stable and well sealed. The hose itself feels durable and well made, with a good length that allows flexibility without getting in the way. Overall, a simple, reliable product that does exactly what it's meant to do. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for an easy and dependable propane hookup.

Use in a covered application. Depending on your application this may be just the propane regulator with a 5 foot hose. I am replacing a hose for my grill . Just make sure your application has the regulator covered. Think this is due to the vent hole in the regulator. I am not sure of the rubber being subject to the sun UV. My grill is totally covered so I'll be fine. I dinged one star for the hose flexibility as the hose is very stiff in below freezing weather. Once installed it will be fine, but will need to fight it during connecting it up.

Rating provided by a verified purchaser. There is nothing super magical about this hose an regulator as it pertains to special features, but it meets the needs of a functional truly five foot long hose. The hose itself is five foot long, plus the regulator length. The actual full seated length from connector to connector is almost 5'-4". The hose is plenty thick and the connectors are solid. It does not appear to be designed to stay exposed up sunlight for long durations, but I don't intend on leaving it exposed.

Easy to install! Fit perfect and easy to install. Exactly as described.

Good 👍🏼. This is a solid connection hose. Had no problems connecting it. Does seem to be made of quality material. Would recommend buying it. Works as it should.

Works well delivers propane to grill. Not too much to review, I used this for about 3 months now and it is still delivering propane to ky grill with no issues or leaks. Set up was easy and simple, the extra length for me was not as needed but could be useful for other purposes.

Quality Product. The perfect solution. High quality, works perfectly

Madison Heights, VA. I have a small portable grill, then I have a larger grill. With the smaller portable grill i usually use the small canister of gas used in camping. It also has a short gas hose. With this hose, you can use the larger gas tank and the hose is perfect for using on it.

Nice replacement. Its a good replacement to any stock gas regulator. Replaced a tiny 2ft hose with this 5ft. Now if needed i can really separate my tank from my griddle. Performance, nothing special. Its a regulator that works. No leaks, easy to install.

Love it. Fit was perfect. Easy install. Old hose was only 3 ft so this is great to have the tank further away and can even have it out of sight. Nice strong hose.

Propane Hose. Fire Pit Grill heater propane hose this is a universal hose works great for your outdoor grill needs i would highly recommended this product the hose length is 5 feet

Good product. working as designed

You will want the extra footage. Five feet sounds like a lot of extra, it's not, its exactly the right length for me.

Gas line. Fit great and does not leak

5ft universal hose. I like this. Replaced the hose on my propane space heater. Fits right up with no problem. Now I don't have to use a wrench to change bottles. A little shorter than the factory hose, but works great.

Good quality hose. Nice long hose that stays flexible, but also still feels durable and strong. The fittings are well connected and make attachment quite easy. I had no problem hand tightening onto my propane tank for a good seal, no leaks.

Amazing product for eas of use. Sam
