Char-Griller 22-inch Kettle Charcoal Grill and Smoker

Great to have Again... Bought near the end of last summer hadn't had a kettle in years...missed it. Slight relearning curve will be on the top of my game this summer. Can't wait. (Been 6-8 degrees here.) (Dented in shipping, kept it as I did not want to wait for a replacement. none in the store!!!)

I need this. I was at a Neighbors house And they have this kennel. I’m absolutely gonna buy one.

Great for camping trips! This is a great grill for camping trips. We love this grill.

Everything tastes better! I bought a gas grill and never used it. Actually I only use the gas grill for seasoning my cast irons. Once I started cooking over charcoal, I never stopped. Food tastes so much better! Clean up is so much easier than a gas grill. I don't even use the kitchen stove anymore. The ash pan works fine but it's a little too complex for my liking. I live in the country and I don't care if I make a mess. But everyone I know lives in town and cooks on a patio. For them, I would recommend this design of ash tray to keep the patio clean.

Kettle grill. I've had a weber kettle grill for years it finally burn out . I was thinking about char-griller kettle another one of my friends has one. I use it twice it cooks just as good as the weber did its a lot cheaper as well.

Great Medium Sized Grill! Just the right size for three or four people. The kettle allows plenty of space for added wood chips for smoking meats. The sides of the grill open up to refill coal or wood. I LOVE the ease of emptying the ash tray. It is much better design than others I have used in the past, which have been awkward and bulky with a full ash tray.

A classic. This is a classic kettle grill it speaks for itself. A true workhorse for grilling

Beast of a kettle. I got this thing a couple weeks back and I could not be happier! It’s extremely roomy, with space for just about anything you could imagine! The ash catcher makes cleanup a breeze and the air dampers make controlling temperatures on this unit SO simple. Low n slow cooks are so simple because temps are easily held consistent and hot and fast cooks are a blast due to the awesome amount of real estate! If you’re thinking about adding this kettle to the line up, DO IT! You will NOT regret it!!

I've used a few times for smoking queso and grilling steaks and it has worked perfectly! I have this currently sitting next to my other Char-griller products and it is a go to for sure. Backyard grilling just got real. First cook on the 22” Char-Griller Kettle! Used Char-Griller lump charcoal, set up for indirect heat with a water pan. Smoked this rack at 300°F for about 3 hours, wrapped for under an hour, then let it tack up for 30 minutes. The kettle held a consistent temp the whole time. Can’t wait for the next cook!

Honest Review for Product Received. This is my first kettle grill and I am super excited to continue to use it. My wife has been asking for a grill that is less intimidating for her compared to my smokers and CharGriller has delivered with this one! Awesome Kettle! This is a Great Kettle Grill! It was super easy to put together, the instructions were very simple. The large diameter of the kettle allows direct or indirect grilling possible.. My first attempt was a big Tri-tip, I like to start with indirect heat then do a sear to finish them. It turned out great! I will be using this grill a lot. It’s also light so I will be  Bringing it to the beach and tailgating. Char-grilled did provide this grill for an honest review.

Cool design. Could’ve used more features. I was given this grill for my honest review.  Finally! I’ve been waiting for Char-Griller to come out with a new Kettle. So far I love it. It’s very affordable and does what a Kettle should. Love the porcelain coated grates for easy cleaning. The design looks cool also. I think they could’ve done a lot more to it given the fact there are a lot of Kettle out there and they simply just wanted to make an affordable one. They should definitely come out with one with all the bells and whistles too. Overall I’m happy with mine.

What A Kettle! I received this grill and was blown away. The assembly is extremely easy, only a couple pages of directions, and it’s affordable. The tolerances are great on all the parts and it’s very sturdy. I started my first cook doing a brisket which took 12 hours and the temperature was accurate and stayed relatively consistent the whole time which is rare with kettles or other grills that aren’t insulated or super thick metal. 5*!
