Kamado Joe Joe Jr® Heat Deflector

My 3rd deflector plate. Love my jr. But not thrilled this is my 3rd $100 plate.

order incomplete at this time, i will correct. ok, so where do i start. first i finally get a package and it is a cover for the big kamado. i did not order this. so i could not call, heaven forbid there was a phone number, as in the old days. so i e mailed and received an answer fairly in reasonable time. the e mail said that another order was on its way and to discard the cover. tried to return it, at my cost, but address was not good. now i receive the order, however, it is not complete. as the picture shows, the wire rack, well, that was not included. in the old days this company was great, able to call, etc., etc.. i ordered small kamado plus accessories,etc.. communication was great. all over a phone, not today. my advice, unless you are a proven customer of any bbq like this with experience, stay away.

The Kamado website misled me and I purchased the wrong size. Of course I can return it, but I have to pay for shipping and with the weight of the part, it is better to find a local buyer. Beware...

Misguided purchase. From the picture, I thought the metal holder for the heat deflector came with the purchase. I was a bit dismayed when it didn't. Still, good quality reflector to replace my old one which is starting to crack

great product. I can honestly say your customer service is awesome.

Need help. It’s not the item I was looking for. I was hoping the metal grill came with. The grill is what I need. I’ve looked on multiple sites for the grill and can’t find it. Can someone help? Thanks

Beware this is not a 2 piece deflector set. The quality of the product is good. However, I was disappointed the deflectors were not 2 pieces as shown in the picture. I have both a Jr and a Classic 2 and was hoping for 2 pieces for the Jr. but nope. So now I have an extra deflector should the other one break. I did send an email suggesting KJ update the picture on the website but received no response nor has the website been updated.

Not the picture. If you look at the picture, you think you will be getting a two pice deflectors. Nope, just a single.
