Char-Griller U-Rack/Rib Rack

Great multi-rack. I bought this thinking I would use it for ribs, but found out it also holds a 16 lb turkey.. Saved the day this past thanksgiving, when my "turkey roaster" turned out to be more for pigeon sized birds. Seems well made, worth the money.

Need Instructions. I purchased this item last year and have not used it once. Can't figure out how it, because it only fits one way. It may seem dumb, but I need some instructions. Everything I have watched about this item. Still does not show me how to use, lol. Anyway, it has not not stopped me from cooking some awesome ribs. So, if anyone can please provide some instructions on this item, It would be greatly appreciated. I give a true rating once I use the item.

Do not use with the 50-50. I wasn't paying attention and I accidentally got it stuck inside of my 50-50 duo. After getting it unstuck I unfortunately moved it to the other side and got it stuck again. After laughing at myself for having made the same mistake twice a permanently keep it by the correct grill which is just about anything with a larger barrel. Having said all that it's definitely worth the purchase price if you like cooking your ribs at a slight angle and can remember not to put it into a smaller grill.

Definitely refer it to anyone. Smoked Pork Roast came out perfect! Love the rack and the drip pan. Very heavy duty and high quality, much better than any rack I already have.

Would love to have a smaller one. It doesn't fit for the smaller Char-griller was very disappointed. Was really looking forward to using it. The bigger Char-griller is just too big for just two people

I would buy again. Well built and a nice design. The only thing I would change would be to possibly space the ribs a little farther apart to allow more air flow.

Game Changer! My husband loves this! It's amazing how quickly and evenly the ribs cook now. Don't have to waste time turning them over and we can cook more ribs this way - it's a game changer!

A must need for ribs. Rib rack works great for smoking baby back ribs. Received my order in 2 days.
