Kamado Joe Apple Wood Chunks

Great flavor. These wood chunks are a game-changer. They are really flavorful when doing barbeque.

Great flavor. Bought this for use in something other than a Kamado and it's fabulous. Gives just enough flavor.

Right size great flavor. As to be expected kamado joe gets the size right for chunks of wood to be used in their product. Great level of smoke and flavor and you can spread a few out in the charcoal to have more kick off as the burn continues.

Pecan wood chunks level up my grilling. If you want your BBQ to taste next-level, these Kamado Joe Pecan Wood Chunks are a game changer. I tossed a few on my Kamado Joe Classic, and instantly everything had this amazing, rich, slightly sweet smoky flavor—steaks, ribs, even veggies got a serious upgrade.

Premium Pecan Wood. Great smoke for enhanced flavor with good smoke ring.

Been adding this to most anything I'm grilling. I add one or two chunks when I'm grilling anything from steaks to chicken or pork and the smoke flavoring adds so much flavor.

Chunks are King. I've messed around with chips, blocks, and chunks. Chips are a complete waste of time and the blocks burn too fast. Finally, I pivoted to wood chunks, and I will never go back. I have a little water proof shed with bags of various types of chunks so that way I am always prepared for whatever ends up in my Kamado Joe. I've used a few different varieties of wood, and they are all quality. Great job, KJ!

We love the Hickory Wood Chunks. Making Briskets and Baby Back Ribs weekend after weekend for family and friends BBQ events our Kamado Joe has to have the very best Hickory Wood Chunks going to make our famous BBQ meats for everyone to enjoy. The taste imparted with these Wood Chunks tastes so good you would think you were in Texas not in Ohio having a BBQ meal! Kamado Joe has the win with these Hickory Wood Chunks!

Great features. I bought this product a month ago and I'm so happy that I did ! I love these Applewood chunks burning. It smells so great!

Best option. I thought I’d use what I know and bought regular charcoal. Then my wife bought the ‘Good stuff’. Best tasting food ever with this wood.

Flavor flavor flavor! This has very good flavor and smoke, will be buying more!

Great size to get you some good smoke while burning clean so you dont get that dirty smoke that ruins your cook.

Love these apple wood chunks. Nice equal sizes, easy to chop smaller as needed. Long burning for long smokes.

Good sized Wood Chunks Not Chips. Clean Wood chunks with no chip debris! Solid product

Applewood chunks for the win! The applewood is good size chunks and burn clean. Definitely a good product.

A little lighter than described, but the wood gave the food a great taste.

Apple smoke and sweetness. ThevApple Wood Chunks give a great smoky and sweet flavor. I found them to be best for Chicken and Salmon.

Best. It’s so hard to find maple where I live. I love to mix the maple chunks with some oak❤️

GREAT HEAT SOURCE FOR THE SMOKED TURKEY. I used these to smoke a 30 lb turkey and since it was my first time i wanted to be sure I had a great heat source with rich flavor and these did the job! Will be using these all winter long.

I didn’t settle. I bought theee chunks online from an Instagram post . They were a better value than local stores.

Great flavor. These pecan chunks add an awesome flavor to any grilling you do on the Joe.

Top Fav. This is my go to love the taste the wood gives it is top notch highly recommend.

Love hickory for smoking! Hickory is the best and most mild charcoal flavor, works well with all kinds of proteins

Great stuff. Great wood to smoke with. Great flavorful any meat especially chicken or fish

great heat. Used this brand for the first time and was very happy

great smoke. Great product, using all the time and would recommend it

Simple and easy. Works as you would expect, adds great flavor and smokes super easy. Depending on use I can get a couple smokes out of them.

Gave food flavor I never expected. Never thought this product would add such a unique flavor

Good charcoal and of the quality I was looking for. Used the charcoal and found it to of good quality I was looking for

Great flavor! We have been enjoying venturing out with our Konnected Joe and using different flavored wood chunks. We smoked salmon with the maple with chunks and the flavor it gave was out of this world. I’m looking forward to getting creative and using the maple wood chunks for other dishes.

Great Product. Puts out a perfect burn and added taste every time

Must haves. These are both must have compliments to any Kamado Joe. The starters I use for every cook!

The best! Loving this and such a good quarantine and quality product.

fabulous. great product... wonderful products for grilling and bbqing

great flavor. Hickory gives great flavor to your meat glad I tried it

Great smoke flavor ! I picked up a bag of the apple wood for smoking and I will not use any other brands now I love the smoke flavor it puts on chicken and pork that I cook for the family!

Best Quality and Size. I have tried many brans of wood, these are one of the best, if not the best. They have been consistently same size chunks and same quality wood over the past 2 years. I won't use anything else except for those days I run and must use my other favorite until I can buy more of KJ brand chunks. I definitely recommend.

Great for an added flavour. Great bag of wood to have a change and add a different flavour dimension to your cooking. Can’t wait to get cooking.

Great flavor. Adds a great smoky flavor to my grill foods and easy to use. Provides the perfect amount of smoke and flavor for grilling.

great. I have used the Kamado Joe Hickory Wood Chunks for awhile and love the favor they infuse into the meat, they burn for a long time

Good quality. The product exceeded my expectations but took a long time to get. Very happy with the product but the company needs to improve there turn around time. This took 2 months to travel 30 miles.

Maple Chunks. We got a bag of all the flavors, to go with the Kamado Joe Lump Coal, and the Kamado Joe Grill (husband's birthday present last year). Love it, love it, love it!! Our guests give great compliments!! Now we really enjoy smoking/grilling on the next level, recipes, and still learning!!

Flavor a la chunk! Good clean chunks that adds flavor and does the job!

Maple chunks. The product work well. The size of the wood is larger than what some competitors offer. It’s produced a nice even smoke. We made pork belly and used this maple wood. It gave it a awesome sweet flavor combined with the heat. I would buy again

All around bad. Terrible customer service and wood chunks had bark.

Applewood‐ great for smoking chicken! Love this applewood! Made some Applewood smoked chipotle beer can chicken in our KJ... the best chicken we've ever had. Got rave reviews from family and friends. Will definitely purchase again.

Great chunks. Beautiful wood. A nice sweet smoke. Perfect condition.

Great Products. I bought the 10 lb bag of Hickory chunks for smoking meats. I am not real good at smoking meats, but the Hickory Chunks made me a professional. I have tried different brands but these bt far are the best I have found. I will be trying Chunks that you have to offer. I have spoken to my friends about them. They will be trying them as well.

Great Product and great service. We purchased the Big Joe in 2014. We have cooked Ribs, Steaks, Pizzas, Whole Chickens, Briskets, Roast beef, Turkey, Rack of Lamb, basically almost everything with excellent results. Six years later I noticed a crack in the firebox, I e-mailed Kamado Joe and their Inside Sales Manager responded within 10 minutes, they are sending me a replacement firebox. Great service and a great company to deal with, they truly stand behind their products. Highly recommend this product.

No need to refresh the chunks! St. Louis ribs have been on the smoker since 11AM and haven't had to refresh the chunks at all!

Great of Chicken! This is my go to smoking wood for chicken! Very versitle goes well with pork and beef also.

first time i ever added Hickory ...Oh My. First time i added hickory chunks to my big chunk kamoda joe charcoal to cook my Bone-In New Your Strip 1.25” (room temp sprayed olive oil, kosher salt both sides, 30 minutes). Added 3 chunks, seared both sides at 400 on my 18” Kamoda Joe, 5 minutes each side. Unbelievable medium rare, flavor off the charts I have used mesquite and apple, and never ventured beyond wicked awesome flava, thanks Kamoda Joe!!!
