Happy Nanny. I love my journey, air, elite power chair it gives me comfort and independence. It’s lightweight so my family can put it in and out of the car. I love that the arms go up so when I’m at a table, I can be pushed right up to the table and it’s much more comfortable than a regular wheelchair.

my journey. Can walk with cane. But sometimes its unbearable. I am slow. The Journey is just what I need.

Claire's Jurney. Using this wheelchair has brought me much needed relief and ease getting around my house and everywhere outside my house. After having a stroke just a couple of years back, I was left struggling with walking and getting around. Now, with the use of the Journey Elite wheelchair, I can scoot around my house in no time. I am able to get around stores and just be able to get outside and enjoy some fresh air.

New ride. I am a 100% disabled veteran. Saw the chair advertised in the Legion magazine and thought it might work for me. My wife could not load my other chair into the car but the Elite is a game changer for us! We will use it big time. Thanks

air elite. A great light weight is chair. It is extremely maneuverable; the only reason I didn't give it five stars is that it takes practice, in a small space, to change the direction from forward to backwards or vice versa

Great product! My wife and I each use one of these chairs to get around the house and for visits to the doctor, hairdresser and short shopping trips. We've had them for over a year now and they are still performing well. We have one spare battery that gets swapped around so we never have to have a chair waiting to be charged. We like that the chairs are light enough that we can load them without help and they fit behind the front seat of the car. Only negative thing is that some hospitals and retirement facilities don't allow use of the chargers for these chairs because they don't have a 3-prong power plug for the AC power cord.

Battery life is poor. Great chair, but the battery should last longer than 2 years. Also the price for replacement is over 500 dollars. WAY to much for a battery.

My Journey. Because I had my Journey Elite, I was able to enjoy a vacation with my wife that I wouldn’t have been able to do before. The Elite allowed me to be independent and allowed my wife to be able to enjoy herself and not have to push a wheelchair. The Elite went up hills with ease.

Best decision we've made. The Air-Elite was the perfect choice for my husband. It's been a lifesaver for my wife as she doesn't have to push me anymore. My only wish is that the footrests would fold under the chair. It's hard to step over the footrests to get into the car.

Perfect! This is simply the best and perfect chair! My mom is a stroke survivor with limited mobility. She is 89 years of age. Acquiring this chair has been a dream come true! It has given my mom independence and a greater sense of self-confidence as she is able to maneuver it with great ease. She is not afraid to use it and I feel confident in her ability to use it. She loves it!!! She was so excited that she drove it out of the store! Simply stated: this has been my best gift to her!

Freedom. Mychaimychair gives me freedom.my wife can walk next me instead of pushing me. I can maneuver around . Obstacles even in restaurants.. I can decide where i want to go and linger as long as i like. We have an Audi and my wife who is 70 yers70 yern old spouse old can fold my chair and put it in the trunk of her car

Easy to Use! PROS: This chair is so much better than using a manual wheelchair which was cumbersome, and gave me back spasms and fatigue. I can now easily go through doorways without me banging into the door frame, take my dog for a walk down the street, and gives me (and my husband) independence from having to push me. CONS: loud beeping when turned on.

Casino chair. I have always loved watching the local WNBA team but it was getting too hard to walk from the parking lot through the casino to the arena and to my seat until I got a power chair. I’m now a season ticket holder.

Great for Travel! I bought the Journey Air Elite specifically for travel. At 29 lbs including battery it is light enough to easily load in and out of the car. Packs up super small for gate checking at the airport. There is no custom cover available so I bought two large Velcro straps to bind it tight when folded. I usually get two full days out of the battery. Big enough for anyone up to 200 lbs in my opinion. Does well on paved hills and flat gravel surfaces.

Freedom at last. Received this carbon fiber power wheelchair about 2 weeks ago. My 86 yr old husband took right to it. We have the So-Lite regular chair in the house but use the new power chair for outside the home. He doesn't have to wait in the car while I go in stores to shop. Easy to go into restaurants. I have a bad shoulder so even at 26# I have to lift in and out. But it's worth it to now walk along beside him vs pushing him the past year and a half.

Great. The biggest part about the chair is I can load and unload by my self. I am very weak in my upper body.

Love being mobile. I love being mobile. I am able to go places, like street fairs and shopping. I have not been able to do for years, because of arthritis in my back.

I Have My Independence Back. As my MS progressed I lost my ability to walk. Using a manual rollator was too exhausting and I could not move across a room without becoming exhausted and falling. Since we started using a Journey Air Elite I have my independence back. I am able to conserve my energy and transfer to the Elite then go wherever I want to. It is light so my husband can easily carry it up/down stairs for me and bring it in the car whenever we go out.

My experience with the Journey Air Elite. We've been on two cruises, visited 4 casinos and it has performed without any problems. I have probably sold 5 or more to people asking where I got it I can put it behind the seats in the car or van, I can push my luggage and carry a back pack with ease.

Amazing Machine. I bought this chair for my 90 year old wife, who took to it with some doubts, but with a few months' use, she's in love with this thing. She's gotten quite skilled at driving it, after numerous concerts, a 10 day cruise, several flights, and daily use around town. I'm attached to it too: it really does weight just 26 pounds, and I can load it and unload it from the car trunk as easily as I loaded her walker for years. I resisted getting her into a wheelchair, partly because I knew at my age I would struggle with the usual chairs weighing 50 pounds and more. For us old guys this chair is a miracle. It may not hold up like a heavy chair, but so far so good. If it does fail eventually I'll just buy her another one. It's that good.

Customer service is not as good as the chair. The chair it self is great, customer service not so great, mine showed up with a broken cover for motor, Took two months to finally get a response to my inquiries was told the replacement part would be delivered in 3 to 7 days took another 4 months My son purchased this for me fantastic gift

One major issue. Having happily owned a Zoomer to use in my home for a year or so, I fully expected the Air Elite to be similar but lighter so better for travel. Much to my surprise, when you turn on the power button on the controller on the Air Elite, there is a "scare your dog half to death" "beep" similar to what you hear when you press the test button on your smoke detector! This is totally unnecessary as it does have lights indicating power level and speed as does the Zoomer (which only gives a slight clink when the brake engages and disengages and no other sounds except the soft hum of the motor). Since the recommendation is to turn off the power when exiting or entering the chair, someone didn't think about the places and times you might be turning on the chair, i.e. restaurants, church, hotel room, even your bedroom in the middle of the night! Customer service says there is no way to disable it like you can the backup beeper feature.

Recent high hip amputee. For a recent 84 y.o.high hip amputee this little jewell has significantly improved my previously very restricted mobility choices. At its 27lbs weight I can easily lift it into my Toyota Sienna and park it behind the driver seat. It folds and unfolds easily and allows me access to any hard surface venue. It handles uphill drives to my mail box easily and it handles tight spaces with aplomb. Its design is elegant yet sturdy. Expensive but worth it!

Light weight easy to transport. Loved the easy accessibility of it. Folds up and fits in our vehicle nicely.

Great little buggy. I bought this for my wife. She can walk a little but not very far. We had another buggy that weighed over 100 lbs. The FAA changed rules, and we ended up missing a flight because of it. We had to catch a later flight causing us to miss a day of condo time. It was also time consuming to take apart and put back together. The Air Elite is great. Just got back from a trip to the big island of Hawaii. My wife drove it right up to the door of the plane, I pulled the battery with ease, and it was waiting for us as we got off the plane. Very quick and easy to put in and take out of our rental car. There has been a bit of a learning curve for my wife to learn how to drive, but not too bad. I also like how she can drive into an elevator then do a quick 180 and drive back out. Very highly recommend.

let my new life begin. I absolutely love it. It has given me the ability to go places, and see things I missed doing. I am restricted to a wheelchair because I'm walking bone on bone in each knee. I am able to use a rolerator for short walks, but that is pain full, and you are still bent over unable to see nothing but the ground. With my power chair the world has opened up to me. I'm able to talk to people, and look the in the eyes. I can look up and see the birds. I can enjoy all things going to Restaurants, movies the beach. All are open to me. The chair is so easy to use. Be careful putting it together. The instructions can be misleading. make sure you have unpacked everything. I couldn't find a screw that holds the hand control to the arm. Good thing I looked in the box. It was in some packaging material. It is worth every penny spent on it. I like to go out and do whirlies. It is definetly a 5 star product.

Journey air elite. The air elite is çomfortable and fun to ride. I feel safe in it and will be a pleasure not to fall like I have done many times. I like that it is small enough to be stored away without taking up space.
