The Carter-Hoffmann ESDTT20 is an economy patient tray cart built to streamline meal service across hospitals, senior living communities, and high-volume foodservice operations. Its stainless steel construction and single-door design support dependable transport from tray line to patient floors. Corner bumpers help protect walls and doorways as staff navigate tight corridors.

Maximize throughput with a 20-tray capacity, organized by adjustable tray slides that accept both 14″ x 18″ and 15″ x 20″ trays. Configure two trays per slide to speed loading and retrieval during peak service windows. Use it to stage room-service meals, consolidate diet-specific orders, or organize delivery routes for efficient, on-time distribution.
