Jackery Solar Generator 2000 v2

Maiden Voyage. I live in Montana and just took this generator out camping for the first time and was very impressed. Charged it up at home before I went out. Once at the camp spot it was super easy to set up and the long charging chords helped me easily chase sun when it went behind trees. The generator powered my trailer lights, water pump, and refrigerator with ease. On it's own it only used about 40% of the battery overnight in 40 degree temps and quickly recharged the next day. If you live somewhere that is sunny, I don't know why you'd buy a gas generator when this gem is available.

The convenience of it to set up quickly in a power down situation. Getting extension cables make it easier to hook up solar panels

Jackery Solar Generator 2000 v2

Replaces a Jackery Explorer as power for my cabin. This is the perfect all-weekend solution for a cabin, camper or RV. Ditto, certainly will get used for large group cookouts and campouts. We have a plug-in generator which powers the essentials in a blackout - this will power all the “fun-to-have” amenities or just the deepfreeze if needed. Build is great, solar panels easy to use, quiet.

Rv backup power. Tested unit on a iceco VL60ProD, unit ran perfectly for days. 2000v will be mainly used as a backup power supply for our travel trailer and occasionally for intermittent power outages at home.

Great customer service and fast response.

Jackery Solar Generator 2000 v2

Worked great using solar panels to charge unit, and unit did great powering our refrigerator during a power outage test.

Jackery Solar Generator 2000 v2

My 2000 v2 had a problem right away. I contacted customer service and have sent it back under warranty, I’m waiting for my replacement. I like Jackery but this has been frustrating. Jackery determined that I needed to have the updated firmware and once this was done my system starting working great. Thank you.

Haven't really used it yet but satisfied, my only concern is that the card I used once and that was too purchased my jackery had that card for a while, right after I used that card too purchased the jackery it was hack question your security

Worked Great, recharged battery 50% in less than 2 hrs in direct sun

Explorer 2000. Does as expected. Two solar panels worked well. No issues.

Good capacity and performance. It's heavy though so get a nice sturdy case for it!

Best purchase for camping. Also thankful this is solar and can charge if electricty goes out. We used for 3 days and the charge only went down to 91%.

Jackery v2000. We used the Jackery to keep 2 fans going on high for about 9 hours at our remote camp. In the morning we charged 2 batteries for drills and still had 38% left on the charge. So, this was the first time using and we haven’t used the solar panels. Hoping we love it as much as we did the first use.

Love it! I live in an off grid house and my system isn't enough to use various kitchen appliances or other type of electronics that uses more than 1000 watts. Now I just plug into my Jackery and it is all good - Instapot, Airfryer, Kettle and Crockpot - all work when I need them with this little battery, plus is also not too heavy for me to lift onto the counter. And bonus it is a great little machine for when I go out in my off grid camper to charge my laptop.

love this set up, camped out off grid for a 3 day music festival and solar power was an integral part of the success!

Jackery explorer 2000…kinda. Thought I was getting the explorer plus 2000 when I ordered it, stuck with the explorer 2000. Still amazing product, just not the one for the job. Will make it work 🙏

Very great service thank you

Worth Every Penny. Absolutely amazing little generator. Everything I need to know about it is in the manual, and the output is as I expected. It charges very quickly off sunlight here in Colorado too!

Already bought a unit stop sending ads.

Quick delivery. Product charged up as rated.

Awesome unit! This Jackery solar generator is really nice and compact! It supplies plenty of power and last really longer than I expected! The solar panels are made really well and are easy to set up! They produce a really good fast charge! The unit and the App are very easy to use and there are good instructions to help you set up and use the unit! The only thing I wish would have come with it is a bag too keep all the cables in!

Jackery makes a great product. They’re reliable, dependable, quiet, quick charging, and fairly lightweight for what they are. But a few enhancements to their product line would be welcome. First, while the fold-out solar panels work great, setting them up can be a pain, especially in the wind. Small stake loops on the stand legs would help tremendously. Second, their accessories, specifically their DC cables. Jackery uses a fairly boutique DC connector that’s hard to find outside of their website. Depending on the age/size of the generator, they have two different DC charge port connection sizes. So their cables typically must have adapters. All over the place. In my setup, I have over a dozen adapters in order to set my panels up outside and charge my Jackery inside without having to run cables through an open door (bad idea in the wild). Having cable / accessory options that use either DC8020 or DC7909 (per your need) connections END TO END, WITHOUT ADAPTERS would be an immense help. Also, users need a panel jack option to make connections through RV walls using the same DC8020/7909 connections - please. Bottom line - the units are great, accessories could use some work.

I bought this to power my DreamStation 2 CPAP with humidifier while camping. I was able to use my CPAP for two 8 hour nights of sleep before needing to recharge. I still had 28 percent charge left but didn’t think trying to run a 3rd night and running the batteries completely out was a good idea. I am very pleased with my purchase. The solar panels are a little combursom to set up because of the the folds and the legs but once they are set they seem to work fine. All an all very pleased

How do I unsubsribe to your adds?

Great product, wey solid. Exactly what I needed. Great product, very straightforward to use.

Awesome Generator. I found this generator to be well built and extremely reliable with the power and long lasting energy it provides…Awesome simply awesome!!!

still learning - not your fault. I bought it to feel like I could go off grid. I have not had a chance to try it yet. I already know I will also want a smaller one.

Haven’t used it much yet. But so far I’m pleased

2000 V2 and SolarSaga 500. The Equipment performed better than expected. The (android) app is a great convenience. The panel never got to 500 watts, likely because it is hinged, but got over 400. Good deal for the price, I'd buy it again.

Great product, responsive customer service. I recently purchased the Explorer 2000 v2 with the Solar Saga 500x solar panels. I quickly realized that the 500 Watt panels weren’t going to work for me at my northern MN off grid cabin due to the way the panels connect with hinges that can’t fully open. So after a bit of back and forth with Jackery support they agreed to exchange the panels for two solar saga 200w panels, which will work much better for me. The Explorer 2000v2 power unit is great. It charged up in only an hour when plugged in at home. One thing that would make it even better though is if they would make the outlets and usb ports orange, or highlight them in orange. They are all black on a black surface and very hard to see in low light. The unit functions very well and meets my needs.

I haven't field tested it yet, but I love the fact that the display (and the app) tell you everything that's going on with the input/output on the battery. the solar panels were very easy to setup and generate lots of power to charge the battery.

Works as advertised

Missing Cord. I am missing one of the cords for the two solar panes I purchased as part of a set. They had shipped separately and one of the panels didn't have a cord. Called customer service and they said they had to escalate to a special team. It's a very simple fix, send a new cord. It's been a week and I have not heard anyting back yet. Update: Heard back from someone in customer service and cord was sent immediately. The product works as advertised and the panels pull in about 190+ watts when correctly oriented. Given the rating is 200 watts I'm sure I didn't have it perfectly aligned so happy to be that close to the rated watts. Used it for camping running an induction cooktop and electric kettle primarily along with an electric cooler to keep things cold.

Jackery Solar Generator 2000 v2

Missing solar panels. My solar panels were lost in transit and Jackery was quick in sending me another set.

Haven't had a chance to try it out,yet.. I charged it and looked it over, used the app to check status

Great Customer Service! At initial start-up there was an issue with the charging circuit. We called Jackery; questions were asked, pictures were sent, and in short order it was agreed that the unit should be returned and a replacement unit sent to us. The replacement worked as advertised and we are looking forward to deploying it on a camping trip. We recommend the Company and the product!

Jackery has me sleeping securely! For the first time in years I feel safer! 74 yr. old widow for years, I purchased your solar generator; and all of a sudden I feel so much better. No more wondering "what would I do", now I can handle it. Tried out everything and just smiled a lot, wondering why I didn't make the move sooner! THANK YOU

Approves. Great product, works, charges quickly, very portable, handle is very sturdy

Power unit works as described. Excellent power unit. It works as described, holds the charge, and there is no waste. It works as described. I will have to test the solar panels. Owner for 6 months.

We sent it to South America, waiting to arrive to start using it, we have an other one and it is great!

So far, the power station is great and I have no complaints about it. The solar saga 200 panels work well EXCEPT they only have two legs (the reason for 4 and not 5 stars). Given the long length of the panel, this results in them sagging in the middle and requires propping them up with something which is a pain. After being in this sagging position for a day of charging, the sag creates a warp in the panels (at least on hot days) that makes it harder to fold them back up and store. The warp eventually goes away after folding them. It appears earlier versions of these panels came with three legs, plus a case and a built in storage pouch for cords. I admittedly am bummed that these features were discontinued. But, all in all, I am happy with my power generator system and hope to get lots of good use out of it when camping and during power outages.

Jackery Solar Generator 2000 v2

So far… lovin’ it. Easy to charge up and use - having the app on my phone makes it even easier.

It's Perfect! Meets all our expectations so far. We are glad we bought it.

So far love it
