NewAge Outdoor Kitchen SS 3 PC Set

Delivery information irrelevant …not traceable! We have a 3 drawer cabinet, sink cabinet and another smaller 3 drawer cabinet. The 3 drawer cabinet came damaged and while New Age was quick to replace the drawer, the qualify of all the components is ok. We find the stainless finishing is not consistent across all the units. We have given a 2 star review because the delivery process was extremely frustrating. The tracking numbers were irrrelevant to the order. Upon contacting Newage about the tracking numbers there was nothing that they could tell us. When we finally thought we had the correct information they said the order was on the loading dock of a delivery company that did not even have our order. We cannot 100% recommend theses products due to the delivery process.

Please don’t buy!!!! Please do not buy this. I received this unit this week and it is damaged and not functional. After MANY calls and emails and more photos than I can count NewAge only offered me $300 credit and want me to keep the item. Horrible quality and worse customer service. See pictures and video below if given option to post. Otherwise know that top drawer stops about 3 inches from base and will not close. Drawer front is bent. Bottom two drawer fronts not mounted properly and aren’t centered/aligned with base.

Great Outoor Modular Kitchen. High quality outdoor modular kitchen with a nice modern look. Packaging prevents damage and shipping was quick. Product was easy to install. Would highly recommend to anyone considering an outdoor kitchen.

So Much Storage. I purchased a three cabinet set; the sink cabinet, this drawer and 2-door cabinet, and a 33" grill cabinet. This cabinet is a perfect compliment, providing tons of storage. I am a coffee roaster and was able to put my coffee roaster and the four varieties of green beans that I roast in this cabinet. I use the drawer for my grill and smoker tools, which are to the immediate right of this cabinet. Construction is good quality. This cabinet did suffer cosmetic damage and NewAge was super responsive in addressing the issue. They verified that the scratches and minor bend would not compromise assembly and waited until I unwrapped everything. I ended up accepting the cabinet as is. I dealt with two different people in customer service, and both were responsive and resolved the issues. I was very impressed with Keshav Sharma who went above and beyond in keeping me apprised of the situation. I bought these cabinets after a lot of research and consideration of other options. To me they were by far the best value and best looking of anything available. From a price standpoint, they were 1/2 to 1/5 the price of other outdoor kitchens I considered. The delivery went smooth with the driver locating the pallet where I needed it (not hard for them as they have a motorized fork lift). My wife had her concerns given the lower cost than other possible kitchens. She is blown away by how good they look and how they take attention away from my "ugly" smoker.

Great cabinets. These are beautiful outdoor cabinets and very sturdy. Great quality. We had them for a month and it's summer, so cannot comment on rust or other wear and tear. It took a while to assemble and level, but it was all doable.

Outstanding professionalism, service, and quality. The professionalism of the company is outstanding. A few days after the order was made I had a call from the company. They went over everything to let me know and what to expect. I have never had a company do this before and I commend them for doing this. They are here to please and provide a service. Something that very few companies do anymore. I was extremely impressed on how well these cabinets were package when I received them. I opened up all the boxes to verify the cabinets were in good condition. I was also extremely impressed on just how well these cabinets are constructed. I'm taken these cabinets to Mexico, where these cabinets are being installed. I arrived three days ago and will be demoing the old kitchen where these cabinets will be installed. This take about 3 or 4 months as there is a lot of demoing and upgrading being done. When the kitchen is completed I will provide pictures of the result. Note, one of the reasons I purchased these cabinets is due to the problem we have with termites.

Amazing quality outdoor kitchen cabinets. I ordered these outdoor kitchen cabinets for an indoor pool area. The quality is awesome. The packaging was incredible and everything arrived and damaged. It was easy to put together. I was missing a couple pieces, but the company was quick to send them out when they were back in stock. Highly recommend

32" drawer cabinet. Cabinet is well made. However, we did not know (or missed the details...) that the drawer face is faux wood (i.e.) its a thin layer of material (plastic? vinyl?) that looks like solid wood.

They arrived very well packed and were easy to setup. They are very well made using high quality materials. I had one slide that stuck which the company replaced quickly. Terrible Customer Service. NewAge is difficult to work with when it comes to exchanges and returns. They hide behind company "policies" which make no business sense. I purchased a three piece set including a grill cabinet. The grill cabinet was shipped too small and I wanted to exchange for a larger cabinet. NewAge told me I would have to return the entire set rather than simply exchange the one cabinet. This means NewAge would send me the same two cabinets I returned plus the larger grill cabinet. And charge me a restocking fee for all three instead on one cabinet. Beware of this practice despite advertised policies.

Great Product Love the Look. When installing the cabinets we were instructed to take the drawer out. Unfortunately, the glides are covered in clear grease that is now on the front of our cabinets from our fingers. How/what should I use to get these fingerprints off the front.? I have tried several things and They are still there on the “wood” drawer and doors.

Great quality & price. When I unpacked and set up my new outdoor kitchen products, I was amazed at the quality of the products. Very sturdy and well designed. Had minor damage to one of the cabinets and a replacement was immediately shipped out. Customer service and sales department were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

New Age Classic Outdoor Kitchen Cabinets SS. The facing metal material is thin and dented the 2nd day we owned it. I reached out to New Age Products customer service with no return reply or call.

Not Designed Well. The clips that hold the shelf that supports your Kamado are inferior. Everytime I close the Kamado lid, (NewAge Kamado) The clips come out and the shelf collapses causing me to completely disassemble my grill to put it back together. They are not designed to support any weight. Grill is amazing. Shelving system sucks....

Worth the price! Ordering our outdoor kitchen set was easy. From ordering to set up there was support if needed. Easily assembled just my husband and myself. I recommend using gloves to help keep fingerprints off front as they are difficult to remove. I certainly recommend NewAge products and would certainly purchase again.

Excellent Product and Service. From design to install, Iron Age has once again did a great job. This is our 3rd major purchase from them and has been a great experience each time. Our new outdoor kitchen has everything we need for entertaining. We did a large “L” shape 14’ x 10’ including a 40” grill, side burners, large Kamado, sink, refrigerator and all kinds of storage. We are very happy.

Not waterproof. It’s a good quality cabinet but it is not waterproof in the rain. Water collects at the bottom of the 2door cabinet.

Excellent products with one minor disappointment. Very well constructed of superior quality materials. Assembled fairly easily with just a few common hand tools. One disappointment is the 2door one drawer cabinet is not waterproof. I get water in the bottom of the cabinet when it rains. The other problem was the delivery. All the boxes were stacked up on one pallet so high it would not fit into my garage. It took three people to unstick everything. The good news was there was no damage. Everything showed up in perfect condition

Covers provided are not modular. Purchased the set from Costco. Description boasts of modular design. However, the covers provided does not allow for modular configuration. Customer service is unable to replace part items that are part of package. Stuck with partially covered grill and need to purchase covers separately.

NOT for heavy Kamado's. Don't buy for a Kamado Joe! It won't hold the weight. Crash and damaged my grill within 5 minutes of setting it on the shelf even though I was assured it would handle it.

Great quality cabinet. I really like the stainless steel drawers from New Age. I got them in the Grove finish and I am glad I did. It is a very nice finish. I was worried that the cabinets I purchased would be wobbly or poor quality but I was surprised how nice they are for the price.

I wouldn't shop here again. I don't understand how this website can be so bad and how NewAge can be in a place where they are uninterested in customer loyalty. I bought a modular unit expecting to add to it in the future, but the website has a nearly identical listing for two SKUs, and I order the wrong one. Waited the 2 MONTHS for it to arrive to find out it was wrong, offered to pay the difference to correct it but they were utterly unwilling. Congratulations NewAge; you lost a possible long-term customer for a sub-200 dollar mistake.

Won't Fit Grilla Kong With Countertop Installed! The top had to be removed to accommodate my Grilla Grills Kong. Might need to modify top to re-attach so grill is secure within cabinet. I'd be pretty upset if I found my ceramic Kamado shattered on the ground after a major earthquake here in CA!

Beautiful Cabinets. We ordered a full outdoor kitchen (4 cabinets plus 2 counter pieces, full set of covers). Everything arrived well crated, no damages; gorgeous stainless steel. We are excited to use it very soon.

Happy so far! We ordered the outdoor kitchen cabinetry (sink, bar cabinet, and two other cabinets) with a bit of trepidation, since there had been some reviews from 2020 that spoke of shipments arriving damaged and poor customer service in getting replacements. But our order was EXTREMELY well packed, shipped promptly, and arrived in perfect condition. So far we are very happy with our cabinetry; appears to be of excellent quality.

Excellent quality and light! I bought the 2 piece and 3 piece set in Grove from Costco and added an individual cabinet directly from NewAge. This made a deck kitchen possible as masonry custom built cabinets would've been too heavy. Under the deck cover and even in Dallas the stainless covers don't get too hot. I probably wouldn't use stainless counters exposed to the Texas sun, however. Anyway, they are extremely well constructed, super easy to install, and well meet our needs. One complaint is that the sink faucet is not replaceable. I contacted the biggest plumbing fixture supply company in Texas and they literally had zero horizontal mount, one hole faucets available at any price. So, you better like the faucet and hope it doesn't break. If mine breaks, I will have to drill a top mount hole for a replacement. Another complaint is that the knife holder in the sink unit isn't well designed as it has no drainage. So it basically becomes a stagnant water collector for mosquitos. In other words, they need to redesign the sink unit. That being said, I love these cabinets and still consider them 5 star. I get all kinds of compliments on them.

Not for KJ with Air Lift Hinge + Quality Issues. I bought two of these with their Black Friday sale - one for my KJ Classic II and one for my Joe Jr. I love the aesthetic, but I've already had issues. For anyone with a KJ that has an Air Lift Hinge, know that your kamado will not fit without serious modification to the cabinet. An angle grinder will make quick work of it, but know that you will need to make a modification - this should be more clear on the NewAge website. My Joe Jr. fits very well in my second cabinet, but the heat-resistant pad warped significantly after one 600 degree cook. I've cooked several times on my classic II in the cabinet with no issues, but the pad under the Jr. didn't last beyond one cook. I'm waiting to hear from customer service on a replacement pad and I've since bought the KJ ceramic feet to sit underneath both of my grills so I don't experience this again. Another note regarding customer service - like I stated before, I bought these cabinets on Black Friday after being assured via email that I had "the best price of the year", but then the cabinets were marked down further the very next week. I was assured I'd be refunded the difference in price within a few weeks, but I'm still waiting for confirmation on that as well. Again, I love the design of these cabinets and they look great in my space, but I'm disappointed in the quality and customer service from NewAge. These cabinets are pricey and NewAge should do better.

Great Product. This was a gift to my husband for his birthday. He ended up choosing the finish and loved it. He assembled the grill with my help and my daughter. Instructions were very clear. Highly recommended !!!

Outstanding quality. Arrived in perfect condition. Packaged exceptionally well. All the stainless pieces were protected with a heavy film for scratch protection that needed to be pulled off. Assembly was easy and well designed. Overall I couldn’t be happier. This should last for a long time.

Great Set. Solidly built and looks great! While I haven't completed the area I put this in (see picture), I've used it quite a few times already. Once shipped, everything was smooth. Delivery company was great! I discovered the NewAge brand after buying their garage set on sale at costco. I liked it so much I checked out their website and noted that they had outdoor kitchens which I was also looking into. The pro series garage set is worth the extra cost. Solid. These are relatively thick steel too and just feels more solid.I was going to buy the all in ones but this gave me so many more options in terms who which cabinet to put where. I've owned it for garage cabinets for about 9 mos and this set for about 6 months. Installation is a breeze and I don't have no complaints so far.

Quality was above expectations. Great quality and attention to detail. Easy to install with all the stainless steel wrapped so no possibilitiy of scratches.

Overall great product. Looks great and the price was right! It came packed extremely well, was delivered on a few pallets and the shipping company loaded it into my garage. It took longer to get it unpacked and remove all of the protective film than it did to set it up. If you opt to buy your own grill there will likely be a gap between the bottom of your grill and the shelf the New Age grill sits on. I only bought my own grill because the one that fits this set was out of stock until the end of July. It has a slide out shelf for the propane tank if you go that route. I installed a gas line and it was a bit tricky to retrofit my grill to fit but my awesome handyman made it work. The pre cut holes on the shelf for their grill differed from the one I had installed. They do supply you with spacers to help with fit if your grill isn’t the exact width. Another thing to note is that if the unit is going to be in direct sunlight the stainless steel top gets HOT! I suggest keeping it covered until you are ready to use it to keep it cool. The top also scratches easily and gets water spots that I’m finding difficult to remove. I may eventually add a piece of granite at a later date. The sink basin isn’t sloped enough for all of the water to go down the drain without assistance. I have to use a rag/sponge to move the remaining water to the drain which is a bit inconvenient. A faucet that has a sprayer function would solve that problem. There is a rack for knife storage built in behind the sink and a folding dish drainer included. The sink cabinet has a adjustable shelf which is great for storage. In addition to that it has punch out holes for the drain and faucets on the back and the bottom so that you have options for installation. I do love that the faucet folds down when not in use. I would suggest leaving it slightly up when it’s covered to keep rain from collecting in the void that’s created by water sitting on top. The built in dual trash cans and ice bin are handy additions in the bar cabinet. It would have been much better if the ice bin had double wall insulation to keep the ice from melting so quickly and keep the bin from sweating. I found that water pooled in the bottom of the cabinet beneath the bin as the ice melted. A drain plug would be useful to mitigate standing water under the ice bin. I’ll add a towel underneath until I can find a insulated bin that’s similar in size to put in its place. (Perhaps they will offer one in the future for purchase) The wine holder is nice but I doubt it will get much use simply because it’s not cold enough to use in the summer months. It is removable along with the adjustable shelf that’s very useful. I LOVE the removable bins for condiments in the drawer of the bar cabinet. Although it would have been SO much better if they were insulated. I wish they offered a cabinet that holds an outdoor fridge. The soft close drawers and cabinet doors are a nice touch and there is a magnet to keep them closed. There is a lip on the left door that I imagine is to keep moisture out. My only complaint about that is you have to open the right door before you can access the left door. It’s not as much of a big deal on the grill cabinet or the sink but it’s kind of inconvenient on the bar cabinet. I tend to use the trash bins quite often and have to open the door to the ice bin every time I need to throw anything away since the trash bins are on the left. They should consider making the doors on the bar cabinet open independently. The finish has a teak wood look but is actually a vinyl film. Only time will tell how it holds up over time. The cover that was included is heavy duty and I plan to keep it covered whenever it’s not being used to protect it. My grill is taller than the one that’s made for it so the cover for that part doesn’t quite fit. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and it will get lots of use. The price, ease of installation, quality and look are fantastic! It arrived quickly and they provided instructions and a video of what to expect prior to delivery. The bar cabinet was the heaviest of the three pieces but if you remove the accessories inside before moving it to the final location it’s a lot lighter. You can level the feet if your surface is uneven or even add casters (not included) if you choose. I like that it’s modular so you can add pieces at a later date if needed. The slight design quirks are the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Better than expected. Worth the investment. The buying experience was a pleasure. Quality and customer service is top notch. Looks great and we are receiving a lot of compliments on it. As note primo xl fits perfectly in the cabinet.

Really like them. I recently purchased the kamado cabinet. I do like the product and the company. The only criticism I would have is that the opening for the Kamado should be bigger. You can’t really fit a really large kamado in it if you’re thinking about upgrading. Overall good product good quality even though expensive

Grear cabinet. I bought those cabinets a month ago and the delivery was last week and we install it last Friday, the cabinets was easy to install but we did have two cabinets with a slight imperfections or small bumb on the left door when you look the cabinet as you could see on the picture, the other bumb on the other cabinet is on the side of it and because the way we install the cabinet we are not able to see it anymore so I won’t bother

Outstanding quality, impeccable service. This is my second purchase of Newage products. The first purchase was a three drawer cabinet. A year after my purchase one of the drawer glides failed. Customer service replaced the glides, once the problem had been identified. Newage products are high quality and they stand by their products. My outdoor kitchen is beautiful, and withstands the harsh weather here in the south.

Bad delivery of product. I bought this product 6 weeks ago. The delivery failed to include the counter top - customer service sent this product the next week. The sink cabinet was damage - awaiting new product on back order - still have not received . Ordered and paid for two burner top (grove style) and still have not received this product. I wanted this outdoor kitchen for the summer and still have not been able to use the product.

Love our sink! We have had pieces for several months. Find them easy to clean and to move around.

Beautiful Outdoor Kitchen. We searched long and hard for our outdoor kitchen and are so glad we found NewAge. The stainless steel Grove kitchen components complement our patio perfectly and they are so well built we expect them to last forever!

Disappointed. We received the unit, it was packages well and arrived in good condition. We opened and installed per the instructions. The drawers do not fully close, they are not smooth opening and closing. The auto close tries to work but it won’t fully shut. We have other pieces we happy about but not this one. I need to call the company on Monday to address it. We are really disappointed in how much this cost and how it’s performed thus far.

Beautiful and well made! These cabinets/counters are fantastic! Unbelievably well made, well packaged and visually pleasing! So much storage space for my outdoor plates and utensils.... not to mention a wonderful stainless steel counter top workspace. Definitely the finishing touch on my outdoor grilling/cooking area.

Looks great. I have not installed this permanently yet but did set it up in the garage to take a look. My wife realy loves it and said it really enhances the look and is stylish. It is as described but beware as it does say that it fits most Kamado style grills it will not fit them all. If you have a standard style grill with basic hinges it should be fine. I have the KJ Classic II and the hinge mechanism will not work without major modifications to the cabinet. After making the modifications the grill fit perfectly . Now if we can just get some warm weather so I can install it and get cooking.

Love the look and functionality of cabinetry. I’ve had these cabinets for a month and get tremendous compliments on the look of them. Easy to wipe down. Love the grill and the “lights” inside the grill lid to see what I am grilling.

Just Awesome. I bought the 64” outdoor stainless kitchen set about a month ago after finding myself in absence of anywhere to prep for grilling season. This cabinet set looks almost tailor made for my covered patio. Very easy to put together. Instructions easy to follow. Takes a little time to adjust leveling if pushed against a wall like mine. More than adequate storage. High grade material and finish. The only problem now is I want to buy more units to add on. It does ship by freight but the company was easy to contact. Delivery was prompt and well packaged.

Nice build quality. Stainless Tarnishes easily. I do like (almost love) the product. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing and there isn't a lot of competition for form and function. Shipping was great. Packaging was great. Unpacking and assembly was easy and came protected with an adhesive film on all surfaces. The overall build quality is solid and stable. Soft close drawers are great and provided a lot of storage. The biggest issue is, do not expect the stainless to look nice for very long. It tarnishes VERY easily. We purchased the covers set up for both our Kamado and 3 drawer cabinet (which were expensive). The first night with the covers on the cabinets, we had a strong windstorm (Colorado foothills). The wind lifted the cover and started flapping it against the stainless leaving us with a lot of black marks all over the stainless steel. So our expensive, brand new cabinets now look used after just a week of ownership. We tried cleaning the marks as instructed by the manual and from customer service recommendations and nothing worked. We have all stainless steel product on the interior of our home and they clean much easier. So the stainless on these products are not the same quality. Regarding customer service, I've been in communication with them for exactly 1 month with still no resolution. I've called, and get a voicemail. I email, and 3 - 7 days later I get a reply. It's ridiculous considering they were BRAND NEW and not cheap.

as advertised !! Bought a few weeks ago and just go to setting up. Very high quality , easy to follow instructions for set up. Bought in combo with cabinet to form a 2 unit outside service area and storage units. So far very impressed with the quality of the units including the shelves and drawers. Will send picks when the granate top coming out off wife's kitchen remodel is installed - Meanwhile Im using a plywood top.

Great opponents to design a sharp outdoor kitchen. We ordered several drawer units for our outdoor kitchen and have been thrilled with the quality, style and finishes. The drawers are selfclosure that work beautifully. They have all arrived packed extremely well, undamaged. We are attaching all 3 units together as our outdoor raised bar kitchen . Suggestion to offer one solid backing to use as a finished back island assembly

Excellent product, sturdy and beautiful. I went back and forth between building an outdoor kitchen from scratch and buying one pre-fabricated and ready to set up. So glad I chose this option. Quality is superb, very easy to put together, stainless steel is professional grade quality and most importantly, SO MUCH storage as a result that I would have never managed to build into a stone built kitchen. NEWAGE ROCKS!!

Kamado green egg cabinet. I absolutely love my new outdoor kitchen . All 4 of my my new age products were wrapped so efficiently that they arrived in undamaged . The quality & design along with self closure drawers were more than my expectations. We live in Florida and worried about rust and corrosion.

Big Bang for the buck. Great looking cabinets. Glad I chose the faux wood front and hope the material used to wrap the stainless hoods up under weather and sun. Installation was easy. Everything arrived pristine. Only comment is that it would have been great if there was a way to keep rain out of the drawers and doors. I will have to keep everything in separate containers inside cabinets. Otherwise, they are amazing.

Beautiful and sturdy outdoor kitchen cabinet. When we received the outdoor kitchen 3-drawer cabinet in grove, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of this product. The colors of the drawers were a beautiful light wood colored finish with stainless steel handles. The product arrived quickly and was packaged well to ensure no damage while in transit. The product came fully assembled with the exception of a quick and simple install of the stainless steel handles and feet. The drawers slide in and out very smoothly and the finish of the exterior makes it weather resistant, perfect for an outdoor kitchen in our Colorado climate. We would highly recommend this product for anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor kitchen with a high quality storage product.

Beautiful outdoor finish on cabinets. I love the coloring and finish of the Grove cabinets. The finish is a medium brown faux wood finish, that is slightly gray-ish. Seems slightly lighter than the pictures which I prefer. The cabinets was almost fully assembled. Just needed to add the feet, handles and worktop. These cabinets are very solid and should last a long time, which was expected based on my experience with other New Age products. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the drawers fully extend and glide very well. Given the weight of the stainless drawers, I wasn't expecting this much! My outdoor living area is behind schedule due to rains, but I will post a picture once I'm able to get everything installed.

Great addition to outdoor kitchen. Looks great next to my BBQ grill. Drawers have a lot of room for BBQ tools etc.

Great Value - Superior Features. I received my 32" Kitchen Grove 3 Drawer Cabinet at the beginning of January. As I unpacked the unit it was obvious the care NewAge applied to the packaging to protect it while shipping. I carefully unpacked it a was very pleased with the quality of the product. The instructions were complete and detailed. The drawers have a closure feature that automatically pulls the drawers closed with a simple push.

Nice cabinet! Pros: easy to assemble; self-closing, large drawers; stainless steel sides look great as does wood grain finish on drawers; stainless steel handles look good, too! Cons: stainless base is hard to reach for cleaning
