The Carter-Hoffmann BB60 heated banquet cabinet helps chefs and foodservice teams stage and serve pre-plated meals with confidence. This mobile, insulated, single-door unit streamlines banquets, hotel room service, and catered events by holding food at serving temperature until the moment of plating.

Designed for high-volume service, the Classic Carter cabinet accommodates up to 72 covered plates up to 10.5 inches in diameter. A thermostatically controlled heat unit provides consistent holding, supporting efficient workflows from prep to presentation during peak service windows.

Built with durable stainless steel construction, the BB60 stands up to daily transport and frequent cleaning in busy operations. Without plate carriers, operators can configure plate placement to fit their service style, while cUL and UL EPH listings support safety and sanitation standards.
