The Imperial Range IHR-2HT-2 spec series heavy duty gas range consolidates multiple cooking options into a 36″ footprint. Its cooktop combines (2) open burners with cast iron “S” grates and (2) 12″ hot tops, paired with a standard oven equipped with (1) chrome rack. This configuration helps organize stations and simplifies line flow.

It includes manual controls, a 7″ deep landing ledge, stainless steel front and sides, backguard & kick plate, and 6″ legs with adjustable feet. Total input is 120,000 BTU (35 kW). The unit is cETLus and NSF listed.
