Kamado Joe Grill Grate Lifter

Must have tool. Great tool. I bought the second one because with two hands I can use it with heavy grates.

No Instructions. This came with my grill. Yes it does lift the grates very well; however it also came with a small bag and inside was a washer, a hexagon nut and a 2 1/2" metal sleve. I have not clue what these are or what they are used for since there were no instructions.

Use this way more than I thought. The grate lifter is well made. Grasps the grates easily and securely. Use it way more than I thought I would have initially. Great for reverse searing steaks where you remove the upper rack so you can add some wood chunks for flavor for the sear.
