Masterbuilt Gravity Series® 560 Front Shelf

Solid shelf. I bought these 3 weeks ago and it is solid and very handy when multitasking.

In the box accessory. Installed and have to say that now this little 560 looks complete. I really wished that this after thought would have been included with the initial purchase. Now to wait for the rest of my order of parts to hopefully get a few more seasons out of this model and maybe move onto something else.

Masterbilt still has some work to do on the kit. Purchased the shelf for an addition to my 560 grill. The good: Quality shelf. Sturdy. Fit of all brackets was all god. The bad: Instructions are not clear. The critical pivot point for the fold down shelf is not detailed enough. The supplied screws for the brackets were not the correct size. Had to reuse screws already installed on the legs. No parts list included. No tooling list included. The locking nut for the pivot hardware is a metric size.

Game changer. Biggest regret was not buying the front shelf when I purchased my Masterbuilt 560. Shelf is sturdy and makes grilling and smoking 10x easier. Highly recommend it.

Works great! Adds the much needed shelf space when smoking. Installation is tedious but it works well.

A MUST HAVE ADDITION! It definitely should have came WITH the grill but since it didn’t, this is a MUST have addition for the 560. Extra shelf / work space is always great.

Extra meat shelf. Works flawlessly as a great staging area for your meat and utensils. Like that it folds easily to be able to cover the smoker

Best Addition to my Smoker. Having this little shelf to place things on really helps loading the smoker with good food, or when the need to add seasonings/ basting! well worth every penny!

Great product. I recently purchased the folding shelf for my 560. It was reasonably priced and easy to install. While I wish it was stainless steel, it was still a good value. It adds a bit more convenience.

Well made, a must have for the 560. Was debating between the 560 and 800 because the 800 had the dropdown shelf. Then I found this and couldn’t be happier.

Nice shelf! Heavier duty than I was expecting. Fairly easy to install.

Until I get my product I won’t go away. I’m not going to give you a proper review UNTIL I get my product! So until then you’re gonna keep seeing this review until I get everything that I ordered (the front shelf and the cooling racks for my gravity series 560 grill) along with my compensation two bags of coal that your company promised as compensation , my heat manifold (part 11) for the masterbuilt gravity series 560 and a formal written apology for this ordeal. You’re not gonna get rid of me and until I get that. This is your review.

560 Gravity shelf. It works great now that it’s installed. However, I had to enlarge the halls on the provided right side bracket in order for the bolts to go into the right side leg bolts. Other than that it works great!

Front shelf for 560. Get One! Really completes the unit Added prep and holding space was much needed in my case. 4 stars because install directions get a bit complicated at the end, overall great and functional addition.

Great addition. A bit tricky to install but able to complete in about 10 minutes

Great buy. A must have addition to your 560. Great idea for those who have the smaller 560 grill. Install was easy and the price not bad either.

Perfect. Easy to assemble and works perfectly. Thank you!!

It's A Shelf. Was an easy enough install. Didn't have make any permanent modifications to the grill. And shelf seems sturdy enough for my needs.

Mounting system needs improvement. The shelf ittself is nice quality, but the mounting system I found to be unstable. The directions say to leave the top screws half out and this allows the shelf to swing, but I found that they needed careful adjustment to prevent the screws from binding on the shelf when changing position and damaging it. When properly adjusted to not bind, the bottom screws can release their hold on the shelf. Seems if they had cut some slots in the shelf to accommodate the top screws it might have prevented this problem.

Front Shelf Does What It's Designed To Do. Installation went relatively smoothely. The only issue I encountered was that one of the holes on the right-hand support (as you face the smoker) would line up correctly; but, the support is secure. The shelf is low enough such that the lid handle won't take away from any space when the lid is closed.

Gravity 560 shelf. Great shelf! It’s sturdy and a perfect addition to a great grill/smoker.

Works as desired. Easy installation and a good addition to the 560 if you want more preparation space.
