Works excellent and enhances kitchen. Fits perfectly in a 30in space easy to install even by a diy person

Good product. Quite nice and functional for the price. Recommend!

Meh range hood. The hood looks nice and has very good exhaust flow. The lights are bright and the filters are easy to clean. The clock is 24-hour (not American 12-hour style). Controls are clunky.

Not installed yet. Opened the box & inspected it, but haven't installed yet. Renovations almost took longer than planned. It looks very nice. Can't wait to have it installed

Great hood. This vent-a-hood works exactly like it is supposed too. The suction power is great and the looks are fantastic. I'm glad have this one and not another.

Rating provided by a verified purchaser. Haven't used it to cook yet but plugged it in and lights are bright and fan isn't super quiet but not unbearable. Unit looks nice and touch controls work well. It Comes with a template to mount to underside of cabinet for screw placement to mount unit. Comes with 3' 3 prong cord installed

Great hood fan. I like this product good quality

A Nice Brushed Stainless Kitchen Exhaust fan. Very nice modern looking brushed stainless under-the-cabinet-mounted exhaust fan for 30 inch stove/oven base. The exhaust fan itself has several different levels and is quiet on every level and that's a very nice feature in itself. It also has double LED lights mounted into the underside which provide ample lighting for my cooktop. And it's simple to install with its lightweight body and four well marked mounting holes (template included with installation instructions) as well as clear & easy-to-follow instructions. Its looks, modern flair and nice quality of build make it an easy choice when completing a full kitchen remodel or simply replacing an older less efficient one. It looks great, works perfectly and has the quality to last a very long time.

very elegant. Elegante 😍

Smooth, rounded corners are a major plus! Perfect! The corners are rounded, so my husband won't cut his forehead every time he comes near the stove! 😉

Responsabilidad. Excelente muy bueno

Kitchen hood. Little noisy

As advertised. Love it!!

Oven Hood. Fan speeds aren't really that different. Everything else good

Rob's take Circulating stove Vent. Perfect addition to our remodeled kitchen - Solid piece of equipment- Works like a charm - Highly recommended if you need a circulating stove vent

Rating provided by a verified purchaser. Old hood did not have a charcoal filter so that is an improvement to me. Air draw into the unit is also good. Easy to clean as grills that catch grease are easily removed and dishwasher safe. Stoves usually have a clock but it is nice to have one on this unit for when the stove timer is set.

Good quality exhaust fan. I had some shelf brackets I made myself a shelf to hold it up. It really helped. Had to install myself. The template is pretty accurate. Difficult to maneuver under there because the screws are in the corners but they're all like that.

Kitchen stractor. Love it. The sound is fear and works really well. Very happy with this product!

Looks good I don't know if durable. I can't rated yet I haven't installed but looks like good product

Empava 30" under cabinet ducted range hood. This range hood appears to be well made, the metal is thick enough. It is not the highest in CFM airflow model and the noise level reflects that. One star was taken off because it has a single motor and is off to one side so the side with less space needs a long screw bit to tighten the screws. It is a great buy for the price, will keep you posted.

Seems ok so far. This is heavy and hard to install - took three of the contractors to lift and mount under the cabinet. Hopefully that means it's well constructed and will hold up. I haven't cooked under it yet so can't comment on how well it extracts - at the moment I'm not feeling any strong airflow out (this is a ductless install) - but will add to my review later.

Good unit. A little noise but a nice unit

It is very loud. I asked for info but no response

PA. Looks and works great! Comparable to much more expensive range hoods. The included template was for a different model but once I corrected the drill locations it worked great.

Fan is just ok. Suction is not very good, motor is not very quiet.

Sleek look works perfectly easy install. Perfect combination of all desired feature for a ventless hood.

Easy to install, good looking range hood. This Empava Range Hood was pretty easy to install, and it looks and works great! I have a unique setup as I installed it in a summer camp that lacks ventilation, especiallyto the outside. I had to build a shelf that was 30" wide. So, I made it so I could place my small microwave on the shelf above this hood. Once my new shelf was installed, the installation of this hood took very little time. If you install it directly to over-range cabinets, it will be simple. I'm using it on recirculation mode, so the included baffle-type filters along with the charcoal filter is exactly what I needed.

Having a clock. The lights are very bright which I love. I haven't gotten around to adjust the clock . Its pretty loud but overall its a great quality. Very easy to install

Very nice for the price. It was fairly easy to install and has all the features we need.

Features timer and great look. Great looking range hood. We have a new kitchen install and didn't know if we could alter the kitchen to vent outdoors or not. This hood gave us the option either way. We ended up going ductless. There's a switch on the underside of the hood that takes the air pulled from the stove, through the filters and then out through the top that extends forward of the overhead cabinets. The hood has two lights giving more coverage over the range. Plus it has a timer feature which means you can set it to run for a period of time after you're done cooking. I love that I don't have to go back and turn off the fan while we're enjoying dinner as I really didn't want to have the fan running during all of dinner. We installed the fan without any issue. It was relatively easy.

Good Contemporary Hood. This is a convertible unit that comes set up in ducted mode by default but is easily switched to ductless. Installation was simple enough but there is room for improvement. Major plus for the inclusion of a drilling template. Minus for installing handles and some rivets directly through the protective cover making it difficult to remove. There is a knockout for hardwiring, but the internal wiring is set up for the attached power cord and the manual just says to hire an electrician. The hood adds a nice contemporary look to the kitchen. The baffles give a consistent look to the underside and hide the fan from view. They also act as a grease trap and can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Performance is great. The touch buttons are responsive, the lights are nice and bright, and the suction is excellent. The lowest fan mode was quieter than slowest speed of my old hood and each step up in speed only increased the noise a slight amount. It is a big improvement over the old hood. The only downside for me is that the unit beeps every button press and I would prefer silent operation. There is no need for the beeps as you can see the lights go on and hear the fan. All said the problems are minor and it is an excellent unit.

Grease exhausts. Through the wall exhaust, over range replacement, no more fire alarm saying the steak is done!

Could not install as described. Nice looking hood. I liked the filters and the overall design. The fan is noisier than I like and the lighting was harsher than I prefer. I had to return it because the rear opening for the plug was not functional... It's predisposed for top mounting (not rear or wall mounting)

To bad it came dented. Looked really nice until I checked the other side and found that dent box looked like it's been sitting around awhile

Quality is good. I read the reviews and I have to say this was easy to install. Sleek good looks, nice lighting. Quality is good. It's not very loud and the wife loves it! Overall happy so far...

exhaust fan with disposable filter. Pretty nice and powerful exhaust, looks good on my kitchen. The only thing I don't like is you have to purchase a disposable filter at least every 3 months. I have been doing it every month due to loss of suction. I would love if the filter was washable and not disposable. Is around $10 each filter. Unless you don't cook that often I guess is fine. So even when the unit is not that expensive, you have to contemplate the cost of filter replacement.

Rating provided by a verified purchaser. Excellent piece of kit, even re-routing the wiring for ductless is simple to do.

Great for the price. Very nice and works great. It has powerful suction.

Works well, but. Works well and was easy to install but I didn't notice the front corner being dented until I was installing it, see photo.

Rating provided by a verified purchaser. This one has the light over the burners. I would have liked more light but that's another 100 bucks. You're committed to electronic switches that are probably very expensive to replace and may not be available by the time you would need them. It is what it is….

Quite. Compared too our last one. Seems like a decent product, time will tell. I'm a little bummed that the price dropped $60.00 after I purchased it for $255.00.

Rating provided by a verified purchaser. The unit was very heavy so installation with one person is out of the question. The instructions did not really show the "baffle installation" clearly.

Just installed so not really used yet. My son and I installed it using care not to scratch it or drop it as it is very heavy. We used thick paper covered plywood to sit it on top of a car jack. Runs good and sounds like it will do the job. Nice fit between the cabinets. Cons: Function buttons aren't marked, but we should get them memorized easily. The main issue we had is that we thought this could be ducted or ductless. That's NOT true. We had to cut a hole in the cabinet above to install it. We ordered the charcoal filters. When the inspector came, he said we could not do it this way and NO ducted hood can be ductless. We had to pay hvac to come and install a metal pipe through the ceiling and roof. Per code, he could not use the supplied vent duct. Made a mess of the cabinets doing this. He did not cover the hood and put scratches all over the top of it. So frustrating! We were also told houses should not have more than 400 CFM's installed due to the negative air flow higher CFM's could cause. We plan to run it on low/med unless necessary. We can open a window, which is what we'd probably do anyway if we needed to run it that high. If we had known all this, we would not have purchased this particular model. We had purchased a different one, but it came all beat up, so we returned it and got this one. It was packaged much better and had no scratches or dents until after hvac installed it. We had used our Home Depo card so we had no trouble returning the other one.

Rating provided by a verified purchaser. I am very happy with the look, quality and quietness while running. I would highly recommend this item to anyone. Also my contractor had no complaints about installing it.

damage. the delivery team was great. however once we opened the box there was a dent/bend on the upper corner. disappointed when paying that kind of money to have damage. shipping box was not damaged. thinking damaged from packing. would lime to resolve the damage with Lowes

Rating provided by a verified purchaser. The new appliance I received seems to be of good quality, efficient, and is a good addition to my kitchen

Looks great! My husband installed it. Nice bright light too.

The vent is great. Good suction and light. Installation would have been a little easier if there was a template for where the screw holes should go. I contacted Empava customer service regarding the cleaning instructions. They acknowledged receiving my second request but have not provided the information I requested. It has been over a month.

Perfect Fit. We have a small kitchen and this oven worked perfectly in an odd sized space.

I don't recommend this product to anyone. Aesthetically ugly, too noisy, pretty weak lighting and day color, it is not soft. Material is cheap, in the installation process, it had lots if hair lines on the surface.

Empava 36in. This product was not easy to install, required two people, very heavy, very loud at all exhaust levels. Led lighting is very low, unable to see the top of the stove. Replaced an exhaust system that was 21years old which used 75W bulbs, provided much more light. The vents are easy to remove and clean and exhaust has great suction, although extremely noisy.

Good value. This fan hood looks great, and was easy to install. I like the flexable 8inch connecter duct. It works well. I wish the lights were a little brighter.

Easy to install and easy to clean. I bought this brand of oven before and it worked very well. this range hood has no problem in starting. This type of range hood is very affordable, easy to install, and easy to clean. All in all, this brand is my first choice when I buy again.

Beautiful looking and powerful function. I bought this range hood few days ago as a wedding anniversary gift for my wife. My wife likes it very much. We purchased one before, but the machine didn't work well. My wife feels that the smoke is too heavy when she's cooking. Now this new one has powerful function, and my wife is willing to cook again.

Good quality vent hood. We've had our oven vent for a few weeks now and I really like it. It seems very effective, looks nice, and isn't very loud. I'd definitely recommend it!

Excellent fan, but. It is rather loud, even on the lowest of three settings. Not a huge drawback, but one of the reasons we did purchase this was the noise level. Another was lighting, and although there are 2 "energy-efficient, 2.0-Watt LEDs" they are so efficient as to not really providing much light. Haven't researched replacements yet, but definitely will change them. All in all it is a great hood fan, and very efficient at what it should do, which is pull air from over the stove and remove it!

Very nice hood. We are very pleased with the range hood. The led lighting is super bright, the mounting was super simple and easy. It is very attractive, draws the air in just the manner we were hoping for! Definitely recommen. Fan is very well built and powerful.

Great find. Looks great, runs quietly, very light weight, easy to install. I don't use it a lot, but very satisfied so far.
