The Carter-Hoffmann HL6-14 hotLOGIX humidified holding cabinet helps you stage, hold, and serve high volumes with consistent quality. Forced-air heat paired with a water reservoir maintains product moisture and temperature for reliable results across service. Use it to keep roasted proteins, vegetables, and trays of sides ready for the pass or for timed banquet service.

Its 3/4 height profile streamlines workflow in tight cooklines and back-of-house corridors while still accommodating (14) 18″ x 26″ pans or (28) 12″ x 20″ full-size or Gastronorm pans. Mechanical controls make setup fast and repeatable during rush periods or off-site catering.

Universal pan slides simplify mixed pan loads, and insulated aluminum construction helps retain heat between stations. Move it confidently on 5″ casters to reposition for plating, transport, or satellite service without disrupting production.
