Excellent addition to the 800 smoker. I got the griddle insert with my smoker and have used it to make Hibachi style meals. It's easy to use and heats evenly.

Didn’t know I’d use it as much as I do. When I bought my 800 a couple of years ago one of the accessories was the griddle. I really didn’t know how much I would use it, but it has become a regular tool in my grilling/smoking. I’ll use it to make big breakfasts when we have friends stay over, but my favorite is making my fried rice. It was always an issue in the kitchen because I always make so much that I didn’t have a wok large enough. I thought about a blackstone several times, but I’m glad I didn’t make that purchase. Even though it only takes a few minutes to get the veggies done, and the rice to crisp, I get a o smoky flavor from the charcoal. Everyone who tries it wants to know how I make it taste so good. Only a few will ever know.

Great addition to an already stellar grill. The griddle is heavy and holds heat well. It fits perfectly into the grill. The seasoning is holding up great so far. I'm sure it will get even better with time.

Great Addition to the 800 Series. Love the addition of the griddle insert. Converts grill to a flat top. It's not quite a Blackstone, but a solid griddle all contained in one package. I have cooked up some amazing smash burgers and fajitas so far.

Masterbuilt. This is the best grill I have ever owned. I purchased the Masterbuilt 900 series that comes with the pizza oven. I ended up buying the griddle attachment from Masterbuilt as well. This grill keeps its temperature and I am able to to monitor from my app also. Everything I have placed on the grill has come out great. The charcoal in a full hopper last for about 12-13 hiurs.

Solid. Well built. My only complaint is it doesn't include the griddle heat manifold, so if you are buying this as an upgrade you'll need to order that separately.

Get a grip on your griddle. Used the griddle several times love it easy to use and clean with meat handle for carrying removal
