Journey Zoomer® Lightweight Folding Power Chair

Wonderful product. I am a 79 year old woman who is a double amputee, I was using a basic wheelchair and pushing myself around and the arthritis was getting so bad in my hands and wrist and the zoomer has helped me to be able to nagavigate around my house and outside more freely. I would highly recommend.

Amazing. I've tried 4 other electric wheelchair before finding the Journey Zoomer. The sliding foot rest has changed my life. Getting up and down is a breeze. The chair itself is so comfortable. You can go slow 🐌 or 🏃‍♂️.

Easy to use and very lite fer my wife to lift in vehicle . I use at gym , restaurants ,bars , movie theaters anywhere really it very able to move around in tight spaces the turn radius is remarkable imagine it is speedy haven’t had it wide open to full speed yet but able to go from slow crawl to faster then a person walking along side can’t keep up with no concerns with jumping from low speed to higher speed change as it’s a smooth transition. And I’m very happy with the charge in battery doesn’t take long time to charge and last quite awhile. It great vehicle gives me opportunity to experience life again after my brain injury. I RENTED A ZOOMER ON VACATION AND I LOVE IT. I went on vacation and I when am at home I used an electric wheelchair but I couldn’t take it on the plane with me, so I rented an electric wheelchair when I landed. They sent a journey ZOOMER when I first saw it, I didn’t think it was a very good electric wheelchair but boy, was I surprised. The ZOOMER performed great both outside and indoors. So, when I came back from vacation I bought one for myself, and am enjoying it. I would recommend the ZOOMER to anyone who needs an electric wheelchair because it is affordable and a great product. Jim Fisher. My wife, Peggy, Is finding the Zoomer very easy to controal. It is giving her freedom to roam withouy tiring. It frees me up to roam as well. I like the fact that it folds and unfolds with very little effort and unlike the Transport chair we have been using there are no foot rests to remove. I have no problem lifting the complete unit into my trunk. I did have some difficulty figuering out how the battery was installed.

I love my JOURNEY ZOOMER so much. I wish I had purchased one a long time ago, but was to nervous that I couldn't handled it, but it is so much fun that I can actually talk to the person that is with me and not behind me. I feel more free now when I go out. Thank you so much. I enjoy shopping with my friends. I don't feel like they wish they had left me home now. Tied to a wheelchair and can't go where I want, and always having to be pushed around is no fun, but the Zoomer is great.

Charging adapter for my Zoomer. I just got my Zoomer charging adapter thank you very much David for helping me with this. I’ve been after one for years and wanted to make one instead of bringing in a hole Chair out of the car and in the house this will work great thank you very much merry Christmas and happy new year. The pictures I took before and sent them cause I couldn’t return the pictures or from my remote access for the joystick so whoever’s with someone and needs to push them. They can operate the joystick from standing behind them. Just make sure that David gets these pictures or, I have to send them to him another way thank you again.

Zoomer charging adapter. I wanna reach out and thank David and customer service for helping me out with this situation where I do not have to bring the whole chair in the house now to charge the battery. This adapter will work fine thank you very much again.

I have purchased a Zoomer to get me back-and-forth to the doctors offices up and down the long ass always. I had purchased a Zoomer Chair to get me back-and-forth from the doctors office all the way down there always it helps me a lot for the breathing. The only problem I have with mine is that the tires squeak I contacted them when I first bought it. They said there’s nothing they could do. I said I need to give me a large tire. I’ll buy it. Please send me a front tire as well. I’m will keep that. How much is the large tire and it was too much for me to pay at that time because there’s nothing wrong with the tires. They just squeak when I go down the hallway very loud. I wish they would’ve took care of it when I bought it Maybe they can still do something.

Better than a scooter! I went to the store to get a new scooter but the owner showed me the Zoomer and I was blown away. I took out my checkbook and look forward to fantastic mobility!

Great little personal transportation. I like the comfortability of the chair and the ease of getting around. The handling of the chair is responsive and the chair maneuvers. The battery life is excellent. I go about 5 days without charging the battery. The speed is efficient for this old guy.

Love my zoomer. My zoomer was a perfect way for me to go to a folk festival this weekend and get through a crowd. I love the different speeds and the way it is so easy to maneuver in and are crowds.. It was easy to lift in and out of my car also.. I had people stopping me to ask me where I got it and that says a lot!

Living Life. I have tried many power chairs in my life, and this one wins! I love the way it is easy to transport. Which gives me the freedom to get out and spend time with family and friends. It is also lightweight, and easy to get unstuck from the snow.

New Zoomer. I bought a new Zoomer and we went to Branson for the weekend the next day. My wife was able to collapse, load and unload the Zoomer from the back of our Subaru Outback without putting the backseats down. I was able to move about the resort property by myself while learning how to modify the speed and make tight turns including in and out of the elevators. We went downtown and meandered through the crowds and to several attractions with no significant problems. We did have to put the chair on manual for safety to maneuver tight aisles in the crowded dime store

My Zoomer Story. Receiving the Zoomer scooter has benefited me very positively. Before the Zoomer, it was very difficult to go to my grandchildren’s sporting events and games, due to the amount of walking I would sometimes have to endure. It was a lot of pressure on my body, and it often left me exhausted. After I got the Zoomer, I am now able to almost effortlessly attend more of their sporting events, such as a cross country event, as seen in the photo. It is fast. I'm a 95 year old woman getting used to the journey zoomer. I'm grateful I have places to practice and so that I can use this to it's fullest extent. It is a wonderful chair that I believe once I've let mastered it it will be wonderful. It is a very comfortable chair.

Freedom with My Zoomer! A friend let me borrow his Zoomer to try out. WOW! The Zoomer is quick to learn and so easy to navigate. I love the speed control and how agilely it moves. I love my Zoomer! Since my car accident several months ago, I’ve been in a wheelchair. I have severe arthritis in my hands and it was difficult to move the wheels. My sister has a friend who has a Zoomer and she let me borrow it for a few days. It was exactly what I needed. We returned hers and ordered one for myself. It’s easy to use and charge! I understand that I’m entitled to a cup holder? That would just be wonderful! I sing your praises to everyone that listens.

I need a cup holder and battery cover if available. I failed to request my cup holder gift when my Zoomer arrived a few months ago. May I request it now? Jerry's Zoomer. I am 60 percent handicapped retired military and cannot walk without help. I have an older Zoomer and needed a second Zoomer that was lighter so I can do shopping and go to the doctors. I and alone now and use my Zoomer to get around the house and plan on using my new Zoomer when I travel. The new Zoomer is a little lighter and should enable me to get it in the back of my truck

Super Nice. Zoomer chair is super nice. My Dad is just getting acquainted with chair and it is super simple to use. Helping get around building. It allows him to go around entire complex at his independent care. Looking forward to getting the cup holder as he likes to sit outside and socialize.

MY ZOOMER. I purchased my first Zoomer after a stroke because I only have use of one hand.I tried scooters but they were miserable,you can't get in or out without help until you recover some.I have big feet and most scooters do not have much foot room.I do not have that problem with my Zoomer.The feature I like best about the Zoomer is you sit up to the dinner table just like everyone else,it goes close up to the table like any dining chair so you can be like the rest of the family also great when you go out dinner with friends!The Zoomer is not the most comfortable chair but it is good.You could opt for an ultra comfortable chairbut they do not the features of the Zoomer light weight,ease of stowage,great turning and door access and even goes in grass and gravel.I am so satisfied I bought a second Zoomer just to keep in the car and the other just for the house! Best of luck to all who need a great powerchair.

Enjoying the Zoomer. The Zoomer is lightweight and maneuverable. I have used it extensively at a theme park with hills.

My Step Dad. My Mom hurt her back and was having trouble pushing my step father in a manual chair. The Zoomer has given her relief and allowed my step father to enjoy more typical life style activities.

Love my zoomer!! I just love this chair! It has changed my life. I can now go shopping, go to museums and fairs and up and down my street. I recently went to Europe and had no problems. Even on the cobblestone streets. Easy to maneuver and travel with. Here's me in Arizona at a re-enactment getting hung! Even got a death certificate, lol!

Zoomer. I like the lighter weight so my 82 yr old husband can load and unload into the car. It is quieter and smaller than my previous chair.

Zoomer review. Excellent Mobility chair with the light weight with good flexibility, and it remains to be seen on the durability, but it looks very durable. There is no reason to separate the motor in most instances which is a good thing. It makes it lighter… not an easy task to put it back together. I don’t think I’ll need to take it apart for every day use and travel.

Fun way to get around. My dad loves his power chair! Now he’s able to get out and do fun things like going to car shows!

Love it. My dad loves this power chair! It’s super easy to fold and unfold when taking it to stores. It has made shopping trips much easier.

Left control works great! A recent stroke has restricted my mobility. Since unwillingly being converted to a southpaw, the feature of having left handed controls has been most appreciated. The compactness of the Zoomer has been much easier to use than the manual wheelchair chair I came home from the hospital with.

Excellent chair. I replaced a power scooter with the chair, and it has exceeded my expectations. I have one tiny caveat. I wear Skecher slip-ons. The tops of the project outward, just enough to catch beneath the footrest when I stand up. I turn my bees to avoid them catching, but I have to remind myself.

Wonderful independence. My Zoomer has given me my independence back.

Loving my Zoomer! Being diagnosed with Parkinsons was very hard for me. It took away alot of my independence. My Journey Zoomer has given some of that back. The Zoomer chair has been great for my husband We recently took it on a cruise and he was able to do so much more He has limited mobility and uses a cane to assist but still cannot walk a very long distance He was able to go on several excursions , get around ship better. Best Thing We Ever Did. I was amazed at the ease of purchase for this machine. I helped my grandfather buy this for his home. He lives alone in a senior facility and he needed help. His current wheelchair was far too heavy to keep lifting in and out from the car. This is miles lighter and easy to use. New Possibilities. I can get out in the fresh air again! After being couped up inside for weeks, I’ve been able to enjoy fresh air, beautiful sunsets, and catching up with neighbors—all because of my Zoomer!

This is an absolute life changer! I purchased my Zoomer this past September. It has enabled me to maneuverer around at work and at home during my back surgery and shoulder surgery. As a result from my back surgery, I now have permeate nerve damage in my one leg. With continued therapy. I hope my leg becomes stronger enough to enable me to walk for at least a couple of minutes without my leg losing support. In the meantime, I am very satisfied with my Zoomer. I couldn't have asked for a better device! I would highly recommend this to anyone who has mobility issues that they are dealing with for whatever situation they are facing.

Freedom to Travel. I was able to drive myself through the airport and on our cruise ship. I enjoy the independence the Zoomer has given me. I use it mainly in the house to sit at the table since I cannot scoot a regular chair with my stroke disability.

Lifesaver for me!!! I bought an open-box Journey Zoomer because my knees have gone bone on bone and I was unable to bear weight on my legs too long. At this time I am unable to have knee surgery. I use it mostly around the house and is small enough to get me where I want to go or close to it. Then I walk with my cane. I wish there was a way to clip my cane onto the chair without taking up additional width to get through doorways. Now I just hold it between my legs. I have gone from excruciating pain and not able to do hardly anything to accomplishing almost anything I used to do before my knees gave out. I also have taken the Zoomer out a few times with my husband opening and closing and loading the chair. Very simple to do. We usually take it when we go in his truck somewhere. I have a lift and a scooter on my vehicle. Thank you MedMart and Journey for improving my life so much! ♥️ I look forward to receiving my cup holder. ♥️

zoomer. this chair is a real bear. I've had it for 3 yrs now, with no problems, knock on wood. in and out of the house, painting my house and putting i a deck and ramp. this baby is a work horse., ive has 1 issue. i live in Florida, when i get back from a ride in the mobile home park on a hot day, and get back in the house, it leaves blk marks on my hardwood floor I'm thinking it's from the tires on the hot surface. don't know for sure, but with some elbow grease, it comes up. well worth the $$

Zoomer. Love this chair……works great for my interior use……this is my second Zoomer……..lost my first one to drive gear failure……hopefully, that is not an issue with my second Zoomer. I love the turn radius and the foot rest!!!!

Carolo. This is my second. Journey. I use it because I can’t get around due to severe arthritis. The Zoomer is my lifesaver. I am very independent and can be mobile due to the ease of getting around . It is a wonderful mobile chair.

Getting Around. I just got my new Zoomer for my wife and It's wonderful. It was easy to set up and to use. I would give it 5 stars but the two minor thing that I don't like is you have to charge your battery while it's still attached to the chair and it's longer than I thought which made it a little harder to get into my car. I still did but had to move a few things out of its way. Like the Zinger I would recommend this to someone who has issue walking long distances.

Great Product! We bought a Zoomer 4 or 5 years ago for my husband. He loved it. It gave him mobility to go to events that required walking, to go to the grandchildren's sports games, to go to our grandson's college graduation, to go the mall, to go to the movies and sit in the handicapped section, and much more. We always kept it in the car so that when we got to Costco or Sam's and there were no electric carts available, we could simply unload ours and he could use it to roam around the store. It took both of us to unload and load it in the back of the car. I can unload it alone, but I can't pick it up and load it alone. We used it for airline travel. We had to remove the battery and put that in a carry-on, but the chair was checked at the gate just like strollers. It works very well outside on pavement and on dirt and grass as long as it is not too thick or deep. We visited a cemetery and he had no trouble getting around on the grass. The chair is very comfortable to sit in for a modest length of time. He could sit in it for the duration of our grandson's baseball game. The only problem we have with it is that sometimes the tires lose air and we have to air them up. It doesn't happen often but it does happen. My husband went to be with the Lord last year, but I have kept the chair and used it a few times to go to baseball games or to accompany my family on a 5K holiday walk.

Getting my Freedom Back. I recently purchased the journey Zoomer chair. I have rheumatoid arthritis and have become recently unable to use my traditional walker. I have had both Shoulders Replaced, and recently had a Total Reverse replacement done and just 5 months later had to have a revision done. My surgeon feels it is attributed to the use of my walker. I received the offer for a free cup holder.

I can shop pain free. I can now go to Walmart and not worry if I'll get a electric scooter or not. I don't come home with my hips and lower back hurting so bad I'm almost in tears.

Traveling. Zoomer has helped me get out more so I can attend events. I find it works best on flat terrain, but I have used it on cobblestones and woodchips, though it was uncomfortable. It's helped me to travel alone, which I definitely could not do without it. Its super easy for planes. My only real issue is that screws often come loose, so I'm contantly tighteningthem while I'm out. I've had an armrest completely come loose while I was out and about.

My Zoomer Story. My balance is bad but I wanted to go to some local events and other places where you have to do a lot of walking, so I purchased the Zoomer chair. It was easy to operate through the crowd and go where I wanted to go. Also, I received a flyer with my Zoomer chair that said I could get a free Zoomer chair cup holder if I submitted a picture or video with my story which I have done, so please send me the cup holder as soon as you get a chance. Freedom!! Anyone sitting on the fence in weather to pull the plug to buy one- DO IT!! Best thing ever! It can’t be any easier. It comes out together, you open it up & go. I get stopped all the time , people saying - they need one! I tell them to do it. Those are the ones pushing the seat chair walkers. I am able to go for the long haul now. The Mall, The Zoo, The Casino!! Don’t sit around- GET OUT!

I got the Journey Zoomer and I love it! My Journey Zoomer Chair was easy to get used to using, I was impressed with the ease of maneuverability and how comfortable it is. I've used it to go on rolls around the neighborhood and inside to manuver around the doctors office and my house!

A Great Wheelchair. I lost my left leg 20 years ago because of an infection with Flesh Eating Bacteria. Since then I tried two different scooters but they were difficult to maneuver and to load and unload. I purchased a Zomer one month ago I found it very comfortable and easy to control. I especially like the very short turning radius! It has definitely changed my life as it gives me more independence and freedom. It allows me to accompany my wife on her morning walks without having her push a manual wheelchair.

My Story Journey Zoomer. We love our Zoomer. My husband had a stoke with left sided weakness. He was often falling. What is so helpful is the swinging footrest as he can get up and down out of his chair. Our house is small and it has a tight turning radius that let him get down a narrow l-shaped hall and into our bedroom. We can fold it and travel with it. I love my blue Zoomer!! I absolutely love my new Zoomer. It has provided me with more autonomy and freedom. I’m able to move amongst my flowers and travel through accessible metro parks. I named her Sapphire because of the beautiful blue color.

Loving my zoomer. I love being able to get out with my family and friends and not be limited to my disability. My grandkids love riding it also. It takes some getting used to with the joystick but it’s easy once you’ve done it a time or two.

And away I go! I like the control (joy stick) on my Zoomer. It took a little practice to get it right, but it was not difficult to master.
