Jackery Battery Pack 5000 Plus

Works as described. Excellent product

I have two 5000 plus and two battery expansions and they have already been called into action 3 times due to tree caused power outages. They are super easy to install. My only critique is I wish the user manuals and smartswitch app were a little more user friendly.

Product purchased and installed with minimal effort to existing system - Simply stated, it provides peace of mind as a new resident of Florida as we enter the storm season...

Expansion Battery is good, the delivery not so much. I purchased a Jackery 5000 plus expansion battery. The battery connected without issues and so far works fine. I am just glad it was well packaged for delivery. The delivery person removed it from what appeared to be a personal van, took a couple steps, and dropped (not placed) it in the middle of my driveway. I was standing on the porch and questioned it being left in the middle of my driveway and the driver just pointed at it and then proceeded to drive away. So please be cautious if you have one on order. If I had not been home hopefully the battery would not have overheated or been hit by someone entering my driveway, Again, I am very happy Jackery packaged the expansion battery as well as they did.

Adding 4 additional battery backups. With 25% of our usage transferred over to the Jackery 5000+, these additonal battery backups should get us through the cloudy days and add more from the grid to the Jackery units. Building it step by step.

Jackery Battery easily connected to main Jackery UPS Explorer 5000.

Batteries appear to be dropping power and not being used? Any explanation?

Jackery Battery Pack 5000 Plus

I love all of the components that I purchased through the Jackery website. Customer service is awesome. The products are packaged so well, very pleased and everything is working just like it should.

Jackery Battery Pack 5000 Plus

it took a min to get it to charge but now so far so good. Connect it to E5000+ with everything off. Then turn all on. Then plug into wall. Now it is charging up fine. Thanks Eric

Jackery Battery Pack 5000 Plus

So far everything is just great. Not hard to install. It’s used for backup only and batteries are always kept charged. No power outage yet but worked just fine when I tested it a couple times.

Peace of mind for both homes. After my good experience with installation and use of the Explorer 5000 plus for essential power back-up at my home, I also purchased the HP 3600 plus to use as emergency back-up at my lake home. So far it has performed flawlessly and provides peace of mind should the power go out when not there. I would recommend Jackery to anyone who has similar home back-up requirements.

Arrived in good order. Charged quickly. Added as an additional back-up to my current system. Would like to see longer connection cables that come with the battery or as an option.

Easy to hook up and expand on would like two more.

Worked like a charm

Can’t do 15 to 85 changing

Very solid product! Makes me want one more!

Jackery Battery Pack 5000 Plus

Easy to use. Once you plug it in it operates on its own. I have 3 of the battery packs and have put them on a moving dolly. This enables me to move them as a unit and since they are in the basement keeps them above any water leaks.

Great price for extra piece of mind in an emergency.

AWESOME!!! We now have 7 Jackery products to power our Off GRid Home in Montana and they work amazing

Adding this 9th battery to my Jackery 5000 plus dual power backup system for my whole house. Now have 55kwh of backup power which automatically kicks on through the STS switch. Ww have had 3 small power outages and the switch over was so smooth, we didn't know our house was on backup power until my phone app alerted me.

Like the Product. So far, so good…

Solid product with limited placement options. These batteries seem built solid and a convenient size. Adding a couple of these units to the Jacker Explorer 5000 Plus (JEP) is a great option for flexibility on battery capacity and in sizes that are manageable for moving. My one complaint is that the expansion cable comes in only one size which limits the placement of the battery in relation to the JEP unit. If you purchase the Smart Transfer Switch and two JEP units to connect with it it can be challenging to get all of the units placed within the cable limitations especially if your main breaker box is in a smaller closet. It would be helpful if there were options to purchase expansion cables that were 3 to 6 feet long so you could get the batteries a little further away from the JEP units when trying to organize in tight or odd shaped locations.

Extremely well built with excellent power storage capability. Each battery pack provides 5kwh. We have enough back up power for 3-5 days and will expand so we have 10-14 days. Jackery is the best available.

Battery Pack 5000 Plus. A very nice and easy to product, the connecting cables could be a little longer to make it easier to install
