Good quality but flare ups are a problem. Everything is high quality but the bbq has flare ups.

Disappointed. On the positive side, the product shipped in well-protected packaging and arrived in good condition. In addition, overall assembly was pretty easy. My only assembly issue was the fact that 3 of the 4 holes on the New Age cabinet did not line up with the threaded holes in the grill (used to attach the grill to the cabinet). To make matters worse, one of the threaded receivers released inside the grill (so bolt could not be adhered). Although, this really didn't impact functionality of the grill, I certainly expected more based on the price.
Overall performance of the grill is average. Really don't see any significant improvement over my Weber.

Would love to give a review. Unfortunately, we have not been able to use our grill be wise the cabinet has been backordered. We'll give one when ever we are able to use the grill. Kind of a bummer!

Highly Disappointed! We aren't ones to complain but this grill deserves it. We've had nothing but problems. As some other reviews note, installation doesn't make sense as you cannot both secure the grill to the cabinet and secure adjacent cabinets together. Secondly, the power cord is not heat insulated, therefore, it has melted against the grill housing multiple times causing our GFCI outlet to trip, at one point almost ruining a beautiful tenderloin on the rotisserie. I had to reroute the way I get power to it to avoid this issue and wrap the melted cord with electrical tape. Also, it is piped to natural gas which is great, except when the grill burners are all off, I can still hear gas leaking from somewhere and have to make sure to turn off the source.
Having sort of worked around these issues, I cannot get passed the fact that the grill flares up really bad. It is akin to a cheap grill from Home Depot. The briquette racks allow for way too much flame to pass through, igniting anything that drips on them. I have a simple $300 Char Broil grill at another location that cooks way better than this thing. A grill at this price point should be able to cook a piece of meat without turning it into a hockey puck but apparently this one can't. We like our NewAge outdoor kitchen but I'd recommend getting a grill insert from elsewhere.

Instructions abject failure. Purchased in May, delivered in August. Instructions are poorly written and lead to problems in assembly. The stand alone grill is great, but to attach the grill to the 33” grill base, and then to secure it to other bases is a design problem from hell. The ‘nuts’ attached to the grill are easily cross threaded when trying to secure the top through the 4 precut holes. Once you do get the top attached, there are no predrilled holes to attach other bases, such as the 16” burner base or the 45 degree bases. If you aren’t quick enough to figure out the top to base assembly should be done first, you are removing the grill and starting over. Also, the back of the grill base as well as the 16” burner base are uglier than a mud duck. The cords to the lights are too short and the required venting looks kinda lame. I’ll figure out some way to make them work, but for now, it’s just a design fail. But, the grill works great so far!

Great service and product. Just started using. We recently bought a 33"insert NA Grill to go with our kitchen. The original one sent had a number of issues with you so we called Customer Service and they immediately (literally in 3 days) sent us a brand new one. We hooked it up this weekend and so far so great. The inside is spacious and well designed. Previous grills that we owned had direct cast iron elements. This one has the gas at the bottom a layer of clay bricks and then a stainless steel element cook top - so flare up are next to none and the cooking is more even. My husband also really liked that the burners have their own self-ignition individually and they spark as you turn the knobs - sort of like an indoor gas cook top but for a BBQ. Also the lights on the inside and on the knobs is great. Only caveat with that feature is that the electrical cord is SO small and I juts out of the BBQ. If there was a way to improve this it would be ideal. Lastly we used the grill in a natural hook up gas setting so we removed the internal slide out tray that a propane option sits on. It would be great to have an option to buy some SS shelves for customers who aren't using the propane option and who would want to make better use of the space once your remove the propane track.
All in all I didn't give this a 5 because we just started using it but we are very happy with it!

Great Grill, few issues. We got this a couple of months ago and man was it packaged good. But also there are a bunch of parts, see pic. Assembly was pretty straight forward and only took a couple of hours. The only prpblem was the grills were too wide for the opening. I had to grind them down to fit. Infrared auxillary burner is difficult to light. Grills great so far.

Awesome grill! This grill is not only beautiful to look at, it has a lot of cool features. It has LED lights, front burners, a back burner and rotisserie attachment. Rotisserie works great and makes a delicious roast beef. This product was pretty easy to put together. I needed to use to adapter kit that came with it to convert from gas to propane. No complaints about this grill, it is pretty awesome!

Great BBQ for our Patio. I got this BBQ a couple weeks back and couldn't be happier. The packing and setup was very good and straight forward. I have used it several times already and the lights make it very convenient when cooking at night and you don't want all your patio lights on. I really liked how the BBQ came plumbed for natural gas right out of the box. the ease of cleaning the Stainless Steel after cooking is so nice compared to my old BBQ.

Best grill we have ever owned! This is the best grill we have ever owned. Living in Florida, we will use this year round. Perfect size and very well made with the consumer in mind. Easy to clean. Superior quality, We highly recommend this product and have been very pleased with all of our New Age purchases.

High quality, awaiting install. My grill cabinet and grill insert came in a few weeks ago. It's taking me a bit to get them installed due to me being out of state. From my first look at this grill, it is as well made as the rest of my NewAge products. Packed very well, arrived in perfect condition. I need to run electric and then I will be ready to go. Hopefully, by the 4th of July. I will be ordering the side burner shortly. More updates to follow!

Not sure yet. David: I had the same problem. The home I just bought had a New Age 33" ss grill cabinet in place with a terrible Kitchen Aid grill. I learned New Age had grills and it was here a week ago. That's when we learned that by raising the grill two inches we were fine and would clear the back splash. To raise I had Metals Supermarket cut a 2" x 1" x 23" 304 SS Tube and set the grill on these. Worked out great!

Back and forth to Florida. Not totally hooked up yet, waiting on permit for plumber. Install & assembly was a difficult process. hole cutouts, bolts lining up we’re off. I used a professional commercial restaurant installer.
Was all assembled and balanced against a solid cement wall and grill top and side burner top would not open. NO where does it tell you that it needs to be at least 5 inches from the wall. No Way to mount against a wall.
Will finish reviewing when job is complete.
