NewAge SS 40″ Grill Pro 1.0

Satisfied with my purchase. I ordered it February and got it July. If I had not already received and setup the cabinet to hold it I would have canceled the order. They also have some accessories on the web site. I would buy them if they could ship. I like the grill.

Great Grill For The Price. I love the grill due to its multi-functional properties and the power it delivers. It come with three burners, built in searing station and rotisserie kit. The grill lights and led knob lights are nice feature to have. When it gets dark you can turn on the built in lights for grilling and the led knob lights for easy to see to increase or decrease the heat. The 40” grill is a very nice combination with double-side burner, power burner and kamado joe II classic to have in an outdoor kitchen. Over all I am very happy and pleased from my purchase of New Age Outdoor Kitchen Products. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and anyone who wants a slick modern look with all the functionalities and storage needed for an outdoor kitchen. Great product. I bought this one month ago but the fitting between the propane gas tank to the BBQ unit does not fit. When I complained to the support team, they send me an elbow piece which fitted the line coming from the BBQ unit but not the line coming from the propane tank. I have owned the BBQ for more than one month and have not been able to use it. Very sad.

Careful!!! I purchased the 33" Grill and outdoor kitchen. The unit is well constructed but because there is no way to see the product in advance it's challenging for a significant purchase. Not the quality of other high end manufacturers but that's not the problem. My grill had missing pieces and they were unable to get them for me? Quite concerning....how will they deal with warranty issues and replacement parts??? I went this route initially because I wanted everything to match but regret the decision with the grill. Covers need to be purchased individually and are extremely expensive - they are supposed to be fade and waterproof and they are neither...another disappointment! Cabinets are well made and look good but the doors/ drawer adjustments are limited. Terrible instructions. One positive was Justin from customer service, his interest in trying to solve the problems that were beyond his control. Buyer beware, there are other grills in the market that are better for a similar or better price with parts to back it up. Good luck!

Simple to assemble. We purchased a set from Costco and one directly from New age. They showed up on time and wer3 packaged very well. The only thing that took time was removing the plastic wrap tape on the entire unit for protection. Good quality steel and heavy duty. We are still waiting for the 42 inch BBQ

Great customer service. I bought this grill for the ease of being able to install it easily into the 40” grill cabinet. Unfortunately, my grill was welded incorrectly and would not secure on the cabinet. The company was very helpful and offered to send a replacement grill. Although bumps along the way, great customer service. In addition, the grill is large and appears to be of great quality. Looking forward to grilling and I’ll post a follow up review.

Awesome grill. The 40" grill is an amazing machine. I use the rotisserie with the back infra red burner to make huge bone in roasts and loins. The side sear is amazing too!

So far so good. Bought this grill primarily because it was one of the few insert grills out there that had a sear burner. My preference would have been Weber or Napoleon but nothing seemed to fit or did not have a sear burner. So far, I ampleased with the build quality and everything has worked right out of the box. Sear burner works well, burners all light easily. On the downside, the lid is fairly heavy to lift and catches occasionally at the top

Looks and Works Great! I received this grill a little over a month ago and LOVE it but wanted to ensure I used it several times before I reviewed. It looks great and works great! Installation was super simple once we established were we were putting it. Most of the product was pre-assembled but a few items needed to be mounted. The interior lighting works great especially on our dimly lit patio which was a HUGE upgrade from our previous Weber grill and the exterior blue lights makes it look really neat. A few things I have noticed once we started to grill. Due to the heavy duty nature of the grill you will need to open the lid in the middle (if using one hand) otherwise it will "tweak" it. Also, ensure the base is level (if using it) as it can cause the doors to not sit or open correctly. I can't comment on how well the exterior stainless will hold up as I have only had it for a short amount of time, but so far it looks promising. Looking forward to adding some additional pieces to this one to complete our outdoor kitchen!

Amazing Professional Grill!!! The grill is really amazing. It comes with everything necessary to hook it up to a natural gas line. It also includes a propane conversion kit. It has LED lights that light up the knows and halogen lights that light up the cooking area for grilling at night. It has 3 burners, plus a searing station, and a burner on the back wall to heat while using the rotisserie. It distributes the heat evenly through briquettes located below the grills. The stainless finish is amazing. I am not eally sure what else could be asked for in a grill. 100% satisfied with this product!

Good features but needs attention to details. This grill is perfect for your outdoor kitchen or patio. It has some minor flaws but I still highly recommend it. Let's look at the positives first. It comes setup for natural gas but trivial to convert to propane. Conversion kit and regulator comes with the grill. This is a nice touch, in many cases you have to purchase this separately. Grill has rotisserie feature with automatic motor. Didn't try it yet, but it's welcome addition. Everything is made out of stainless steel, including burners, drip pan and the grate. I expect it to last 10 years at least. It has LED lights to assist with cooking after dark. Now couple of things that were not so great. It looks like quality control is lacking. Maybe this is my OCD kicking in but many things are slightly misaligned or bent out of shape. Lights were not exactly level and looked rather cheap compared to the grill. Lid axis is slightly at angle and one of the burners was not screwed in. I was able to fix everything easily but I'd rather have it perfect right out of the factory. Also, electric cord is ridiculously short, not longer than 2'. Wasn't a problem in my case because I was installing new outlet anyway but in some cases it would not be feasible and you will have to use extension cord, which is a pain if you have your grill outside and want to protect electric circuit from the elements. I still think this is a great product but have to deduct one start for quality control.

Best grill ever. I just received my grill from new age. I got the grill with the stainless steel stand. It was very well package. There I was thinking it was going to take me hours putting this all together but I was wrong. The grill and cabinets came mostly all pre assembled. This grill seems to be of a great quality. Doors and panes are very steady and operate properly. We are very happy with our grill and highly recommend it with out any hesitation. On the future I would like to see a longer 120 v cord and maybe the option to install the roasting unit on ether side. This unit will be good for many years to come.

Great look. Was not the easiest to build. Two bolts stripped while tightening. Also confusing when adding the grill after the cabinets are connected. Either the grill goes first and you can’t xonnect the cabinets or the cabinets get connected and the homes to connect the grill are covered.
